Lovely hotel with beautifully maintained grounds. Food and cocktails excellent (and affordable) and pleasant staff at all times. All areas were immaculately clean. Lovely relaxing atmosphere but kids were also well looked after. 10 minute walk to very pretty harbour.

Reasons why not a 5 star:

- Rooms very very noisy, neighbours/maids seemed to be dragging furniture around for hours every morning. Lie in was impossibie. Bed was way to hard for me and had a sore neck and bad throughout the stay
- No decent outside areas for eating/drinking in the evening. I like a nice views and you're lower than ground level so its not possible.
- Cost for safe is a bit steep and wifi is rubbush
- Rarely tongs for the bead at meal times?
- Now my biggest bug bear - the smell. Mogan STINKS. Of sewage. Especially in the evenings and sometimes our room smelt foul but actually never from the bathroom drains (?). It seems something happens at night that makes the resort unbearably smelly. Did it ruin my stay? Probably yes. I believe this is the fault of the new radisson hotel which is a huge shame for the cordial.
- cat poo around the pool areas stank as well. (Note to the incredibly rude german family who thought it would be acceptable to throw it next to our beds) Such a shame as the hotel has set up designated cat areas to keep them away from guests/happy which is great.
- lots of sunbed reserving and we found it difficult to find beds in the sun.

Overall a great stay and would definitely return if the sewage issue is rectified in the resort.
