Often the only way to come as a private person to new parts of old motorcycles. Order process thanks to exploded views very clear. Actually my nr1 website and company when I am looking for OEM parts for my motorcycles. I am often cheaper here than at the dealer or from abroad. The delivery time depends a bit on the part. Bolts and nuts usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, custom work such as painted fairing parts sometimes a bit longer.

Customer service also helped me a lot last time when I wanted to add some parts to my order that I had already placed. Received neatly the same day of delivery 1 x the shipping costs.

Fantastic Company there parts lists and availability is amazing, the delivery does cost a lot but that is down to my location and not the companies fault.

Generally fast shipment. Sometimes it takes a long time. Always be very careful with your order, otherwise you have bolts that are silver, gold or black mixed together. With an engine this is very irritating. Recently also bought a last article, was a clutch cable which was delivered in gray color while original black with a heat shrink must solve. But in principle satisfied

I couldn t find new cylinder liners/sleeves for my Honda 250 dream anywhere but CMS had them at a great price. The shipping was cheap and very fast considering it s coming from overseas. No problems with the euro to US payment either. They have loads of parts and I will do business with them again for sure!

Good service sometimes you have to have a little patience when you order something but it always works out

Parts are excellent and the range is fantastic but, the one standard charge for delivery is prohibitive. Often the parts needed are cheaper than the freight cost, very frustrating and often more than doubles the cost of parts. Delivery is also quite slow. When you are paying more in freight than the cost of the parts it is reasonable to expect fast delivery.

CMSNL often are the only place I can find spare patpa for My XL250s. It has alowed me to rebuild my engine using genuine parts. I would use more often but the only the cost of shipping often costs as much as the part itself, no good if all you need are a few bolts

I had the rare opportunity to tour the CMS facility on a recent trip to the Netherlands. What an amazing motorcycle parts distribution center. You never now who you are buying from on the internet. I can assure you, this is not a guy working from his garage; it is a state-of-the-art center with more than a dozen full-time staff dedicated to helping small time to full time restorers find quality OEM or replacements parts.

The best feature of the website is that if they do not have the part I need in stock, I'm able to use their "Watch List" feature to notify me when and if the part becomes available. I highly recommend CMS.

Service was good and quick. The postage cost was excessive, a small oil seal, it could have been put in a padded envelope and been sent by post for a fraction of the cost

If you can not find the part anywhere, they usually still have it, they know that and there are the prices and shipping costs.
Communication can be better.
But what matters is that you can buy the parts you need and that is the most important, therefore 5 stars.
