Hotel with excellent facilities, every corner is a photo, spectacular pools, beautiful, very well maintained and perfect for children. The varied buffet and the scandal food of how rich they are. The staff in general makes you feel like family. Recommended 100% and my family and I will be back without a doubt.
This is the first time that I have returned to the same destination and accommodation. This time I am travelling with my 7 year old son and my 13 year old daughter. We last visited four years ago along with my eldest son.
If you read the script about the group Cordial then do believe it, there is a strong ethos of sustainability and deep-rooted kindness which is not just for show. Tino who I believe runs the entertainment here remembered my daughter from our last visit. Children are cherished and patiently looked after in a multi-lingual inclusive way.
The Mini Club offers many different options and is easy going, I have not tried any of the adult activities yet but hope to this week. There are three pools and a splash park, lounger reservation is forbidden. There are always some available anyway.
Evening entertainment starts at 8pm with mini disco which is fun to watch and if your children take part. Last visit my youngest two did, this time not quite! No pressure though which is good. Afterwards there is a variety of evening entertainment we have had a magic show, circus acrobats and singers all really good.
Opposite the apartments is a Super Dino which if you go for local products is really good value for money. The kitchens in the apartments are good enough with a fridge with freezer compartment a two ring hob and a microwave. You have a kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. You can eat in the dining area or on your balcony which also comes with 2 or more loungers. One great addition since last visit is the fake grass on the balconies, much better than hot tiles.
Last time we were in a 2-bedroom apartment but this time we are in a 1-bedroom. You get lots of space to live in and cleaning is 5 times a week. The bathroom has a full-size bath with shower and a wide vanity and sink area with mirrors and a decent enough hairdryer. The 2-bedroom apartment had an en suite.
We all want to return again.

Good place for rest, a haven of peace. Where I see him lazy is the buffet, not because it is not varied, but very fair. The fantastic massages, Maria a great professional and incomparable hands and the SPA very complete. The attention of the staff is great, a team of friendly, attentive professionals and very good rapport. Congratulations to all the team that is part of the Cordial Mogan.

Peurto Mogan is our favourite place in Gran Canaria, it remains generally untouched by commercialisation, instead provides locally run establishments which we love. Cordial apartments is our favourite place to stay in Mogan. Large well appointed rooms and genuine friendly staff. Breakfast is great too, although not a lot of vegetarian options for dinner.

Cozy hotel, acceptable quality price ratio, only drawback is that in the rooms with yakuzzi this only work during the day, it does not work at night. After 9, forget about using it.

Wonderful hotel! Pleasant environment, fine architecture, vegetation as a botanical garden, which also gave sound attenuation. High level of service, pleasant and competent staff. During our two weeks in December 2015, the hotel was first half full and late, but barely noticed more than in the breakfast room. Great breakfast / brunch buffet! The only potential for improvement is WI-FI, which varied greatly in network strength, which was reportedly being addressed. Here we intend to go again!
What a fabulous hotel, very friendly staff. Amazing gardens with exotic plants. Two huge pools with easy access and loads of comfortable sunbeds. Food choices were excellent, overall this hotel has everything you possible need. Highly recommend. Loved every minute of our stay.

Lovely place to stay. Loved the Infinity pool. Lovely sunbathing areas. Close to a lot of bars and restaurants.
For the third year running, we have stayed here. Once again, an excellent stay that makes us want to come back again next year. I have been recommending here to my friends and family.
We requested a room away from the pools after last year being put on south pool side and our daughter was scratched by a cat, and the staff took this very literally and put us in 932. Very far from the pool and a bit of a trek needing 4 elevators to get from ground level to the room, going via the play and snack bar area. If from the south pool, it is more elevator trips.
Special mention for the bar man who was there almost every day at the Pool Snack Bar, very friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. We all didn't want to get on the bus home, and are looking forward to the next time we can stay here.
A recommendation, don't waste money on expensive coach service to Mogan, you can take the 91 bus for 6.80 per adult from the Airport to Mogan bus station, and then a short walk to Cordial Mogan Valle. Door to door in 1hr 5-15 minutes. Quicker than the "limited" stop executive coach service we used on our second stay, and significantly cheaper!

On arrival friendly and helpful staff.
In the apartment we did not find the necessary for 5 people; or rather the cutlery, plates and cups 4 pieces for type nothing more. We had to eat in rotation we did not have the necessary cutlery for everyone and especially if you were cooking you had to wash the dishes immediately. cutlery to be able to eat.
4 chairs, the little one always in your arms.
Very small fridge not suitable for 5 people.
But I say ... if I book for 5 people why not find the necessary items for 5?
Small pool, especially in the sun for a few hours a day, deck chairs attached to each other.

The housekeeper of this hotel asks about the age of the candidates for chambermaids. This is nothing CORDIAL. It is DISCRIMINATORY.

Very pleasant accommodation all staff polite and helpful. Rooms are quite large and in good condition, the rooms and bathroom are cleaned 5 days a week.
We were already there in 2008, but then it seemed as if today was just something! Great facility, delicious food and nice rooms! The place is small and also nicely laid out. Purto de Mogan is not called the Venice of the Canaries for nothing. :-)

Clean, great rooms. Gorgeous balcony. We had a superior room with AC and it was fantastic. Good buffet for breakfast and tea with a range of food. Always a good kids option too- pasta, hot dogs, burgers, chips etc. Good mini disco and various evening entertainment. Small soft play area near the bar. 10 min walk to the beach (with kids) and a brilliant splash park and 3 pools to choose from. A supermarket 1 minute away (Superdino) straight across from hotel. Would highly recommend for families with children.

Ok rooms, good setting, very good common areas and really good food, maybe the overall best tourist complex i've visited.
We decided on a bed and breakfast holiday for our stay in Puerto Mogan. This resort is a quieter place than most of the other resorts around so we were able to have a stroll in the evenings and eat in one of the many restaurants around the beautiful port. The apartments seemed like an ideal choice, many have been recently renovated, and they are very tastefully done. Bedroom, beautiful balcony with table chairs sunbeds and even a shower. The sitting area is very nice too and the kitchenette is well equipped should you choose to eat in. 2 supermarkets close by. It was half term holidays when we visited and there were a lot of children who are well catered for so we were glad to be able to eat out. We did purchase an evening meal in the on site restaurant one night but were disappointed with it. Breakfasts were good though. X

Hotla packed with retirees and families with children, evening software is also designed for them. No disco, etc. Good live gigs in the lobby, I didn't find any info about them.
Full of tourist cruise across Mogan, but if you want to vacation there for some reason you can easily get there by buses and ferries to other cities. The hotel is NOT for people looking for action. Opposite the hot tub at the bar and the beach. However, if the hotel is sleeping it is boring.

Stayed here in March 2016 and loved it! The place is very well managed. All the staff are polite friendly and very efficient.
We were booked in without delay and received a nice glass of sparkling white to ease us into the holiday mood!

The food in the restaurant is excellent with lots of choices and freshly prepared, some items are cooked in front of you while you wait. The service in the restaurant is excellent and the staff clear away plates and glasses as soon as they are empty.
The rooms are well equipt with all the necessary items for a self catering holiday which is really handy if you are half board as we were.
Cleaners are friendly and efficient and will clean your room with minimal disturbance if you happen to be in when they arrive. The standard of cleaning is very good. Towels are changed daily and the bedding changed once a week.
We didn't use the pool areas or the bar area so can't comment on them, but if they are run as the rest of the establishment there should be no complaints.
We were situated on the top floor, directly opposite the building site across the road which caused us no concern or disruption. I imagine they are nearing completion by now and most works will be internal anyway.
The balconies are brilliant, large and well furnished which suited us as we prefer to relax in the sun and watch the world go by in our own company.
The sun did not hit our balcony until after midday but we spent the morning enjoying the marina and surrounding areas before returning for an afternoon soaking up the sun. There is a handy outdoor shower to cool off if required.
We enjoyed our time so much we are returning at the end of September, this time for two weeks, and are hoping we will be able to have the same room as on our last visit.
Cant praise this place enough, have recommended to all friends and relatives.
