Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Most older couples and families with small children.

We stayed in one of the appartments from 10th till 16th of december. The facilities in and around the complex offer good value for money. Only the rooms had some detailed room for improvements

Fantastic hotel. Ideal for cyclists. Food is amazing and caters very well for vegans.

Good, large hotel with a fantastic garden and lovely pool areas. The breakfast buffet had everything one could wish for and the evening buffet was large and varied. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The wifi could be better. Can definitely imagine going back.

Good apartment! Okay mat! Nice terraces. Nice pools! The corridor doors cannot be closed, so it is icy cold in the rooms.

Have already had better for that price. There is not much honeymoon in the honeymoon suite.

Everything is pretty good. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are great. And the area itself is very nice, not as touristy as other areas on the island. The one let down is the wi-fi which struggles to stay connected for more than a minute or so.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Puerto mogan. We were 2 couples staying in self catering apartment. The accommodation was excellent and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this for a relaxing holiday.

The complex is very well, the incomprehensible thing is that they have beds where it is impossible to sleep, you have to throw the mattress on the floor to be able to get some sleep.

Great facility, which is located a little back in Puerto de Mogan. Rooms are clean and size ok. Spacious park-like area with several buildings. Some have a view of the sea and the archaeological park. There are also sun loungers at the top.
There are 2 pools, the animation takes place at the rear pool.
The food is fantastic and varied.
Staff friendly and courteous.
There are various shops and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
I'm always happy to be there.

That was great. Apartments great if you have a garden view. Everything can be reached on foot in the village. Great gastronomy in the area

Very good at the moment everything with Protocol and perfect.

This is our 6th visit and it has been as good as ever, I think that says it all!!! We had one small problem with housekeeping and it was immediately put right after we contacted reception. We are now booking our holiday for next year.

This hotel is wonderful, i cannot fault it. 3 pools and 2 bars and there is always entertainment on. The rooms are lovely and the balcony area is huge with a table and 4 chairs 2 sun loungers and an outside shower facility.

Very good service, located in a nice and quiet place. Negative that on Thursdays and Sundays there is no room cleaning service.

It is wonderful to stay here if you want to avoid the crowds. Apartments nicely renovated, especially the bathroom has become beautiful. Wonderful beds. We have been coming here for 7 years. Only the weather was bad, many cloudy days.

Almost every year we go and we love, because of the playground, how careful they try to have everything and the reception attention.

All very well to be apartments, the only downside that I would put and it is very important to take it into account is that the armchair bed that there is to sleep in is horrible, sleeping on the floor can be more comfortable than in those mattresses and that armchair, for On the other hand, the refrigerators in the apartments are very small for up to four people. Of the rest, all GREAT !!

Spectacular in everything, but especially to highlight the attention and disposition of the staff.
I have come with my 6-year-old daughter for a week in May, highlighting that the hotel has two huge swimming pools with water at 27 degrees. Very spacious rooms with a good bathroom and terrace.
The spectacular and super complete buffet (I have come with 1/2 board and you can change dinner for lunch whenever you want)
Perfect WiFi, free parking.
Great entertainment for children, with a mini disco, a kids' club, bowling, trampolines .....
The colonial-style hotel, with wonderful gardens and a spa in case you want a good massage
In summary I will return and from what I see there are many families that repeat.
Also next to a magnificent enclave such as the port of Mogan 5 'leaving the hotel, with a good beach without overcrowding and all services.

Difficult to find the apartment, had to use 4 lifts and many long corridors. The apartments and the 3 pool areas were fine, otherwise there was poor cleaning and maintenance. The area at the Mini Club was dangerous for children, many places and stumbled upon the broken mats! Didn't have sun until about 11, some places later

Excellent, staff very friendly, the hotel area very clean and the food was excellent, a point deduction with respect to the rooms, these are getting old

Visually an excitingly designed hotel with lots of greenery. Friendly staff. Unfortunately both hot tubs were locked during our stay (7 days). Due to the encountered visitors, the hotel is more suitable for guests over 50 years. The hotel is really very quiet, a rental car is recommended, the nearby beach is a bit small. The buffet in the buffet restaurant is a bit scattered and a little carelessly prepared. Unfortunately, the dishes were often not clean. The quality of the food in the bars and the other restaurant, so which must be paid extra seems to be better than in the buffet restaurants. The beds are very firm and due to a foiled surface it rustles with every movement.

Good quality nice staff and good shops, restaurants and beach near to the hotel or apartments.i recommend to come here

Facilities and spectacular treatment !!! I recommend it to rest and relax !!!!

Towards the end of the holiday it seemed like half of Spain descend on the hotel, with a lot of unruly children running and screaming about the place,the parents were rude and loud, pushing in,taking food you had waited for to be cooked it like a stampede,on the plus side the hotel was lovely,the room was spotless and big,Aircon worked,and the staff with the exception of the head waiter/restaurant manager who was pig ignorant were really friendly and helpful,would I go there and,the jury is out.

Been three times for Christmas, the first two times would have been 5 star, third visit was slightly marred by too many badly behaved young people and a slight reduction in over all service. Peace and quiet was still to be found, accommodation excellent and food very good.

Resort and hotel are both wonderful. This place has class in abundance but is expensive!
