I decided to upgrade from wooden window sills to granite so i went to cornerstone to see their products and the staff was so friendly and nice made it seem so simple and easy.... found a scrap piece of material that i liked and decided to just pull the trigger went right home and pulled wooden sills up to give them a perfect templet of each window and brought them to them. I was shocked to hear that it was going to get done that day if not the next but was very happy to hear. Well both pass and still nothing so a week later they tell me they are ready for pick up. I drove 40 min there to find out that the back closes at 1pm for the day and the office staff that was there couldn't help me get it. i was more then willing to carry them all myself the heaviest one was 30 lbs. But they refused to let me have them. 40 mins home the next day aka today i went and picked them up and brought them home. Thought everything would be good then. But again i was disappointed to find out that even with the template i provided the cuts were upward of 1/4. Some are to big and had to be tapped in with a rubber mallet and some are lose and have to have a thick bead of caulk. One i think i have to layer it but i will make it work. O and i have an extra window sill so i dont know if i was overcharged or got a free window sill. So no not as professional as the seem.

Nightmare. I am giving two stars instead of one because the workers are all good. It is a never ending series of problems with poor planning and ordering and still not finished MONTHS later. The worst of it is they have my money.

I just wanted to let you know that everything you did for us was great! All the workers that came here to our house were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Some times they came even when we had to leave and that was OK since we had that special lock for them to enter. They ALL did a great job in every place - the new bathroom vanity and cabinet ; the linen closet that was outside the bathroom and the main project of redoing the front room so it is very friendly user.

The cabinets for the front room are great and ALL my sewing supplies fit accordingly to where I can find everything. I enjoy the new room since I have plenty of lights and room for sewing and a place for company to share the room. The new fans that were installed in our bedroom .

The painting for ALL the area is looking great and they got 2 coats of paint which is great.
All the workers where great and worked together as a fine team . I just need to say that Paul the worker who did the painting and a lot of special work on the bathroom floor with the tile came out beautiful. He also put up our front door will ALL the trim for the door. He also did a lot of extra trim clean up so everything that was cut was replaced the way it was to look finished.
After the whole job was finished I really love the room . The cabinets looked dark at first but with every part of the job finished they look great and got to look lighter in color with the paint finished.

Joshua this room is totally a different room and more inviting for visitors to come into our home. This room is the first room they see and I really like and love being in this room now.

On this day, 06/24/20, two gentlemen from cornerstone came and prepped our kitchen for our new granite and sink. Simply outstanding, no mess, no confusion, did EXACTLY what they said they'd do, cleaned up and left. They were quiet, efficient, polite and professional. The company is full service, start to finish. Our designer and advisor, David Wagoner, former CCPD, in a word....OUTSTANDING!! I can't say enough about Cornerstone Builders, but if you go with another company, you'll contract Cornerstone to correct or replace the work. Cornerstone is worth every penny we invested, and will be having more changes made soon. Thank you Cornerstone!!!!

June 25, 2020. Day two of renovation. Gentleman is finishing the drywall mud, the job is being done with great care, as if we were the most important client Cornerstone has, great care, and almost artistic results. And he's only on the first coat!!! Only hire Cornerstone to do your project, there is a difference between 'price' and 'cost'. The price is one thing, but the cost comes in when you have to have to have it done over. Cornerstone is 'correcting' what was done by another company. We would have saved a small fortune had we gone with Cornerstone the first time. Lesson learned. Cornerstone is simply the best!!! We'll be posting pictures soon, an average kitchen is going to be fabulous thanks to Cornerstone!!!

June 29th, 2020 Cornerstone had three gentlemen place our microwave back up on the wall, no muss, no fuss, quick and efficient. An hour later, Cornerstone's plumbers were here to hook up our dishwasher, disposal, and new faucet. Again, efficient, professional, quiet, done and gone. No leaks. Update on the 1st of July. Final granite install, pics will be posted.

I had the BEST experience having my kitchen remodeled from Cornerstone Builder. Donna Smith was there for me from the minute I walked in the front door until everything was completed. The men that did this job were so professional and nice. They said they would be here at 7 am and they were until they finished their part of the job. They even cleaned up the area they were working on. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having their kitchen, bathroom redone and I would highly recommend Donna Smith. We really enjoyed our visit to Cornerstone Builders. Desiree greeted us and showed us around until Janet, one of the designers, became available. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Janet showed us the different displays and gave us ideas for our upcoming kitchen renovation, including upgrades and space saving solutions. We look forward to renovating our kitchen with her help.

Had a great experience for shower remodel and new vanity and countertop with some additional drywall repair.

We could not be on site when work was completed but Maria and the project manager kept me informed of any issues or questions. Maria went out of her way to help take care of some issues with materials I had purchased.

We are also very happy with the workmanship. I have been telling friends what a great experience we had.

We had a great experience with Cornerstone Builders. Our designer was Sherrie Douglas, she did an awesome job from beginning to the end. Flooring and tile guys were great. Counter top guys did an amazing job. Cabinet crew did a great job with installation and finishes. I would highly recommend using Cornerstone. They were always on time and left my house the way they found it.

Cornerstone Builders met all our requirements for refacing our kitchen cabinets.. From the start when we first met our designer Mark Bohannon. Mark seemed to know exactly what we wanted to accomplish. We chose the materials and Mark made some suggestions which were wonderful and helped to give a finished kitchen. The staff was professional and gave us times for installment which were met. The crew made up of Corey, Chris and Paul were wonderful and efficient. We will be recommending Cornerstone and will use them ourselves when needed .

We sent pictures and concerns to Tony Jr through our sales person two weeks ago and haven t received a response.

I worked with the designer Larry Smith. He was sensational. The project went off without a hitch. The new shower looks fantastic.

I was living in California and took the leap of faith and bought a home in swfl. I loved the home but the interior had to be totally remodeled on a tight time frame. I interviewed contractors from afar and was lucky enough to find Joe Krick from Cornerstone. He met me once and communicated with me often, taking many hours to hear my needs and wants for the home and put them into a design. Joe talked to me about ideas that he had which even made the home more efficient as well as warm and beautiful. He worked with me on the budget. He stayed on top of the project from beginning to end, until everything was perfect, and I am OCD! To this day, years later, Joe still stays in touch with me and any little issue that I report, he has the Cornerstone repair team out within a matter of days. I couldn't have gotten this project right without Joe Krick-thanks!

Working with Janet Weir was a pleasure. She helped us create a kitchen that we love. Everyone involved was professional, pleasant and efficient. We would highly recommend Cornerstone and we would use them again for other projects.

It is daunting to undertake home renovations, especially bathrooms. Our experience with Cornerstone Builders was a very good one. Peter and Sharleen, from project start to finish, were wonderful. They were knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. In the design phase, they offered suggestions on details that I had not thought of and we did not regret taking their advice. As we were away during the renovation, they kept us informed about each step sending photos and coordinating work with a shower door vendor. The company is a joke to work for tell you they will give you a chance to work for what a joke that is. Have 30 years in the field of plumbing and just because of a faucet I have not seen they let me go after one day. There is only about 200 faucet out there. But they take the word of a guy name Chris. That has only been doing plumbing for about two years. The time I was with him all he wanted to do is smoke pot in the company trucks. They say they are a Christian company what a joke

New to Naples we chose Cornerstone for Bath redesigns and numerous other projects around the house. As a New Yorker, I was used to the usual NY work ethic while keeping my fingers crossed. I can't tell you how pleased we were once we made commitment to Cornerstone.
Stefanie held our hand and guided us through every step in planning.and John did the same on the construction aspect. We were kept abreast of ever step and the one or two hiccups were handle like true pros with ease and quick positive responses.

Hours are until 5 p.m. I called at 4:45 to ask for a salesman to come out. The reply was...oh, we are just getting ready to close. You will need to call at another time. 4:45 is not 5:00. Your ad says you are open until 5:00. My business will be going elsewhere. Guess your big. T.V ads are just an even bigger hoax since your receptionist says you close at 4:00. No one really wants to work these days.

We loved working with our salesperson, Donna Smith. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. All the workers that we met during the remodel of our kitchen were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and the entire experience with Cornerstone. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with Cornerstone Builders and our designer Wayne Phillips. Our project was a remodel of our Kitchen. We replaced our countertops with quartz, had our cabinets resurfaced, installed a new backsplash and cut down an existing bump up. Wayne worked with us to pick our desired color scheme and materials that were within our budget. A huge advantage with Cornerstone Builders is that they complete the project from start to finish and coordinate all the subcontractors. We highly recommend Wayne and Cornerstone Builders.

Cabinet refacing;
I felt that working with Peter was very helpful. He described the project in order of work to be done, answered my questions, visited the site on the first and last days (checked in over the phone on others), and looked over what had been done, noticing a few slights that I had not seen. Overall, the professionals who did the work were efficient, on time, left the space very clean, and were very pleasant. I am delighted with the finished product, and would highly recommend Cornerstone Builders to others.

I would never refer Cornerstone to friends or family. So unprofessional and Brad Crook isn't friendly at all or seems he is even interested on what you want done to your kitchen with that being said I would definitely look somewhere else!!!

We recently had a kitchen remodel involving granite and tile installation, cabinet refacing and under cabinet lighting installation. We also had a wall removed, which involved moving electric outlets and switches, to open the room to the living area, by Cornerstone. Donna Smith, our initial contact and designer, worked with us throughout the entire project. She made sure we were satisfied as each step of the process took place. I wish I could name each person individually that came to our home and provided outstanding work and customer service as they explained their individual part of the entire process and answered any questions we had. Any time we had minor adjustments to be made, an employee was here in a very short period of time to adjust, repair or replace. We thought the entire cost was higher than we anticipated, but considering the workmanship and the thoroughness, we would use Donna and Cornerstone for another project.

The process from start to finish was better than most business/services out there.
Work was performed on time, and the fit and finish of counter tops and cabinets were done with a high degree of precision.

A rep from Cornerstone came to our house and went over our project. He measured and quoted us a price for cabinets and countertops. He said he would e-mail us a detailed breakdown of all of the pricing. This was 4 weeks ago. We have never heard another word out of them.

The final piece to our granite came and was installed today. The cut was done on site, by a highly professional cutter/installer named Javier. Outstanding isn't enough to describe his manners, professionalism, not to mention his skill. He did the major granite install for us, had to come back to make a change we requested. On time, no mess, quiet, polite, professional in everything that was done. You can pay less somewhere else, that's the 'price'. The cost comes in when it has to be corrected or in our case, replaced. The previous company was 'countertops and more', good quality granite, poor quality install. There was no 'fit and finish' like we have now. Our install added so much to the value of our home. Cornerstone will be doing a master bath renovation for us soon. Don't go anywhere else, but CORNERSTONE!!!!!

Wonderful experience working with Josh and the entire crew from Cornerstone. Josh did a great job with designing my new kitchen. It involved moving a wall, changing out a window, and giving me all the new storage possible in my small area. The scheduling and organization was amazing. Every afternoon, they d call and tell me which team would be there the next day, what time and what they would be working on. Very impressive.

Overpriced, overwrought catering to egos vs functionality

I suppose there are speed bumps in every big project, but Wayne and Tony at Cornerstone went out of their way to smooth the road and complete the project to our satisfaction. Bottom line is this: I'd use Cornerstone again. In fact, if I had another project, I'd just call Wayne Phillips directly and get it underway.

Wow! That s what they said they would do and they did just that. Once we decided to re-do our kitchen, we were very aware of problems that we wanted to avoid: sub-contractor liens when the prime didn t pay them; large deposits up front; long drag time after paying a deposit; demolition then long delay with no work done; a good design person; and a long track record. We got all that and more with Cornerstone. We saw several folks had said how happy with Donna Smith as their designer so that s who we asked for and she stayed with us all the way to the very last little minor cleanup task. The crews that came specialized and payment was for each phase, with nothing down or a large percentage pre- crew and materials on site. Every day that work was scheduled, a call the day before told us who was coming and when. The crews were friendly, neat, competent, and explained what they were doing in each phase. Each crew had its assigned tasks based on their assignment: plumber, electrician, cabinetry, finish carpentry, etc. They cleaned up each day when finished and took away any trash. No dumpsters or using our barrels. When the final minor task was finished, Donna and a specialist did an inspection with us. And every single change, little mark, or needed fix was done and done right. We strongly recommend Cornerstone. They delivered a worry free major project.

We contracted Cornerstone to reface our kitchen cabinets it was a bit of a struggle but in the end they went above and beyond to make us happy.Tony Jr.and Kevin made it happen and even included some extras!GREAT JOB ! I WOULD RECOMMEND CORNERSTONE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

We've now done 4 different remodel jobs with cornerstone primarily because Joe Krick set the tone with the first (and smallest) project. Joe listened to us closely and addressed our concerns and helped us stay within our budget. Once we signed the contract we were amazed out how quickly the project was virtually completed. I've been in real estate for almost 30 years and I've never seen a faster, cleaner, more professional demolition and reconstruction. They cleaned up everything every day and showed great respect for our home and property. Joe's role was exemplary and when problems or surprises arose (as they always do) he was on top of it. We are very pleased with the results of all the projects we've done with cornerstone but they would not have happened without Joe's professionalism.

Had two issues with scheduling they told me a date and time and never showed up or contacted me.
When I called to see if they were running late I was informed I wasn't even on the schedule .

I just went there with my mom. One of the rudest experiences I have in a while. I could not get an answer on price and it seemed as if we were bothering the guy. Then he told me to be careful about asking certain questions. Then he began to explain the process of installation and was asking me if I was going to do any of it in a very rude manor as if I m to dumb to uninstall the original countertops when I mentioned I could do some of the work myself. Well, one guy just ruined at least 10,000 in business.

Cornerstone employees were professional, helpful and responsive from start to finish. Donna Smith is amazing! She helped us to design our kitchen and baths and paid attention to detail. She answered all emails and questions promptly and offered excellent ideas. Mike Smeltsor was our Project Manager and he was exceptional. He communicated regularly and made sure that we were happy with all of the renovations. He showed the highest level of commitment to work that we have ever seen. All of the other employees were courteous and respecful as well. Our neighbors raved about their professionalism and are now using Cornerstone to update their condominiums.We have heard horror stories from friends in Florida about poor craftsmanship and irresponsible contractors from other companies. Our response is always the same - "You should have called Cornerstone".

Another awesome job by Cornerstone! I ve been using Cornerstone since 2007 when they remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. Jason Chilver and his team met my expectations again with the guest bedroom project and the painting of my condo.

Ready to do a bathroom remodel. Got 3 bids on the project. $5300, $7200 and Cornerstone was $12,300. Are you kidding? How much is it without the gold plating? Other 2 bids were from reputable contractors and met my needs. No wonder Cornerstone can afford TV commercials.

On time, best price and friendly staff. Most of all great work. Just redid my kitchen.

Love the final results of our kitchen. Wayne Phillips worked very well with us. Would give 5 stars but had a problem with back splash and couldn t get project manager to come look at it. It was resolved finally. Mr. Phillips did work us to get it resolved.

We had our kitchen done by Cornerstone several years ago with Joe Krick as our salesperson. They did a fabulous job in a short period of time. My life was not upset for very long and I was very satisfied...especially with our salesperson and the Cornerstone workers. So when it was time to have our master bath redone, of course, I called Joe. Although this was a much bigger undertaking and took a little longer than I expected, Cornerstone WOWED me again. Joe was there every few days to check on the job and how things were moving along. Joe was the main reason we went back to Cornerstone for our master bath. Cornerstone has the reputation but it means nothing unless you have a good salesperson to follow thru. He's the best.

We finally have our WOW kitchen. Janet Weir our consultant and all of the workers were outstanding, paid attention to the smallest of details and made our dream kitchen happen in two weeks! We will definitely call them when we are ready to re-new our bathrooms. My husband and I will recommend Cornerstone to all of our family and friends.

Both the staff, and their work, exceeded every one of our expectations. Our updated bathrooms look fabulous! Our designer, Joe Krick, helped design layouts that were functional, and GORGEOUS! Dave S, our Project Manager, was on top of every detail and kept us informed throughout the project. No project is complete without a few surprises = ), and Cornerstone tackled the project and made it look easy. They do amazing work, and without doubt, we will use Cornerstone for future projects. Their customer service and work is unmatched in this industry.

Awaiting a response as to when they can repair or replace a faulty,leaking grohe faucet in our bath vanity sink. This faucet had a previous leak and last week the plumber came and made a repair which seemed to work however it is again leaking. It apparently needs to be replaced or rebuilt. Called for service this a.m.and left a message as no one answers the phone or acknowledges that they recoeved the message.

We used Cornerstone Builders to upgrade our kitchen counters and backsplash. From the beginning our salesman, Bruce, and our project manager, Mark, were exceptional. Bruce explained everything in detail in terms of how Cornerstone works on a project and helped us make a great selection of granite and tile. He was with us the entire way, even showed up when our kitchen was measured as the first step. He checked in regularly to make sure things were going ok and checked in again after completion to make sure we were completely satisfied. We were particularly impressed with the employees from Cornerstone. The people who install the project work directly for Cornerstone, unlike other companies in the business. They advised us ahead of time when someone would be at our home and what they would be doing. Everyone was friendly and very competent. All our flooring was covered with paper so nothing was scratched during the project. Everyone cleaned up every day after finishing. As with any project, there are often unanticipated glitches and we had a couple. That's when our Project Manager, Mark, helped immensely. All the glitches were fixed to our satisfaction, with no increase in cost. Cornerstone may cost a bit more than other companies, but they are worth it. They handle the entire project from start to finish themselves. They are extremely competent in what they do and customer satisfaction is a top priority. I would highly recommend them.

Our Cornerstone Experience at the Ft. Myers showroom was a great beginning.

Our Designer/Salesman, Mr Sam Elhannaoui, listened to what we wanted for new countertops and sink. I am sure , altogether, our project was very small compared to others. However, Sam Elhannaoui made us feel that our kitchen was very important, not only to us, but to him and the Cornerstone Company. With his friendly professional guidance he took us through the complete project and made us very truly into a "happy returning customer".

We chose Black and White Granite Countertops and Bar, with a double Stainless Sink. These worked beautifully with our original white appliances, and cupboards. We have all our kitchen now in black and white--therefore we can pick-up any color we want to set it off.

All project crew members who came into our home were careful, courteous, and above all friendly. We could tell they took pride in their craft and respected the Cornerstone Company they work for.

Hired Cornerstone to replace our kitchen, laundry room & windowsills black granite and replace all with gorgeous Dakota "sparkle sand" Quartz....plus remove the overhead drywall horizontal column "soffit" suspended from vaulted ceiling over snack bar.
Job began on time....crew covered every stitch of furniture and accessories in great room with plastic and taped rolls of brown paper covering/protecting our travertine floors....we received calls almost every day from office letting us know what contractors would arrive next day and what time.and entire job completed in 7 business days as promised! Crews cleaned up afterwards daily.
From Salesman Al Kempa who came out initially to hear what we wanted done....to Project Manager Chris Spears-they oversaw every detail of fine quality workmanship. Office ladies called daily and drywall guys were great. Did we pay more than the neighbor who hired joe blow? Yep and our work is complete while the neighbor is now 5 weeks into the job and wondering where their contractors are.
Love Cornerstone and did not want anyone else.

This was my second great experience with Cornerstone, and they again lived up to my expectations! Kimber Rose Chapman was knowledgeable, efficient, cordial, punctual and extremely helpful with my project. In addition, the Cornerstone service and installation personnel handled my job with flawless expertise....on time and on budget!

Yes we paid top dollar, but it was 100% worth it! We would have saved money if I had wanted to be the general contractor but it was well worth having Cornerstone and Wayne Philups do it for us. Wayne was with us from the design to completion. The only hiccup we had was with the flooring installers and one phone call took care of that.

My kitchen remodel was a wonderful experience with Cornerstone. The workers were efficient and professional. Chris Brill was an excellent designer who took care of every small detail. He was absolutely amazing in all respects. I would recommend him and Cornerstone to anyone who is considering a remodel company. They are the best in Florida.

I went to Cornerstone looking for counter tops. Donna in the design center was more than helpful. Donna took us on a tour of the granite yard explaining all the different types and levels of granite. Cornerstone had a large selection from basic to the most beautiful and all in-between. My wife and I could not decide as there were many options so Donna took several of the designs and was able to show us how each would look on our counters through a picture program. Donna made this a smooth process and Cornerstone gave us a more than fair price. The installers, Tom and Dean were professional and did an OUTSTANDING job! I couldn't be happier with the finished job, the price and most of all the professional and courteous service we received from the good folks at Cornerstone. They truly treated us as family!! Thank you Cornerstone for making a tough job go so smoothly, you guys are the BEST!!

They subcontracted the electrical and set fire to the house ... after FD left they kept working as if nothing had happened ... just smoke everywhere!
Fired and another company took over months later after they threatened to sue me!

The workers were professional from start to finish. The designer, Patti Baller listened to our dream kitchen and delivered! The project manager, Marc Abraham, was punctual, was very professional and detailed. Sierra called each day to inform us who was coming and when and was pleasant to work with. The demo crew, the electrical team, the plumbers, the granite crew and the cabinet carpenters were all clean, punctual, and professional. The end result, A WOW kitchen, couldn t be happier!!! Cornerstone will be an easy choice for our next project!

Great salesman, set everything up we wanted in the Best Price Range. Work was all well organized and, completed on time as promised. Work area was totally cleaned each time they came to work. No other damage caused to our house while installing. Our kitchen turned out EXACTLY like my Wife wanted plus, even went above board and did some touch up painting where needed, no charge. If you want a perfect job and experience, don t hesitate to go with them! You could probably find someone a little cheaper but, you get what you pay for. With Cornerstone, you get EVERYTHING you want with no hassle! Very happy with my finished product from Cornerstone. Joshua Braden and the team of workers were very helpful, always listened to me and offered solutions to problems, and worked in a very timely manner. From the consultation, my electrical work and cabinet refacing were completed in just a couple of weeks.

From the planning stages to the completion of the project, Cornerstone did an excellent job. Our project manager, Chris, helped us design our projects and followed through each stage to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. My Design Consultant was Todd M. He had product knowledge and was an excellent communicator. Cornerstone installed drawer slides in our kitchen pantry and cabinets. Love them and they make accessing items SO MUCH easier. The installation took a little longer than I expected but in the end Cornerstone made sure they drawers were installed and working properly to my satisfactions.

I cant say enough good things about working Mark Gillispie and his crew they did an AWSOME job and everyone was here when they where supposed to be they wasn't a day that nobody came and Mark would stop by to make sure every thing was done right

A great experience and super people to work with from the design person to the installers. We are more than happy with the job that they did.

We were in need of a condo kitchen renovation and wanted an all in one company, permit to completion, short duration. We took our ideas to Cornerstones Donna Smith (designer), she improved our plan and set all in motion. Completed in 7 business days. Tim our project manager over saw the crews daily and the teams kept the place clean after each day. Crews were professional and polite. Cannot wait to do the Bathrooms with the same group.

Cornerstone has done 4 different projects at our house. The last was the largest and longest. Although there were some problems during it, they worked with us until we were satisfied. Their warranty is great. We have 12 year old cabinets that a couple of hinges broke on. Cornerstone was there within a week and repaired them with no problem, adjusted others and asked if we had any other problems.

My experience with Stefani Pleasant my designer and the entire staff at Cornerstone was exceptional. The scheduling, installation, professionalism at every level was commendable. There was no up front money needed until the project began and was completed. I have restored many homes. This remodel was the easiest.

We were very impressed with the entire process from start to finish- Rich was great taking us around in the granite yard. We had Ben looking around and they had the best selection and price: The quality of the workmanship was excellent: Maria was instrumental in managing the entire project. Dennis was great at communicating and making sure things ran smoothly. The installers were very diligent and didn t take any breaks. We chose blue pearl granite which is very beautifu. The price was competitive and we are glad we did not go with Home Depot or Lowe s as you don t get to see your actual granite. They also were conscientious cleaning up. They wowed us!, highly recommend this company quality products and competitive price.

What they suggest for the remodeling projects is very nice. Their pricing is quite high. More realistic options exist everywhere.

Cornerstone was all we had hoped they would be! My husband insisted on Cornerstone from the commercials because they handled everything from start to finish. We had cabinets refaced, new quartz countertops and some remodeling, All the teams were professional, courteous and very neat. It was a great experience and we both highly recommend them! I cannot recommend highly enough using Cornerstone. Wayne Phillips oversaw my 3 projects -- granite counter tops in my condo's kitchen, master bath room and guest bathroom. The little project also included upgrading the plumbing and electricity in the 1997 condo in order to bring it up to current code. The designs were great, the service wonderful. They exceeded my expectations. When the work was completed, the clean up was perfect. There was no need to come back to fix any flaw, because there were no flaws. Finally, I had a hard time choosing the granite and style for each room, but Wayne was so patient. He offered ideas I never would have thought of, and pointed out special patterns within the granite blocks that would be especially dynamic and pick up certain lights. He could not have been better to work with.

What a wonderful job Cornerstone did in our kitchen. Would recommend them to anyone doing remodeling. All of the staff that worked on our kitchen were truly professionals that took great pride in their work. Janet was just the person we needed to put our ideas together. Thank you Cornerstone!!!

We built our home 20 years ago and when it was time to do some bathroom remodeling, after careful consideration, we chose Cornerstone. The summer 2016 job was promised to take no longer than 3 weeks but took in excess of 3 months with multiple issues that continue to this day. Between the plumbing, tile and shower it is difficult to say which was the worst nightmare. The glass shower doors win. Since one of the doors had loosened from its hinges a month ago, posed a danger and could not be opened, after multiple visits from Cornerstone and My Shower Door, the decision was replacement since a repair was impossible due to in their words: glass was not measured or cut correctly; hinges and caulk used were not the right kind.

When the men from My Shower Door arrived to do the work, we were surprised to learn that only one of the shower door systems was going to be replaced. The other, they were told by their boss, was not completely broken, still functional, and as far as Cornerstone was concerned, not a problem. It is clear to us that Cornerstone is comfortable with substandard work and will not do anything about products which they, at the time, designed and installed themselves, in spite of promises made by the owner in his commercials. I guess we have to wait until the door is about to fall off. Hopefully, no one will be seriously injured.

The best decision Cornerstone has made over the years is to partner with My Shower Door. My Shower Door s work and finished product are outstanding. When friends and family see those shower doors they are shocked at the difference. The Cornerstone work looks amateurish and rickety. The My Shower Door work looks solid and impressive. Both Cornerstone and My Shower Door owners have not returned any of our calls regarding this situation. Consumers -beware of anything having to do with Cornerstone Builders.

I had two projects completed by Cornerstone, complete kitchen remodel and guest bathroom.
From concept to completion it was a very professional experience.
They perform all aspects of the project with their own tradesmen, designers, demo, electricians, plumbers, painters, and tile work. All cabinetry is manufactured in house as well as granite, corian, etc... Complete control of the project is definitely a plus.
Although they are not the least expensive, they offer a lifetime guarantee on everything they do.
I do recommend Cornerstone, they are a no worries contractor.

I recently had by kitchen cupboards refaced by Cornerstone Builders. No complaints! David Wagoner was my designer and was easy to work with. The team was In and out in two days. The actual installers, Jesus and Angel, were professional, respectful, considerate, and took good care to clean up after themselves. I'm a satisfied customer!

I was extremely delighted with the work that was done on my two bathrooms. From the time that I visited with the designer, Joe Essick , and throughout all the stages of the project everything went smoothly and without any problems or concerns. Daily calls from Sierra to keep me aware of what was to be done on the following day were most helpful in scheduling my time and to keep up with the steady flow of workers. The highest compliment that I can give a service organization is to return to them for the next remodeling project and that is what I will be doing later this year.
