I so verrrrry much haaaaate dealing with vehicle issues, but my service consultant Curt Petri makes it all easy peazy! He is the absolute best -- he is super nice, knowledgeable, and never makes me feel stupid, no matter what silly questions I might have asked. And he and the gang at Courtesy make my Malibu smile!
