The dealership was very resourceful in helping me get an excellent price on an excellent van. I really can't explain how amazing it was to go to the dealership expecting to get beat up by a sales guy and leave feeling like I had just found a partner who was there to help me get the car I wanted for less than I had try to negotiate. Service department did an excellent job installing excellent quality add-on parts. Very impressed with this dealership.

i have bought over 50 cars and i can not believe the customer service i have had this past week i have to still make a purchase from this dealer but even before i purchase i just want everyone to know the customer service is just unreal, unbelievable i really wanted a car and ask for a test drive and i took a very very long test drive and never got a call (even tho i was 45 mins past closing time) once i got back i was still unsure so i asked for a longer test drive and with no hesitation i was able to take a test drive. then the next day i decided to buy the car and i took it back however i was sorta late so i was unable to make a deal ad purchase my soon dream car and i had forgotten my car personal car keys all the way back in Columbus (2 hour drive) and with no hesitation at all he said no worries and handed my the keys to an s class and said i will make sure your new car is not sold see you tomorrow or Monday. i was blown away
i will be sending all my customers here as well as family and friends
being in the automotive industry i have never ever seen this level of satisfaction they have won my business on new and used Mercedes Benz

I found the truck I wanted and called to make sure it was available. It was a blue Ram 1500 Big Horn. I had to work that day so my salesman Ian started on the paperwork. I received a call later that day that the radio didn't work and they were going to begin working on it. I went over there that evening to test drive it and make sure that it was what I wanted. I signed all the paperwork and was told the radio would be fixed the next day and that it would be detailed. The salesman then let know that he himself had been driving the truck for a couple weeks and that it was a great truck. Ian did work out for the vehicle to be delivered to me the next day, because it hadn't been cleaned yet and they were going to fix the radio.

Fast forward to the next day, I get a call that the radio needs replaced and that it would be be in until Tuesday. So the truck got delivered, with a non working radio on Thursday, and would need to go back Tuesday morning to be fixed. No big deal, I was glad that it was going to be taken care of. Then I opened the truck. It had not been cleaned. There was dog hair all over the truck, French fries under the seat and dirt all over it. The truck hadn't even been vacuumed to make it look like they tried to clean it. The outside of the truck was equally as dirty, the wheel wells still having mud in them and water spots all over it from the salesman driving it. They did manage to spray some tire coating on the wheels, which was also all over the chrome rims and the body panels around the wheels.

Tuesday arrives, I wake up early and head to the dealership under the promise that I would have a loaner vehicle to drive when I dropped it off so that I could still get to work. When I arrived I was told that there was no vehicle for me to drive, but that the radio wouldn't take long to replace and I could wait for it. So, i went and sat down in the waiting area for about 10 minutes. The service representative then came and got me and said that he didn't know that the tow hooks needed removed. I asked why they would be removed, and he quickly asked if I had consented to that. I replied that I had not. He then said that the radio wasn't there yet and now they suddenly had a vehicle for me to drive. I asked about the truck getting washed and he reassured me that It would be cleaned. So I went about my day and went to work.

They called me later that day that my truck was done. I arrived to see that it had not been washed or cleaned. I was upset to say the least. I gathered my keys and left. I didn't want to fight anymore for a detail that clearly wasn't going to happen. Needless to say I feel less than cared about by Coppus. I won't be returning for another car or an oil change.

Speaking of oil changes, did I mention that the truck I bought was being driven by a salesman and was overdue on the oil change by almost 1500 miles? So that was another expense I had to incur to get the truck where I want it, drivable and well maintained.

Fast courteous and reliable. Everything you love about a great dealership.

It's a bit of a drive to get service for my RV with a Mercedes Sprinter coach, but it was worth it so far. The staff was very nice.

I worked with Ron White and he was very helpful switching out the lease on my old vehicle for a new Jeep Patriot. My wife and I have been customers of Coppus Motors for the past 25 years and have always been very pleased with the service. Tom Zirger and the finance department also do an excellent job, as does the service department. I would highly recommend Coppus Motors to anybody looking for a new or used car.

First I would give them 0 but to write my story I had to put a star. 12/9/19 I went to Coppus Motors with my Jeep Cherokee which they have worked on since I purchased it. Engine light on running rough. Put on computer said #5 spark plugs they couldn't get me in for 3 wks. Can I drive it No. Can I get a loaner Unfortunately you didn't buy it here. So I went to Courtesy Auto on 12/21/19. They replaced plugs still rough needed #5 cylinder. I took it back to Coppus cause it's under power train warranty. Can you fix it - not for 3 wks. Can I get a loaner - no we didn't diagnose it so we aren't sure that's it and unfortunately you didn't buy it here. So I called Chrysler they got me then next day into Paul Cole Motors. They did the work and gave me a loaner it's called the JEEP WAVE PROGRAM. I got the loaner cause I bought the Jeep not cause Coppus says so. Hey Coppus what is your problem? I would just like to add the Jeep had only 47,800 miles.

We took our 2008 Dodge Sprinter to Coppus Motors for glow plug replacements on our Mercedes Diesel engine. They scheduled quickly (within a few days of our call) and got our vehicle done in a short amount of time (we dropped it off the night before and had it back the next afternoon). It was worth the hour drive for such efficient and knowledgeable service. Since this is our main business vehicle, time was of the essence. The only other service shop in our area has a bad reputation for keeping vehicles for a month or longer for repair work. Thanks to Frank for his assistance. We will definitely use this company for future repairs!

In customer service, people tell me about their personal lives and issues very often. It just happened that a man who comes in occasionally decided to share some of his with me last week. His main issue was not having a car for over a year. He walks everywhere. He told me several details of what added up in his hardships and struggles. The last time he bought a car, he put thousands into it and it died within the same week. I told him that if he wants the best help, he should go to Sunny at Coppus & I gave him her info with her permission. The other day, the same man came back to my work specifically to tell me the good news... he pointed out the window to show me his absolutely beautiful new car! I was pretty invested in his story after hearing it, so we were both tearing up and so happy. He told me that since he finally has a car, he s going to spend the weekend at the lake, and he did just that, thanks to Sunny!

If you want to find the car for you, and actually want someone who cares about getting you quality and care, Sunny is who you need to see! Literally this changed his entire everyday life. And I don t know where I d be without her either! She s a blessing

This dealership is fantastic I drove 2 hours to buy my jeep wrangler. They go out of there way to make sure happy with your deal. Pretty sure this is the only dealership. I will buy from for the rest of my life. There service department is outstanding from previous vehicles I have had worked on there.

My salesperson was Dan Lehman and he was great to work with...he explained everything in detail and always called me right back if I ever had a question. And Frank in the service department is the nicest and most patient man you will ever meet. Even when I can tell it is crazy busy, he comes to the phone and gives you all the time you need. I don;t know the names of the people that answer the phone but they are so polite and professional every single time you call. I would not even consider going to another dealership ever. They get 5+ stars from me.

I have been dealing with Coppus Motors for a few years now and I live and work out of state. I have used Coppus for work vehicles and family vehicles. The Sales Team has always been helpful. I recommend everyone I know to check out Coppus first.My salesman Joe Hammer is excellent to work with each step of the way.

Friendly, professional, accommodating, and fast. The salesman called when they got something they knew I'd be interested in before it was on the lot. They allowed me to drive it overnight to make sure I was comfortable. They explained all its features and hooked up my phone. He answered all my questions patiently. They respected me as a person and not just as a customer.

The estimate they gave me is what I ended up paying, even though the job took longer. They provided me a free loaner car. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly

I cannot recommend this business. I've only dealt with sales staff and repair staff. The sales staff is rude (some old guy acts like he's the king) and most times no one will come out to help you or answer questions. The one time I tried to walk in to ask questions the old guy stopped me and said I couldn't come in. Service is disorganized. That may just have been the day I was there though.

Once upon a time.. In a land far far away

Nope we can t do that because there s no happy ending here. I thought for a while that I had bought my dream Wrangler but my fairy tale quickly became a night mare. It was just another Saturday when I found myself in Tiffin going to Rural King, but this Saturday was different. I saw a Jeep Wrangler.. it was beautiful.. Red, 17, black rims, low miles.. that s the kind of vehicle that makes my heart melt. I knew I wanted that Jeep. I test drove it and just knew I had to have it. So thanks to someone I once thought was a good salesman (KB I ll just give his initials) l was able to get the Jeep I wanted. With some calculation here and some crunching there it was mine. I drove my beauty home that day. Happily ever after... NOT
It was the rainy season and I quickly started to see problems. I d get in and see water marks running down my door, I d feel squishy carpet under my feet, something just wasn t right. I started to investigate. I pulled back my carpet to find water laying.. not just a little water but at least and inch laying under my feet. So quickly I put my warranty to good use and took my Jeep up to the Coppus Motors Service Department. I got the Jeep in to get worked on. I was given a loaner vehicle and I put my Jeep in their care. When I got it back much to my surprise there was still water in it.. lm going to make this review shorter now.. this happened not once, not twice, not even three times but I had to take it up 5 times! I dreaded calling to tell them about it, I was feeling hopeless that it wasn t fixed, I felt terrible being treated like I was a joke from the service people. My fairy tale didn t last, this was quickly becoming a night mare. My beauty my Jeep my Wrangler was leaking and I couldn t make it better. I love that Jeep and I didn t want it getting water damage and electrical damage or even rust damage. I couldn t let my $30,000 beauty keep leaking and getting damaged. I love that Jeep and I didn t want to have to let it go.
My final trip I got my last piece of disrespect from Coppus Motors.. straight from the mouth of my salesman came this If you really want a Wrangler you re not going to care if it leaks a little... that was his response! I didn t even mention that he treated my father and I like complete strangers. He made a lot off of my sale and to get the disrespect I got I had enough I was done. Sadly i traded in my Jeep for an new Wrangler I had to leave my leaky love behind. I wish he had shown me the car fax before where I would have saw the leak but he didn t. I m sad to have to explain this because it s wrong for Coppus and my salesman to do this to me.. shame on you KB.

I stopped by the dealership today (Tuesday 11/16/16) for my first time ever. I was trying to get in to have my Dodge Ram pick up checked out due to some serious mechanical problems I have been randomly experiencing. Other dealers closer to my home just couldn't seem to find time to fit me in to their busy schedules. Well, not in a timely manner in my opinion.

I walked in and spoke with Rick & Pat in service and Phil in parts in regard to my issues. All 3 of these gentleman were extremely friendly and helpful and even though they were busy, they made time to fit me in! Ryan checked out my Ram truck and they diagnosed the problem in no time! Parts were ordered and repairs are scheduled upon their arrival.

I can not begin to explain how grateful I am for all of their help and understanding! I will be back and I shall spread the word to others about them!

Coppus Motors is a great dealership to purchase a new or used vehicle along with an excellent service department.

Drive in service bay is clean and convenient. Representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Comfortable waiting room with tv and coffee. Service was quick and there were no surprises. A pleasant experience.

We brought our Chrysler T&C here because we were having problems with it starting. The van would start occasionally, but it was (and still is) temperamental. They quickly decided it was the starter and replaced it for $430.

About a week and a half later we were roughly 2 hours from home and the van didn't start, again. We called and complained about paying so much money for a starter and yet the van still didn't want to start. They said we could bring it back in and the cost would be on them for whatever they found was wrong. They did exactly what they said and all seemed fine, until the next day.

The next day after picking up the van we started to hear a rattle in the steering wheel area. Apparently, they had taken apart our entire dashboard and something isn't back where it belongs securely. Oh, and we were out of town and the van didn't start AGAIN!!! Now, we are waiting to get the van back in for the THIRD time to find what the problem is.

They claim they are able to fix Chrysler vehicles, but they can't seem to put our van back together or figure out why it won't start every time.

The past two times I've taken my car to Coppus my safety has been at risk. The first time was last summer and under 100 miles after leaving the dealership my tire lost lug nuts and nearly came off. It's been almost a year since then and I never wanted to go back because I was so disappointed with their service and frustrated that someone's safety could mean that little. My car ended up having a recall so I had to take it to Coppus with it being the only Dodge dealership in Tiffin. So I thought a second chance would be good. THE SAME THING HAPPENED. Under 100miles leaving the dealership, my tire started making the same noise so I had to call Triple A and have them re-tighten my tires once again.

A big reason I always get my cars at Coppus is because of the service department!

dont listen to these people half of them are just staff making up the reviews this place is a serious joke and the owner is a joke his self on his car lot and his rentals wont work with you treats you pourly comes up with all kinds of excuse's i wouldnt buy from these guys or rent from them a friend rented from the owner and was totally disrespected by him he cut my friends family down he was yelling at them and there kids i dont think this is away to be treated if you want poor service this is the place if you want a bad rental this is the place to

Always get me in, even when I don't have an appointment. Took care of my front tire on my jeep, at the last minute! Great service!

We just bought our third vehicle from Coppus Motors in Tiffin. We always deal with Joe Hammer he is very good to work with. It is very laid back with no pressure. He found the truck I wanted and came in with a price we liked. There is no smoke and mirrors or hoops to jump through. Just a simple and straight forward process.

Excellent service. Frank and his team always handle my needs better than other places.

Car wash they have didn t get my car clean at all left soap scum all over my car dirt in the wheel wells just not impressed see picture s one is of my windshield and other is the front driver side showing wheel well and tire and soup scum

Well this store wasted about 3 hrs of my time. I call ahead to make sure the vehicle was still since it takes me an hour to get there. They said it is and someone can help me when I get there. So I arrive at about 10 til 7pm they hand me the keys and tell me to go drive it so I drive the vehicle. I get back and sit and wait for about 45 minutes til I can actually talk to a sales person. Meanwhile one sales person is doing paperwork with a couple buying a truck. What looks like another sales person plays on his computer and what looks the sales manager sits in his office both ignoring me. After said 45 minutes sales person selling the other vehicle comes and grabs my keys for my trade comes back about 2 minutes later and gives me their proposal we were about 1500 from where I wanted to be to buy but they tell me they won t negotiate even a dollar. So basically it took me an hr drive there and an hr drive back, sit in there show room for 45 minutes to get treated like a subpar human being. Save yourself the time and go to a store that respects its potential customers
