Terrific hotel especially for families with children

Amazing , beautiful hotel with lovely helpful staff, , We stayed here for 2 nights because we got stuck in in Gran Canaria and where treat like royalty, Thankyou you all so much xxxxx

It's our third year at Mogan. The food and service is good and the location and facilities fab. Its not for five stars because of small things like my children can't reach the sink to wash hands, soap dispensers in public loos aren't filled. We wouldn't have come back if we didn't enjoy it. I would recommend.

Very nice hotel. Incredibly good service. The food was decent, but it got a bit boring over time .. Nice and clean rooms, but could have been a little more modern. Many fun activities around the area, especially the diving center! The spa on the other hand was far too expensive. Recommend a trip to the hotel's archeological park.

Very well all the staff very attentive and polite both the reception staff and cleaning and maintenance very good views I recommend it.

Hotel ok beautifully clean staff very friendly, but the food not good

Satisfied with room 506. Large terrace. Nice and clean. Good size of the apartment. Simple and straightforward standard.
The dining room is canteen similar and on the verge of unpleasant. But nice staff and good chefs make up for it.

It is really fab. The staff are wonderful. All of them.

HB. Very good, varied breakfast. Several kinds of bread rolls, fresh bread in several forms. Exceptional variety of teas, including sprinkled, coffee so-called very nice breakfast - the possibility of self-made coffee from the machine. Priceless ! Various meats - 2 or 3 types of ham, Spanish sausages, various (4-5) kinds of yellow, good cheese, curd. About 10 jams, including 5 diets. I recommend orange - it's great. Hot buffet made of angola, 4 types of sausages and sausages (some hard), fried bacon, tomatoes, beans, eggs (fresh), eggs 5 and 10 minutes (under lamps). Custom fried omelettes (call the bell at the buffet ). Etc. Of course, smoked fish, salmon and even a few varieties of herring. For this black and red caviar (not to be confused with Astrakhan). Plus many other things. Ketchup and mayonnaise from tubes, but there are also 3 types of decent mustard. Sparkling wine, white and pink (a bit of medium quality) offer quite poor juices. Waitresses nice and overwhelmed. Description of breakfasts at the Tamaragua restaurant. This is not a main restaurant. In the main we ate dinners and if I was a good Samaritan, I should finish this. But I'm not so nice! Food: a large variety of everything, meat mostly hard, vegetables, unfortunately. The taste of dishes ... Hmm. Well, who likes. To me, weak. Fish from fried, boiled and smoked, but in any restaurant in the harbor you eat better, tastier, more fun. Wine price - scandalous. For example - a small bottle of El Coto red wine - only 16 euros. You can buy two times more (0.7 liters) of wine in Dina for around 5 or 6 euros. Nice break. The confectioners for dinner make such a paper that it takes horror. In a 4 star hotel, doing serfdom is a scandal. A separate chapter is the waiters - children in the fog. It can be seen that nobody prevails over them - they do not know much and do not try so much. I can not express opinions about dinners, we did not eat. Junior suite we had in a quiet part of a very large hotel.2 rooms, flat tv in each and one DVD player. Not very big (for Spain quite small) bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, one sink. Basic cosmetics, hair dryer, tilt window in the bathroom (big plus), weight. Towels changed even twice a day. Cleaning ladies embrace everything professionally and honestly. Attention! They work until 15.00. Suite with terrace, impressive vegetation, table, 2 chairs (comfortable) 2 deckchairs (mega comfortable). In this part of the hotel a lot of birds, there are also cats that have their own booths. Cats are clean, sterilized and are under veterinarian care. Apparently, you can adopt them, which probably would not be beneficial for them, given the conditions they have here. In this part of the hotel there is also a chapel, very often open, also late in the evening. Without mass. From the hotel 10 minutes to the port and literally a few minutes to the shops Dino and Spar. The shopping center opposite the hotel is a great misery. The hotel I recommend. Despite some deficiencies, it is very nice but it is very nice, and dinners or lunches can be eaten boldly in the vicinity of this object.

I do not know about the complex itself, but I do go often to the SPA inside. Spectacular and quiet.

The fitness spot is not as well the heaviest hand weight is only 14 kg and no bench press and other many things it lacks much equipment in the training spot

We will return as we have been doing a great time all great and the attention received excellent and his extraordinary friendliness all very clean

Very nice and welcoming hotel, at the height of the 4-star superior category, immersed in a very well-kept tropical garden, like the whole structure, even the interiors are enriched by plants, flowers and rocky decorations with a beautiful jungle effect. Swimming pools with waterfalls, SPA, diving center and well-equipped gym. Spacious rooms with balcony or small garden. Good quality and variety of food.

The cleanliness is excellent. Very good service and a buffet with quite a variety.
To put a fault, signs of room numbers would be missing in the corridors.

Everything is good.If you have any problems with the room,just tell reception and it is normally dealt with that day. All the staff are courteous and welcoming. A very generous Appartmens size with large balconies. Joan and Ron have been staying here for holidays for the last 9 years and we wouldn't do that if we hadn't fallen in love with the place.

Highly recommend this hotel for families, nice pools and kids play area. Staff very friendly and rooms clean and comfy.
Perfect location close to town centre and beach.

Great hotel. Nice build. Beautiful gardens and 2 beautiful swimming pools. Plenty of lounge chairs with thick mattresses. Laying a towel is not allowed but is also not necessary. Good buffets.

Idyllic and wonderful hotel with spectacular facilities and a very friendly staff. We have come many times as a couple and with children. This time we premiered the villas cordial solaz. A wonder for the senses. We will continue repeating without a doubt. Congratulations to all the team at the hotel and thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

Clean hotel, great pools for kids. The view over the valley is pleasant. We don't have the impression of being in a big seaside resort like the towns next door.

A very good Hotel, with quality and a very kind treatment.

At first glance, they were shocked by how enormous and graceful it looked. The restaurant had high ceilings and at the top there was a glass dome in varying colors. Inside the area there is also a large pool that suits most people.

I love those apartments, all my family, for their comfort, their facilities and good treatment of all the staff I know have a great time and also my grandchildren @

Excellent! Very nice place, close to supermarkets and restaurants. You can walk to the beach. Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Excellent attention. A lot of awareness about Covid19. We hope to return very soon

Great place, everything is nice and okay, but very large.

To this hotel I was going several times and it worked until this year. It's a wonderful hotel, located practically in the tropical garden. The gardener is simply genius :-). We were in a room type suite, which is practically a separate house with a garden. Everything was absolutely perfect. Even better would it then was, if it was a little better food. Anyway thank the staff for the beautiful days.

Stunning main reception architecture. Superb beautifully run resort hotel with a green ethos, employing local people. Great food choices. Punches well above its weight and many people return.

Good value for money. Great facilities, friendly staff, excellent supermarket just 50m away. Great choice of restaurants and shops nearby.

Great for a family holiday. Our apartment was recently refurbished with new bathroom and beds. Kids club was great and the place was clean. Loved it, will be back again next year!

Cracking hotel. Interesting architecture and lush gardens. Clean and tidy. Staff are attentive but not pushy. Huge choice of good quality food on offer at breakfast and dinner.

We have been in a 2 bedroom apartment, the kitchen is well equipped, everything is very clean, 3 TVs, grass on the terrace and the very attentive service ... the exceptional reception with some orange juices !! The family is delighted and we will repeat.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and delicious food. Staff very friendly. Nice animation with good morning gymnastics (yoga, Pilatus). Fun and varied evening program. Beautifully maintained garden and heated swimming pool.

Nice and friendly place - well priced and clean.

Breakfast is great, dinner becomes a little samey-same...I'd you eat in.

Beach is quite a walk away - and the WiFi is 256k modem so don't expect to be able to do any work or listen to Spotify.. unless you use your own 4g.

But all best thing the rooms are good sizes, have great balconies and weather is mostly wonderful.

Dreamlike oasis in the environment of a rocky desert. Beautiful garden, beautiful pool area, interesting hotel concept, spacious rooms and good, varied food.

Would recommend this hotel as it was absolutely fantastic environment, clean and nice with lovely greenery! Fantastic breakfast with lots to choose from.

Just got back from 2 weeks at the Cordial great hotel very friendly staff all in smart uniform. Food excellent plenty of choice,2 sittings for the evening buffet we changed from the later sitting to the early sitting no problem suited us better. Good location for Port Mogan stunning harbour setting. Rooms excellent and well equipped.
One slight grumble although the bar downstairs was open till 1pm the reception bar which was magnificent and was only open 5 till 11 could do with opening till 12 minimum. The downstairs bar was more for the entertainment. Best hotel we have stopped in.

Very nice hotel in a great location, stands out in the style of the standard and it is already a small hike through the entire hotel area. The corridors in the rock and small places with tables are awesome to stay here a bit. Restaurant and bar also offer exclusive things.

Staff sometimes unpleasant to the deal. Rules to dress not in accordance with the place (long pants on the knights for dinner). Simple rooms with a lack of details. Food and gardens of the hotel very good

Facilities with care, with great quality in service, staff, place. 100% recommended

A beautiful complex with spacious apartments and beautiful balconies. There are 3 swimming pools and a splash park for the children. All these facilities are open all day. The complex is quietly located and is one kilometer from the sea and port of Mogan. 100 meters from the complex there is a supermarket and shopping center with some restaurants. Eating in the port Mogan is also recommended and attractive. Prices for food are sometimes a bit high there.

Beautiful great hotel very friendly staff would return without a doubt

Top hotel that has it all! The suites are located in a lush and exotic environment. Everything is of a very high standard. Feels very much like being on board a better cruise ship.
The food is the best in town. Tried several restaurants in town and no one comes close to the food served at the hotel.

Would give 4.5 at a push. Wonderful grounds and nicely situated not far from village and beach. Food is of good quality. Amenities are plentiful

To go with children, the best of the south. Relax, large terraces, good atmosphere. COVID-19 awareness. I will return for sure, my daughter does not stop playing in the water jets and in the pool.
