Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts Review

Very good resort ... very close to the beach. It lacks sector of water games for children like the Cordial apartments above.

It is fantastic, both the environment, as well as the service and staff.
To always repeat.

Many years visiting them every summer and each year better, Ulises the person in charge is a charming, polite and decisive guy to the maximum. Recommended visit especially with family

Nice location but food was not that good and only served for a short time. Has some good entertainment/sports but opening hours was really sparse.

The service is superior. Very good attention from all the workers, reception, restaurant, pool staff, room service ....., I hope I don't forget anyone, because everyone has been very kind.
The hotel is beautiful, cozy despite its size.
Heated pools, how wonderful.
Excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner. Parking service, included for customers.
Every day after-dinner entertainment attractions.
Without a doubt a hotel to repeat.

Small pools. Fatal night bar service in the outdoor area, since they do not serve the table, you have to get up to ask for a drink. Incomprehensible even if there are not many people, loss of sales. Very good accommodation, clean and spacious. Spectacular pool area for children. Correct buffet, service remains fine. It is worth the stay.

Lovely hotel with beautifully maintained grounds. Food and cocktails excellent (and affordable) and pleasant staff at all times. All areas were immaculately clean. Lovely relaxing atmosphere but kids were also well looked after. 10 minute walk to very pretty harbour.

Reasons why not a 5 star:

- Rooms very very noisy, neighbours/maids seemed to be dragging furniture around for hours every morning. Lie in was impossibie. Bed was way to hard for me and had a sore neck and bad throughout the stay
- No decent outside areas for eating/drinking in the evening. I like a nice views and you're lower than ground level so its not possible.
- Cost for safe is a bit steep and wifi is rubbush
- Rarely tongs for the bead at meal times?
- Now my biggest bug bear - the smell. Mogan STINKS. Of sewage. Especially in the evenings and sometimes our room smelt foul but actually never from the bathroom drains (?). It seems something happens at night that makes the resort unbearably smelly. Did it ruin my stay? Probably yes. I believe this is the fault of the new radisson hotel which is a huge shame for the cordial.
- cat poo around the pool areas stank as well. (Note to the incredibly rude german family who thought it would be acceptable to throw it next to our beds) Such a shame as the hotel has set up designated cat areas to keep them away from guests/happy which is great.
- lots of sunbed reserving and we found it difficult to find beds in the sun.

Overall a great stay and would definitely return if the sewage issue is rectified in the resort.

The estancia lives up to its name.

Stayed there in early November for two weeks. Very nice and well-maintained complex, more like a botanical garden, as a hotel complex. The entrance hall is impressive. The rooms are large, attractively decorated and very clean. TV and empty minibar for cooling your own drinks. A supermarket is right outside the door. Separate toilet, starting from the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful, all speak German. Two large swimming pools, not crowded, bars and, if you want, entertainment and shows (well). The rooms are mostly in smaller separate buildings, two to five storeys, all somehow connected. Attention when booking, there are rooms with balconies that are only in the shade and those that have full sun. The ground floor rooms are not my taste, probably too dark and the terraces are visible. Dear further up.
There are a few bad reviews about the food, we can not understand! The breakfast is very good, varied, every day change of conditions, large selection of bread, hot and cold, fried eggs, omelette, bacon and cereal, actually everything you could wish, to the champagne.
Dinner is great too. Several types of meat and fish, daily changing, from beef fillet and sole to rabbit and scampi, Life cooking, huge selection of appetizers and desserts, salads, side dishes and special daily specials. Everything was very tasty, at times sometimes not really hot, but hello, that's just the buffet. Pleasing are the acceptable drink prices, water 2, rose wine 12 for a bottle, that's okay.

If again Gran Canaria, then again!

The facilities are very good and everything very clean, what is incomprehensible is that there is no air conditioning at this point, it greatly detracts from the complex.

Pros - Nice food, free parking, English speaking friendly staff. Cons - cocktails expensive... It doesn't seem like we're allowed to bring own alcohol in.

Optimal facilities: swimming pools, gardens, apartments. Exceptional location Efficient and friendly staff. Good maintenance. Tranquility. We will repeat.

I would give it more but there is not a working fridge in the room! They inform me that it is a cooler box ! Plugged into the socket in the wall that gives off heat into the room but is not cold inside the unit! I other than that it is quite a nice place to stay! The distant drone of a hammer drill! This is overpowered by the noise of children playing in the nearby school! The food is excellent and having a dairy 'milk' allergy they have guided me towards the foods that I can have! The staff are constantly going that extra mile to ensure that your stay is one to remember, also the next time that you return you can attain a type of club card that gets you ten percent Off the next time that you return and it appears that there are more of these hotels in the same franchise so you can benefit when going to the other hotels as well ! lots of things to do on site also! Someone talked to me yesterday and stated that this is their fourth year here and do not think that they have seen everything yet as there is so much to do!

Amazing, quite and perfect for families, furthermore the place hosts some lovely cats and it is close to the beach.Really smart!

HOLIDAY 10. Perfect to enjoy unforgettable vacations both in family and as a couple. The apartments are very spacious with an incredible terrace (with shower included) and with a complete kitchenware (microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle - let's not miss anything). Our 6th visit, and every year seems to get better, we have always had our apartment in the area requested. The rooms are well maintained, clean and a lovely big balcony with good views. The staff are very attentive, pleasant and professional. We shall return hopefully next year.

A great hotel. Come here for the 8th time. It would be nice if the bathrooms would be renovated. Otherwise top.

The people who clean the rooms go crazy even to clean the beds. I've never had such a clean hotel room as on this vacation.

The food was great every day. A huge fresh buffet with something for everyone. Various things also change and some things remain.
Drinks are available with the meal from the original 0.3 or 0.5 bottles that are freshly opened.

The rooms are large and modern. You have everything in the kitchen. Even a microwave. Dishes, pots and pans. Almost a shame that we had booked full board. Bathroom with Raindance shower. One storey and spacious. Big and nice balcony. Also this one with a shower.

Regarding air conditioning: If you need air conditioning at 24 degrees, you'd better stay at home.
If you leave the window open in the evening and have the shading elements in front of the window downstairs during the day, you get pleasant temperatures in the room.

Several pools and children's water playgrounds.

Conclusion: great family hotel.

Nice green plant. There are 2 pools. A quiet and one with animation. The food was very rich, good quality, but not so varied. The staff is very friendly and always ready. We really liked our room. Perfect for 2 people. We would book this hotel again.

The hotel area is just overwhelming, you feel like in an oasis. A very clean run house, very individual.
The kitchen deserves the predicate excellent. That just makes you want more. Since there are many children, it is not perfect in the morning and in the evening with enough sleep.

Perfect to relax as a family. The food, the atmosphere, the entertainment, the shows, the friendliness of all the staff ... To repeat without a doubt.

I had come many years ago with my young children. I will always remember it as the best family vacation. Now I have come to spend a weekend as a couple. The hotel is still the best I will ever remember, as a place to spend holidays. Super professional and friendly staff. I perfectly maintained facilities. The spa the best I have ever been in my life. And I'm 56 years old. In summary. Let's take advantage of a dream hotel. Enjoy it. Pay to come. Worth.

We stayed 2 times at this hotel. We felt like home. Very nice pools. The gardens are beautiful. The quality of the food makes the difference compared to other hotels in the same category. A big thank you to all the staff who do everything to make us feel good.

All perfect !! The only downside that I could put would be the payment of the drinks in the restaurant with half board the truth that I was quite disappointed if it weren't for that it would be a 10 !! spectacular to go with children.I recommend it 100% that if Pay attention to the very expensive drinks and if you take half board they charge you.

Totally okay room, fantastic terrace and nice, nice pool areas. The mini land was surprisingly good and the cleaning very good! We lived high up and got sun only shortly after eleven but by the pool the sun comes a little earlier. We never ate at the hotel so we know nothing about the food.

Just back from our third visit. Excellent experience, friendly and really helpful staff. The appartments are spacious, really well equipped and well maintained. We would not think of going anywhere else. Value for money,excellent location and guaranteed a pleasant stay.

It exceeded my expectations. Excellent treatment and very clean. The children had a great time in the children's area. We will certainly repeat!

Apartment is very nice and well equipped and clean and comfortable. Staff are excellent and friendly. Location is good as on main walkway to the Port. Lots of places to eat near buy and Supermarket 3 mins walk. I have one issue and that is with the number of cats in the complex. I have particular concern as one kept doing it's "business" on our balcony. I had to clean myself at least 4 times. Not ideal if we had little kids. With that said everything else was very good.

Fabulous reception with very friendly welcoming staff - plus free glass of bubbly or juice on check in. Spacious rooms cleaned and fresh towels 5 out of 7 days. Pools and surrounding gardens beautiful. Child friendly only thing needs looking at is putting safety lock or chain on exterior room doors as children can open them easily. Just a few minutes walk to beach, shops, restaurants.. Perfect family holiday.

Great for families or even couples who want relax in the kid free quiet pool

Looking forward to enjoying one more year in this apartment complex, where they make you feel better than at home. After living these difficult times, it is the only establishment that gives me security to share a few days with my family. We have always highlighted the cleanliness not only in the apartment but in its common areas for this and much more in a few days we will be there.

Great staff and position in this wonderful resort. Kitchens and bathrooms in desperate need of attention! Will happily stay here again but hoping that there's some modernisation planned.

Suitable for families with children, large rooms, well equipped with kitchenette. Dining room has canteen character and it is very noisy there. Food is surprisingly good. If you are traveling a lot, eating out or spending your holidays as a self-catering (supermarket just a few steps away) it is absolutely fine.

Second time here the staff are always excellent and the buffet & facilities are excellent .

Sadly not as good as it has been over the years. The food was particularly disappointing this year. A lot less choice and very bland and quite frankly boring.
