We used Cornerstone Builders to upgrade our kitchen counters and backsplash. From the beginning our salesman, Bruce, and our project manager, Mark, were exceptional. Bruce explained everything in detail in terms of how Cornerstone works on a project and helped us make a great selection of granite and tile. He was with us the entire way, even showed up when our kitchen was measured as the first step. He checked in regularly to make sure things were going ok and checked in again after completion to make sure we were completely satisfied. We were particularly impressed with the employees from Cornerstone. The people who install the project work directly for Cornerstone, unlike other companies in the business. They advised us ahead of time when someone would be at our home and what they would be doing. Everyone was friendly and very competent. All our flooring was covered with paper so nothing was scratched during the project. Everyone cleaned up every day after finishing. As with any project, there are often unanticipated glitches and we had a couple. That's when our Project Manager, Mark, helped immensely. All the glitches were fixed to our satisfaction, with no increase in cost. Cornerstone may cost a bit more than other companies, but they are worth it. They handle the entire project from start to finish themselves. They are extremely competent in what they do and customer satisfaction is a top priority. I would highly recommend them.
