Great place for finding hard to find parts for older machines

Got the parts I needed even though everyone else didn't have them anymore. Thanks CMS!

Delivered well and correctly. I just find it strange that I also have to pay VAT on the shipping costs. Normally you only pay VAT for the purchased product.

The part I ordered arrived super fast, in the original packaging, and in great condition. I will definitely order from CMS again.

I don t usually use websites that don t facilitate PayPal payments but I couldn t find the Honda part I needed elsewhere. Prices are very varied, it is really worth looking elsewhere.
Delivery time was sad long after a few days to go after it turned out that there was no product and I had to wait 30 days for my entire delivery which was a great pity.
Furthermore, good service and response with the help desk ticket.

Had to order a clutch lifter spring for my 95 Honda Shadow 1100 as Honda no longer manufactured that part... after calling around for a few days to different shops across the country I was ready to give up.. spoke to a buddy of mine who sent me the link to my part on CMSs website.. I got excited and immediately ordered it... had to wait a few weeks as they didn t have it in stock and had to wait for it to come in so they can ship it to me... I sent an email wondering what happened and why I couldn t find the tracking number for it and they responded immediately as to the why and when to expect it... the only reason it s 4 stars and not 5 is simply because of the website and has nothing to do with the company or their customer service skills which was all GRADE A in my opinion... if you re unsure as if you can trust them (which is always an issue when ordering online) I will tell you now that you can and expect great service...

I like using CMS as you stock very rare parts for my 1987 GSXR 1100, parts which I cannot get in the UK. Also your parts diagrams are very good. Unfortunately UPS lost one of my parcels but CMS found a replacement and sent it to me with no further cost to myself. You are now the company that I go to first. Regards Paul Fowell.

Double shipping is charged despite a shipment.

I had 2 orders sent in quick succession because I forgot to order something.
As a result, the shipping was 2x payable.
The shipping I found anything but cheap anyway. 9.50 + VAT for a set of tank stickers and the same again for a small plastic side cover.
The two amounts were paid, but it was not refunded despite demand and the common dispatch of the articles.
Other mail order companies act differently.
No fine way !!!

I WILL BE AVOIDING!! They had a part that manufacturer did not make anymore for my bike!! These guys had 3 left!! Result!! I ordered it on a Tuesday night and I had the part 2 days later!! From Netherlands to UK!! IMPRESSED up until I found that the part they supplied was INCORRECT! i WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD that it was an 'internal part of my bike.'



Why??? Let me explain : My mechanic stripped down my bike to fit the said part and found it was wrong!!
**May I also add there was no way of knowing if the part was wrong or not until the bike was stripped down for said part!!!!**

Very helpful when UPS messed up the delivery of my parts and the package was returned to CMS

4 weeks delivery time, with no notifications along the way, And they send by UPS the worst delivery company in the world, I paid for homedelivery, but UPS dropped it at their droppoint 10 kilometers from my home claiming they tried to deliver it, i have cctv and i can prove nobody was here, anyway ill order my stuff from a company that gives me notifications when the deliverytime is changed, and also use DHL.
