Parts for my '71 CB450 arrived very quickly and were well-packed. In particular all of the rubber items were recent production and genuine Honda parts. Many of the parts were unavailable elsewhere and available here at reasonable cost. The web site is easy to use, having comprehensive parts diagrams. There is clear differentiation between genuine and aftermarket parts so you know exactly what you're buying. There is excellent communication in updating you on order progress so you know exactly when your parts will arrive.

The minimum postage cost is expensive if you only want a low-cost item - I missed a 2 Euro part off my order and hadn't realised until I'd received my main order. That would have cost me 22.20 Euro with postage and VAT.

Overall I'm impressed with the service, quality and vast inventory and will certainly buy from CMS again.

It took a little while to process the order, but once it did the delivery was super fast and had exactly what I needed. The web site though kept earasing my order even after I logged in, witch at some point confused me and I ended up ordering the same parts twice. Overall it s a great business and an awesome source of parts for older motorcycles.

Ideal site to find all your parts through clear drawings of the searched items with associated partnumbers.
Shipping could be a little faster for the good, but it is also understandable that not everything is in stock, given the huge range.

Had to wait a long time for parts, but in the end everything was delivered nicely and quality is very good. Customer service is always friendly and ready to help. When there was an error in the order, the correct parts were simply shipped without me having to return anything. In short, delivery times are a bit longer (but usually you also buy the rarer or hard to get parts for your bike), but customer service is very good and perhaps one of the best I have experienced!

Good place to find those small but vital bits other sites don't stock. Only trouble was due to me not looking properly I ordered twice as many bushes as I needed! My fault entirely and it will be my go to place if I can't source the parts in the UK.

Seem too good to be true that someone would have as many parts as they do, and ship overseas in under a week. Its not, love this company. They need a responsive mobile-friendly site though, I think most people shop with their phones these days.

It's great to find original parts for our old bike, prices are necessarily a little higher than adaptable parts but reliability is there!

The experience was positive in general. Negative, the extremely high shipping cost within the EU made even worse by charging additional VAT.

Cheaper freight options would be the only improvement- not all parts are required asap .

I have yet to recieve my order. I guess UPS delivers someday, although my order has "been delivered" 5 days ago. Despite Corona lockdown and UPS not responding or giving information on my order, my experience with CMS is good.
