Nice hotel we enjoyed especially when we visit Delphinus Diving School and we booked with them scuba diving and snorkeling in puerto Mogan and on another day my wife with me went on the night dive in house reef.

Nice big room with big bath and balcony. Plant very well maintained, located in the middle of town. Only 3 minutes to the small beach of Morgan. Food was good. Many options. Service very good. Great massages in the spa (extra cost)
Great staff, very accommodating and attentive. Rooms are excellent and spacious, along with the balcony that also has a shower for cooling off.

A great place to stay. Food is lovely & the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Puerto Mogan is a pretty place to stay with so many restaurants to choose from.
Quiet and clean, very good treatment from all the staff. It's worth the full board: you eat very well. The only bad thing was the bed, that the mattress was somewhat uncomfortable, but the rest is a hotelazo.

This is the nicest hotel that we have visited in Gran Canaria so far. It is nicely divided, has 2 large pool areas and its own archaeological park! The service in this hotel is terrific, we are thrilled about it.

Super apartment complex for children. Okay it's a maze the first day and there are several elevators. But what do you want it is built against a mountain slope. My family enjoyed it wonderfully and the children were able to play and swim to their hearts content. The buffet was great the first week but disappointing the second week. It was also busier then. Furthermore, a few times had dinner in the harbor and went with the submarine (highly recommended).

Apartment extremely comfortable and quite well appointed. Appreciated the Air conditioning and the spacious balcony a boon. Maintenance of all parts very good and all staff very helpful and friendly. Kitchen facilities were more than adequate for preparing own breakfast and occasionally lunch. Lovely to take these out on balcony too.

Regrettable. We arrived at 12 at night and the children's extra beds were not done.
Another leaky day. You could see that they were not new, there was a mark on the ceiling and a closet that it was a common leak. It was not fixed and it looks like it will be there for a long time. They put old blankets on us to absorb the falling water .... We didn't change rooms because there was only 1.5 days left.
I do not recommend the accommodation

What can I say? Sensational. The facility, the staff, the charm, the flair, the food. I felt extremely comfortable all around. A place that I will definitely visit again.
Very nice complex consisting of several houses. Large, clean pools with plenty of pool chairs. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our room was cozy and clean. The buffet has a large selection of various dishes, which are also delicious. At the hotel a promenade leads past to the beach with several shops and restaurants.
Excellent accommodation, fab location. Can't praise the staff highly enough.
Very good for family, good attention, food and facilities. We have repeated.

The amazing place, the staff a 10 to each of those who served us, the lovely cook even cooked something different than what was for my boy's dinner. Adorable receptionist. All the workers that I found very helpful. We went on opening day so all great at dinner is smoked tractor as we arrive roaches walking around your house. The logical thing would have been to leave but spoiling the fun for the children were not my plans. Endurance. For the record the next day they fumigated and everything they could. Night 2 the same but I already solved about 5 cockroaches, night 3 with exhaustion I fell asleep and very few died in the morning. This odyssey was inside the apartment.

Hot apartments without AC, the cleaning of both apartments and common areas very fair. Colony of cats that we could not eat on the terrace because they began to order under the table.
The space for children without AC ... All sweating. Impossible to be there.

Good service, wonderful breakfast, nice rooms and access to everything you need. The atmosphere of this hotel is absolutely wonderful with beautiful gardens, nice manicured pools and small cats that stroll around and are well cared for. Well worth a stop to stay at this hotel.
