Awaiting a response as to when they can repair or ...

Awaiting a response as to when they can repair or replace a faulty,leaking grohe faucet in our bath vanity sink. This faucet had a previous leak and last week the plumber came and made a repair which seemed to work however it is again leaking. It apparently needs to be replaced or rebuilt. Called for service this a.m.and left a message as no one answers the phone or acknowledges that they recoeved the message.
