Although it took them almost 3 weeks to send package out when everything was "in stock" on website.

2 x orders. 1st time had to wait a very long time, and with order status the date constantly changing when shipped days after the package would already be here.
2nd order very quickly here a few days.

Ordered a part (supplier Piaggio Group) which was unavailable on the web, aside from CMS. Lead time was long, but once I called I was updated regularly on the status. In the end they could deliver the part, which was unavailable anywhere else on the market. Good experience with customer services in the mean time.
Only downside: high shipping costs within NL and they ship with UPS, which has a downside they only deliver on working days (no one home) and cannot send to a local dropshop because the shipment required an adult signature. This meant it could only be picked up by myself from the UPS distribution centre in Heerenveen, which is 30min by car from my house in Groningen....

Fast and correct delivery. Shipping costs to Belgium ( 9.50) I personally find a little too expensive. Prices are without VAT which I find confusing. Furthermore, to find many things that you will not find elsewhere.

I have used CMS a few times and I am very happy with the prompt service I get.

The drive shaft of the Spacey 250 (MF-01) was damaged and there was no new product in Japan, so I thought about buying a used engine and disassembling it or replacing it, but I bought it immediately because parts were available on the CMS.
It's been 35 years old, but I'm still riding well.

The drive shaft for my CH250 was broken and it's discontinued in Japan though I tried to fix it. Fortunately I could find that item here and could fix it now. Very satisfied.

I searched pretty much all over the world for a single Suzuki TL1000S fairing decal for the green model. A friend in Japan searched high and low, to no avail. CMS not only had one in stock but delivered it in a matter of days. Great stuff, great service. Thanks!

Excellent source of spares for classic (and just old) motorcycles. Prices are reasonable but the cost of shipping to the UK means that it is best to try to buy as much as possible in one order, which is not always possible given the ongoing nature of a restoration project. I especially like the Watch List which is a very helpful feature of the website.

Top website for the Honda parts, not cheap but better expensive than not for sale or like the dealers who do very secretive about the parts drawings, as if they are nowhere to be found on the internet.

What I like about CMSNL is that you can see the images of many motorcycles on which the different parts are clearly displayed.

I read everywhere about a fast delivery ... 09-07 parts ordered, it is stated on the website that it will be sent between 1 - 5 business days. But if I look at orders now it says that it only arrives 29-07 .. 20 DAYS later well I call that not quite fast delivery ... furthermore heard nothing about that it is delayed or something ... not very satisfied .
