Everything is made fresh to order. Fast, speedy service. I had a blueberry acai smoothie and it was phenomenal!

visited about four, it was not full. i look forward to going back again. prices are appropriate for the quality.

Fantastic coffee and the quickest drive thru in town!

Nice place with good atmosphere. Staff was very polite and efficient. The coffee was not very good, bordering on bad. I also got a blueberry muffin and found it to be dry. If a place can't get coffee right when it's in their title I can't give them a good review. However the price was not too much and I would be willing to give them another chance in the future.

Great local coffee shop. I've been coming here for years to grab coffee. Try their cuban coffee it's delicious! The staff are always nice and helpful when I want to try something new. I'd say this is the best coffee shop you'll find in the area!

This cafe will be your new model for "local neighborhood coffee shop". I love Copper Star purely for the location, the staff, and people who call it home. The front porch seems to always have pups waiting for pets and treats. The converted gas station is a great environment for work, a visit with friends, or to watch the great staff in back baking their homemade goodies. I reason I didn't give them 5 stars is for their drip coffee, which I think is a solid but doesn't knock my socks off. Then again, you'll always see me with one of their cups drinking the coffee out front with my pup.

Delicious coffee, fantastic people. Curry chicken salad is amazing. They have a rotating selection of fresh pastries every day, includng gluten free options. One of my favorite places in the Valley.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was good. But, they allow smoking on the patio, which negatively impacted my experience. I probably won't go there again except to get coffee/food go.

It's in walking distance from my house and they have vegetarian and vegan options. It's a hip place, an adaptive reuse of an old gas station.

This is our favorite neighborhood coffee spot. Great chai tea, fab chicken curry (as a salad is best), & the baked treats are top notch! The staff are warm & friendly too.

Amazing coffee! The food stuffs available here are perfect for breakfast, lunch, and quick snacks. The folks behind the counter have always been pleasant and accommodating! 12/10 will visit again

I love this place! I found this place about a month back and have come in 10 times so far each time has been excellent. The service is top notch, everyone that I've seen work there is super nice and the food is delicious! Not only do they have in house daily baked treats but they have actual food some vegetarian option are available too. They take all major credit cards and there is plenty of indoor and naturally shaded patio seating. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but they have drive thru service.

Friendly baristas and great atmosphere here. The smell of coffee and the company of a great book makes this a wonderful, cozy spot to relax.

I suggest their house lemonade or tea with strawberry or mango syrup. You cant go wrong with their blended vanilla or simple cup if coffee either (especially with vanilla, caramel, or coconut syrup added!)

Overall, the amazing service and overall chill atmosphere will definitely keep me coming back for more.

The atmosphere is so unique and artistic. I love the smells that rift through as your hot or cold coffee's ,lemonades , or munch on some amazing lil treats feels its my favorite new neighrborhood find .

Hands down, Copper Star serves the best lattes! I've tried a few other shops, both local and chain, but they're hit or miss -- good one day and bad the next. Copper Star's Tuxedo and their Lavender lattes are CONSISTENTLY great!

LOVE this place! I enjoy the atmosphere and their menu! The raspberry white chocolate latte is my favorite and their curry pita salad! It s a small and I m sure over looked place on the side of the road but it s a hidden gem!

They have the BEST Chai Tea in town!! The owners are super nice and helpful!

We were staying in the area for a couple of days and I'm glad we decided to stop by here. The coffee was delicious and the outdoor seating was very relaxing.

Copper Star Coffee is amazing. Delicious coffee, beautiful old building. A drive thru area for safe curbside pick up. I always get their hummus plate, it comes with kalamata olives, pita bread, roasted red onions, tomatoes, and zucchini. I got a side of focaccia bread with it the last time I went, and it was so warm and delicious, I finished it in the car on the way home. Their interior is nicely decorated with plenty of seating and surfaces to plop down a laptop, or couches to sit back and relax with a good book. That's one of the things I'm looking forward to once the pandemic is over.

Always terrific coffee, a friendly vibe, wonderful scones, free wi-fi, plenty of places to plug in, dog-friendly patio, and hummus plate (can't get that at the chains!)

First time to Phoenix! Read great reviews about this coffee shop. The mocha lavender is smooth and lives up to the hype! My first time to this coffee shop, I didn't get a complementary pastry which I read about in a few reviews, however, my tip amount on my credit card transaction was generously changed from $1 to $6. It could just be a mistake or it could be someone fraudulently overcharging manual credit card receipts to cushion tip amounts. Whatever the case, I can't get a reply or response from the management of the shop as phone calls and emails go unanswered. PLEASE REFUND THE TIP AMOUNT as generally I don't tip $6 for a cup of joe, regardless of how delicious it was. Maybe this review will get a reply. I'll copy it so I can post it on every site. Here is to hoping someone resolves the issue. Cheers.

I like it in here. I love that they have so many great coffee blends. I am not saying that I am a coffee junkie, but if all of the other stores have coffee like they have in here, I would be.

It's a lil hipster coffee shop and not easy to spot but their coffee and service is awesome. I went in for the first time today and they gave me free muffin which is also made fresh daily. They have a drive through if you are in rush but it's worth checking the inside out.

This place has a great warm and comfortable vibe and located in the heart of Melrose. Plenty of room to kick back, enjoy a great cup of coffee, read or talk to friends. I recommend their Cuban sandwich. It's the tastiest sandwich I have ever had.

Upbeat, hip, local neighborhood coffee shop with great friendly employees, delicious coffee all the time, homemade scones, muffins, cookies and all sorts of great treats. Good sandwiches also. Love their patio!

There is a difficult way to describe this place other than a huge melting pot of ideas. All of the fun filled employees make you feel better and are very personable and tend to your every need. They have an amazing lavender mocha that is to die for. Although the review gets 5 stars I must admit that the owner is a little odd and has this strange habit of saying hello and bye to everyone. He makes sure that all needs are met for each customer and always likes to listen to their feedback. He is truly odd and it's strange that he takes time off to listen to each person individually and very attentively.
