The access to the private beach was poor, but it was good to rest quietly and leisurely.

The place is very comfortable..sweet ... the food is delicious - recommended

We visited the Courtyard by Marriott just for the buffet breakfast as we were staying at a different hotel. My wife had stayed here previously and rated the buffet breakfast quite highly. There was a nice selection of food and some really tasty local dishes so the food got a thumbs up from me. The only let down was the staff failing to inform us that the buffet breakfast was going to close 30 minutes upon arriving. Upon notifying the manager of this they did give us a sizable discount which we were happy with. All in all I think the buffet breakfast is a certainly a good reason to visit or stay at the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable, the staaf is friendly, and there are a few swimming pools with different size, depth, and even a jacuzi. That you can acces directly from your room balcony

A good hotel, but there's no beach, just don't worry, walk 5 minutes to the beach

Its the start of 2017 & its already a good start. Lovely views, people, food & environment. All staff members always say hello & always put you first - It just comes naturally.

This Courtyard Marriott at Nusa Dua is getting old. Luckily, the cheerfulness of its staff members is keeping the place on a welcoming note for all guests arriving at this Hotel. Keep up your smiles & good service, guys. Thank you.

It is good to come to family unit. Swimming pool and jim. There is also a spa and Nusa Dua is secure with its own security and security. But the room condition is bad. The cockroaches also come out of the room and the sunshine does not come out, so the bedding is also damp. I do not think I'll see cockroaches again and again.

Hotel very well and extremely secure ... Control at the entrance of the complex, metal detector at the reception. American-style buffet breakfast. The restaurant is located by the pool. Only downside: there is no direct access to the beach ... nevertheless a shuttle is organized regularly to get to the beach. The beach is very good ... a restaurant on site offers great standards (club sandwich, burgers, ...). For visits, we have organized a car with driver for the day that takes you where you want ... you are free to choose your route but discuss with the driver beforehand to make the most of your day.

Love the service, all staff are really friendly and helpful.. Quiet tight security but it is not a problem. Breakfast has adequate variety. But, IMHO, this place is suitable for those who wants to enjoy the hotel and not going anywhere.

It's cool here ... clean, modern design. It's a shame the beach isn't close ... but the design of the swimming pool is quite entertaining to the eye ..

The variety of breakfast is plentiful, the pool and atmosphere are great! Towels do not enter at all! The staff is also very nice! The Nusa Dua area was a really nice sea with a shuttle bus to the private beach of the hotel, which is really good!

Great place to looking peace and rest. Located around 30-45 minutes from Ngurah Rai Aiport. Beautiful lobby. Warm welcoming from hotel staffs. Nice meeting room.

The hotel staff and service was very good but the property is on the older side. The shower head in our room was quite old and didn't spray properly for example !

Spacious rooms, good food but from the car park you cannot go directly to the room

One of the more affordable options in Nusa Dusa. They do not have a beachfront at the resort but provides complimentary shuttle service to the beach and Bali Collection. Food is average of a hotel this category, no complaints and they have a nice swimming pool area.

A great place for business trips and a short getaway, especially if you're planning to do the rest of holiday in Nusa Dua. Outside of Nusa Dua however, it is considerably far from common tourist area such as Kuta.

A decent five stars hotel with great pools and private beach. The private beach located separately from the hotel with shuttle bus provided. It's a clean and convenient beach club.

Best service ever received from a hotel. At the airport departing gate, I realized my earphone was left in the hotel room. After receiving my phone call the front desk folk Wira Sanjaya immediately jumped into his motorcycle and delivered the earphone to the airport late in the night! He was worried about me missing the flight so he rode motorcycle and showed up in 25min after the phone call. He did not want to charge me for the ride so I tipped him.

Also I want to thank the room cleaning service in Marriott who helped me finding the earphone very quickly after the phone call.

Everyone is so helpful and getting the important earphone back right before the departure flight is like a miracle!

Moreover, me and my wife love the breakfast buffet and the pool in Marriott! We spent our honeymoon there 5 years ago and this is our second stay. Thanks Marriott for the good memories!

Big rooms, good service and facilities. Only downside is that the beach is not located at the hotel and you would need a 5 minute shuttle ride to reach a tiny public beach area with some hotel beach chairs.

The hotel is already 7 years old and this is noticeable by worn rooms. Do not like textiles !! Gray towels and stains on chairs and lounge chairs. The rest is quite normal for the money in the nusa dua.

Wow! Where do I start?!? It broke my heart to have to checkout at the courtyard today as I felt like I was leaving my entire family. The staff are so amazing, kind and generous there that I truly felt at home and supported during my entire visit. They are so intimate and kind with each person they encounter and the resort was astonishing. Definitely a 5 star resort! If 6 Stars was a possibility I would say this is a 6 star resort. I truly appreciated my stay at the courtyard in Nusa Dua. Amazing people, excellent food with a aesthetically pleasing presentation and I want to give a personally shout out to my friends at this location for a fun, seamlessly easy and beautiful vacation. It is a good hotel that can stay cheaply by family unit. The on-site swimming pool is bigger than you expected and it is a quiet atmosphere so you can relax and relax. The private beach which arrives in about 7 minutes by shuttle is also good enough not to be lacking compared to first class hotel. The moderate waves and the deep sea are also great for surfing with children. However, the breakfast buffet is uncomfortable because of the lack of flavor and kind, and deluxe rooms do not have bathtubs.

Just an average 5 stars hotel. Nothing special. Everything is standard. It is everything that I paid for. Breakfast is good but a bit chaos as the hotel is almost fully occupied. Hard to get seated. Not all food was refilled on time.

New, rooms smaller than Phuket Beach Club. Nusa dua is a bit quiet but still great for a long weekend!

We stayed 3 nights in a very clean and spacious room with a terrace facing the pool. There are no negative experiences we had but great and nice moments. The room was clean and tidy with furniture to rest a little bit. Especially the bathroom was close to luxurious because of the space it offered. Staff was always helpful and very polite. It was very easy to wake up in the morning because of the delicious breakfast buffet which had a vast selection. If you want to relax and enjoy every moment in a very calm resort then this is our recommendation.

The stay was really lovely, the stuff are really friendly, the facilities are very beautiful, the place is clean and most of all as I said earlier they have the best customer care service, they kept checking if I was okay or incase I needed any further assistance to let them know and they gave me a cake on my birthday .
