Reception failed to do as their manual, which I had to tell them he will be needing my credit card :( Ok.... room was clean, sea view was nice..... breakfast was awful.... seriously they need a proper trainings to the service staffs since they are acting like a motel staff. I ordered fried rice, the guy asked me to come back after 5mins, went back.... asked me for another 10mins since he just give all away to random people.... another 5, another 10..... fxxk this, its good that i didnt run over him and start yelling. I will just not eat it after wasting my 35mins of waiting... fine!!!!!!
Poor Service. They blocked our tita and tito keys even if it's not 12 o'clock already. It's 10:30am when the keys are not wotking.And then my tita asked if how many person allowed in the pool ? They said 2 persons only. Why she have to pay for amenities of costing 750 ? when 2 persons are only allowed ? They paid for 10k something for 1 night and they received poor customer service,poor house keeping because the room it's too dirty. Try to check all the bed lining and check it out for you guys to know. Plus poor communication. They are guest you don't have the right to treat them that. They travelled a lot and this is the first time they experience this. We don't care about your policies yeah your hotel is nice but only in the picture ! But inside naahhhh your room is sucks. Your pool is too small for all of your guests. Your customer service is poor also.You owe us a lot we check in and pay you right and we don't enjoy.Your drinks also are too expensive for one bottle of beer i pay 4$?how come?And your food is expensive too!For one burger I pay 14$?You see? I will never ever go back to your poor hotel
I prefer other big casino hotels around instead.... we all goto these hotels to rest, not tog get stressed by uneducated retards.
