You failed to deliver on your slogan's promise: "The New, Stress-Free Way to Sell Your House Quickly and Without Hassle in Allegheny County." The sale was stress-FULL, repeatedly postponed (unrelated to pandemic) and riddled with hassle. You promised your customer your full service, but you oversold and underdelivered.

If Google allowed a zero star rating, your review would be zero star.
