Service Department is not a good experience. We usually wait 30 minutes to be seen once we bring in vehicle for a scheduled repair. During the repair process no one ever calls to give you updates. We was told the vehicle was ready, stood at the desk 2 hours and overheard they lost the vehicle, found the vehicle but lost the key, all while thinking it was amusing until they noticed us leaned against the corner hearing it all. Guess what, the vehicle was still not operational after all of that. Our vehicle has been in for three weeks straight and we still don't know the status. And yes, we call and get the "we will call you back". Very frustrating. This is a Jeep we bought brand new in January 2019.
