I am never one to write reviews, but I just feel it is important to do so here. I have been a patient/customer of this clinic and Dr. Hollingsworth. I am not a person that needs a doctor a lot, but I like to do annuals, ect.

I have watched over the years as things have gotten worse and worse with their attention to their clients and lack of customer service. Today it hit rock bottom and I will NEVER be back. Here is why:

I set an appointment for an annual physical over 2 months ago. When I set the appointment the receptionist asked that I come in 3 days before for labs. That was last Saturday. I showed up and they take me back to the lab. I wait for the tech to call my turn for 15 minutes. I am then told that the lab order was not placed and she can not do anything. I leave with a wasted trip but write it off for miss communication.

The following Tuesday, I show up for the actual physical appointment. Now I was 10-15 minutes late because of horrible traffic and rain, but I did spend an hour getting there from my office. I wait another 10 minutes, and the receptionist comes and tells me that I was late and that Dr. Hollingsworth will not see me and I need to reschedule for another 2 months because that is the next opening.

The funny part is she can't reschedule the appointment because his July schedule is not out and she can not see it. I quip back that then how does she know he has an opening at that time if she can't see the calendar and politely pass on the invitation to reschedule.

I am a professional with as much education and skill as them and service a lot of other professionals just like them. I NEVER would turn away a client in my waiting room for no reason I can even think of. That is because I understand the value of a customer. They obviously do not.

I wonder if this Doctor and clinic knows how much time I have wasted in their waiting room waiting and patient rooms for them. Several hours is the answer over the years. What a bunch of hypocrites.

My only hope is that this review can educate a lot of potential customers of the danger of doing business here and that the clinic management team can use this review for future training and consideration on how to treat their customers.
