I would highly recommend Cornerstone for a remodel. They remodeled bathrooms and our kitchen. Kimber was was our designer, she was a great listener and very helpful every step of the way. She communicated with us often and made the process painless! The workmanship was excellent. Everyone involved was very conscientious . Our condo truly went from now to WOW!!

They were friendly, on time and did what they said they would do. Weeks later when I had to call them about a little thing not quite right, they came the very next morning and fixed it.

Project has been underway for a week. At this point I never received a signed contract even though I signed papers and paid cash. I was told I didn't need to leave while discussing my features with the design person, cornerstone will work around me. Day of construction I was told I had to leave and I needed to move my furniture out. I refuse to leave my home since they knew originally that was the plan. I believe it was over selling that caused this headache. Next issue, they are to clean up daily and take out the debris. It's been a week and I borrowed a shop vac so I could get the drywall dust, carpet nails and debris picked up before I ran one in my foot. Another issue, my kitchen counter outlets were to be put on the countertop, came home to find them on the wall inaccessible to kitchen.
Tried to take advantage of my elderly grandmother and quote her $20,000+ above market for simple bathroom updates because she didn t know better. Shameful.
Actually went to Good Deals. Cornerstone Builders is included in site. Bought a refrigerator. Sales person very nice. Good selection of products. Prices okay but they can't assist with delivery time. Have to wait on call for delivery.
I walked in and was looking around for a wall oven. There were plenty of employees there but not one of them have me the time of day. Not even so much of a glance, so I left. We were open to the idea of a kitchen remodel, but will go with somebody else if we decide to go on that direction. Very disappointed
We are very pleased with Cornerstone. Both the product and the workmanship are excellent. Brad kept us up to date during the whole process. The workers were on time and very professional. We may have paid a little more than if we had gone with another company, but it s true what they say....you get what you pay for! Our kitchen is gorgeous and the process was painless. Very professional service from initial contact Janet Weir throughout te entire process. All installers were on time and met the agreed upon schedule. The quality of the materials was excellent. The only comment I can't make is if it was a good value, as It was significantly higher in cost of all bids received. We chose the bid based on the pledge to finish the work to fit our calendar constraint. This was met and we knew the quality workmanship would be high from previous testmonies.
We are very happy with the work provided by Cornerstone Builders and our representative Matthew Oedy. While our kitchen project was smaller in scope (new quartz counters, backsplash and ship lap surround) they treated us like one of their largest clients. They completed the work on-time, on budget and even while were traveled out of state. We look forward to showing off our new kitchen to friends and family.
We have used Cornerstone for 3 renovations and have been extremely happy with the product, the commitment of their employees and especially the help we received in designing 2 kitchens and a bathroom from Jason.

We've had previous remodel projects by other builders but none can compare to the professionalism of every single Cornerstone tradesman involved in our project. Doesn't stand by their work! Purchased a condo (our third property in the area) that recently had granite installed by the company. They improperly installed the bar section of granite which caused the granite to sag to one side and break the seam. Called the company to see about getting it repaired and the person we talked to was very rude and uninterested in helping us. He told us he wouldn't even talk to us about the granite as we were not the people who purchased it. Regardless of who purchased it... Their shotty craftsmanship is the reason the seam needs repair and the granite needs to be reinforced. We may not have been the original customers, but we certainly won't be future customers and neither will our friends and family so long as this is how they treat people and the lack of faith they have in their work. Very disappointed.
Our experience was FANTASTIC. From the minute that we walked into the showroom and meet with Mr. and Mrs. Several that started our dream.They were very knowledgeable and patient and helpful.They kept in touch with us throughout the product. They really have me what I wanted. Very professional . The gentleman that came to measure was here a hour and a half. Unbelievable .Then the 3 guys that worked on our job were on time professional pleasant and best of all knew what they were doing.the job was supposed to take two and a half days took one and s half days.Thry cleaned up were always curtious and wanted us to be happy and WOW us. Then the next day Brad the supervisor came to check the work on the next day. To make sure we were happy as he was happy to.This am I got a call from Mrs.Severson and they will come Tuesday to follow us. What more could I ask for. I had a big vision for my new bathroom. I did my diligence, got three bids, and proceeded. Cornerstone was the only contractor willing to do the job, and did it within my budget. Anyone can throw up some builder's grade nonsense, but if you really want to do something special, you need someone like Cornerstone. The tile work is absolutely incredible.
Good experience with Cornerstone. Designer Josh Braden kept me informed along the way since the renovation was in a condo we didn t live in full time. Every evening someone would call to say who was coming the next day and what time they d be there. Josh worked with project manager Dennis Cowley to get the work done in a few weeks. Minor problems were taken care of promptly. Very happy with the results.
We cannot say enough positive things about Cornerstone. Maria Dow was a tremendous help in the redo of our kitchen. From the demolition crew to the finishers everyone was very professional and easy to work with. They showed up on time and completed the job on time with no hidden costs!!!Thank you
Lots of friendly teams for each task but they don't communicate with each other. I had what one worked called "the biggest job all week" as I only needed a vanity, counter top and sink the week before xmas. Cabinet guys missed caulking, plumber couldn't install drain pull, both were fixed by the guy who thought he was just picking up a final payment. (nobody asked if job was completed or satisfactory prior to sending him) I currently waiting for service call for crooked door handles and leaking sink. For the amount of money I expected attention to detail but that wasn't the case.
UPDATE:
I had plumber here and he fixed issue (as opposed to helper who DID installed) and cabinet guy came to straighten handle. Unfortunately there is now caulking on the door and some on handle that was fixed, as well as in the drain around stopper. There is also a pencil line (with some caulk) on the brand new countertop. Perhaps you may be "Wowed" with a large job where you don't notice all the small details gone bad. My 48" simple job has been one headache after another!
We met with Mr. Crook 10 days ago to get a quote for a kitchen and bath remodel on our condo and after many emails to Mr. Crook, and promises from him to send our quote, we still have not received it. He even said in one of his emails that they were very very busy. Based on this, I can't imagine getting anything done on a timely basis. So unprofessional and not a great first impression of the company. Not sure if it's the company or salesperson that is to blame.
When my kitchen needed an update, I walked into the Cornerstone showroom in Ft. Myers. I met Wayne Phillips and spent several hours with him looking through samples, discussing my needs, and working to design a new look for my kitchen. After Wayne came to my house to continue the work of designing, we signed a contract. We replaced granite countertops, refaced my cabinets, built new cabinet boxes on top of the old ones for a decorative touch. The work was done on time and on budget. I could not be happier.
Todd Mortenson is the designer I worked with for this master bath remodel. He was terrific--definitely capturing what I was trying to achieve. I would ask to work with him in the future. The craftsmen were exceptional, and the clean-up they did each day was much appreciated. They isolated the work area as much as possible and protected the rest of the house from debris, etc. The vanities I requested were very unique, so Cornerstone was the only company in which I had confidence to build these cabinets. I was not disappointed! I highly recommend this company.
In 2005 Cornerstone remodeled our kitchen and it is a joy.
Last year we had a problem with the dishwasher coming loose from the granite. After being told by our appliance guy and a cabinet installer that they could not fix the problem we called Cornerstone. They returned our message on the same day and offered to have someone over the next day! When the gentleman arrived early in the morning he replaced the connector, replaced the kick plate and provided an extra screw that I had lost. I asked how much we owed him he said nothing and when I attempted to give him money he refused. This is service beyond the expected. The Brown Residence, Burnt Store Marina.
Did business with Cornerstone some months ago big mistake!
They promised everything, but the (expensive) result was very disappointing.
Different colors, uneven handles, wrong countertop sizes , sticky stuff around sinks, poor craftsmanship on the insides, damage to existing parts and a lot of stains and dirt on the countertops finally. You name it OK, mistakes can happen, but then you have to be responsible!
Poorest after sale ever called, mailed, nothing happened.
We were very happy with the different workers who worked on our project, they were very polite and knowledgeable in their area. From the beginning to the end, the process went as expected. I suggested cornerstone to my parents even though they are more expensive I thought it would be less stress and quality work. I was wrong! My parents who are under a great deal of stress are now under more stress...they ran out of tile and couldn t give a completion date. Work half done. Appointment they had at 7am was a no call no show. Really the only WOW effect we have is WOW where are they. Very disappointed. Still waiting for completion.
Update: its now two weeks from the promise date of completion and still not done. I guess since they have their money my parents are no longer a priority. How sad to take advantage of people and leave them with a unfinished kitchen. What do they have to do to get this job completed?

She was very helpful with the selection of the stone, and helped accelerate the process to fit in our timing requirements.
