I purchased my E350 Mercedes from Coppus Motors in 2017 and I am so happy to be a member of their family!!! They go above and beyond what is great customer service and they make everything easy. My salesperson was Dan Lehman and he was great to work with...he explained everything in detail and always called me right back if I ever had a question. And Frank in the service department is the nicest and most patient man you will ever meet. Even when I can tell it is crazy busy, he comes to the phone and gives you all the time you need. I don;t know the names of the people that answer the phone but they are so polite and professional every single time you call. I would not even consider going to another dealership ever. They get 5+ stars from me.
