Ordered a part (supplier Piaggio Group) which was unavailable on the web, aside from CMS. Lead time was long, but once I called I was updated regularly on the status. In the end they could deliver the part, which was unavailable anywhere else on the market. Good experience with customer services in the mean time.
Only downside: high shipping costs within NL and they ship with UPS, which has a downside they only deliver on working days (no one home) and cannot send to a local dropshop because the shipment required an adult signature. This meant it could only be picked up by myself from the UPS distribution centre in Heerenveen, which is 30min by car from my house in Groningen....
