Tropical Smiles is one of the best dentistry facilities in Brevard County. Staff is friendly. Best of all, they do not give you a laundry list of things that have to be done!

I never enjoy going to the dentist but Tropical Smiles changed that. From Wendy at the front desk, Abby who is the best ever and of course Dr. Schumacher and all the other people working there that make you feel relaxed.

My son and I had our first dental appointment at Tropical Smiles last week. We ve recently located to Melbourne during the start of Covid. We were overly impressed with our entire office experience at Tropical Smiles. My initial conversation started with Wendy at the front desk making our appointments. Wendy spent time going over all of my questions and paperwork and explaining everything in great detail for our first appointment. When we arrived, the entire office was ready to treat us and took all necessary precautions with Covid.
Amanda, our dental hygienist, was very kind and pain-free. She made us feel comfortable in the chair while she was cleaning our teeth. Dr. Schumacher met us near the end of each appointment for a thorough dental examination and spent time answering my questions. When my son got into the car to leave, he said, Mom, this was my best dentist appointment ever. Now that means something! We will see y all in 6 months. Thank you for an A+ experience. The office at 418 E New Haven is absolutely gorgeous and very clean too.

Traumatic as it was to lose Amy, she made the perfect choice in transferring her practice over to Dr. Schumacher! I broke a tooth and called Wendy on Tuesday. She gave me an appointment for the following day that I just assumed would be for a consultation. Two hours later I walked out with a temporary crown! I had not one second of pain, not even from the shot of Novocaine! Dr. Schumacher and Kelley were as gentle as can be and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Today I brought my mother to have her teeth cleaned and Amanda was also so gentle with her. And! as I waited in the very beautiful waiting room, I served myself a delicious, steaming hot cup of coffee! All in all a really nice place to entrust your teeth to. Thank you, Tropical Smiles!

Without question, one of the--if not the--best dental cleanings that I have experienced. All of the staff, from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr Schumacher are professional, kind, and efficient. No hesitation in strongly recommending this practice.

Today, I had my six-month evaluation and dental prophylaxis. As previously, the quality of care and friendliness of the staff was 5/5. I also commend this practice for its immaculate office and relaxing atmosphere.

I only have wonderful things to say about Tropical Smiles! I have had many years of dentists doing a shabby job and charging many many dollars. Tropical smile gives me a reason to SMILE . I have been going to this dentist office for the past 15 years. I have never dreaded going to the dentist because of the amazing atmosphere the staff provides. Wendy always greets me with a big smile and makes me feel welcomed. All the hygienists are absolutely terrific and care like you are family. You can never go wrong with getting a cleaning from Abby and Amanda. Dr. Schumacher always makes me feel comfortable and always explains everything thoroughly. The two assistants, Jo and Kelly, are wonderful assistants and always have a gentle touch. This office is so amazing that they lead me to the career path of dentistry. A++++ . I am not one that likes going to the dentist(if anyone does). I may have just changed my mind after visiting this office. We went several weeks ago for cleaning and checkups. The hygienist was AWESOME!!!!!. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The office is clean and a pleasant area to wait in. I went beck for a small amount of dental work today. WOW!!!! How nice my experience was. Again the staff was friendly and I actually only waited a few minutes for my appointment; and I was early. The young woman that prepped me for the procedure was very caring and nice. The dentist was patient and very friendly. Soft spoken and easy to be with. He made sure I had no discomfort before proceeding to do anything. He was gentle and his nurse was also easy and gentle. No pain!!! Slight discomfort (which was to be expected). They told me EVERYTHING they were dong BEFORE they did it and totally made me feel at ease. If had found this dentist a long time ago, worries would have been eased. SOOOOO GLAD we have found this practice !!! I also liked the fact the dentist did nit try to push extra procedures on us. We both need dental work ;but he said we will take it a little at a time. Unfortunately that has not always been the way it has bee with our past dentist. Again GLAD WE FOUND THIS PRACTICE!!!

Just had a bonding on a front tooth. Very happy with the results. The staff has been there many years and are always very congenial and happy to see you. Dr. Schumacher is very gentle. 6/9/2020 just had a cleaning by Abbey and I just love to have my teeth cleaned. You will too. She is so very gentle and my teeth are beautiful. Everyone in the office is special and friendly.
