3 star because The room is located at the end of the hotel I guess. It s a long walk :(
We can t turn off the lights and tried to look for the switch but I can t so i thought it s how they designed it . I tried to sleep with lights on until I finally decided to call the front desk .No one came so I went down personally and informed them and they came . Verdict is the Light is broken :( and I finally get to sleep at 6 in the morning .
Hotel is very clean and beautiful and room is huge since i paid for it and cool . I do like it. And it s a 5 star for me definitely.

Front desk not very friendly . All very serious .
Not informative . It s not just on me but I have seen them deal with other visitors . It seems like they don t like us all. But when they talk to each other they are all smiling / giggling .It s really funny.
And yes the security people are more friendlier than the front desk . They should switch jobs . Hehe

What a beautiful place to stay for our first night in the Philippines! The staff here are very friendly and do not hesitate to help you out giving great advice for places to eat and areas to check out. The room we stayed in was clean and beautiful as well as the rest of the resort. Also, the breakfast buffet sets the bar for your trip here!
Special thanks to a gentleman named Philip who works down in the concierge. This man conversed with us giving great recommendations as well as helped us book a GrabCar for the first time through his app which saved us time and money! Overall, we felt very well taken care here.

They have to do something with the scent used. It is not refreshing. It painful to the nostrils and gives me a headache especially at the ground level.

Christmas is alive and shiny here. Great vibe around where you are free to loiter, much greater when you are killing time holding hands with someone you love .

Had the best steak at Texas and got the latest inspiring books from Fully Booked!

I had an amazing experience here. Everything is excellent. The staff, the room, the food, the fitness room, the pool, the location, everything is great. The costumer service is EXCELLENT! Everyone is so friendly and kind. I would def recommend this hotel and I will def be coming back.

Man this is a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. If you get a chance to stay here, you should definitely do it. It is located right near the bay and has amazing views and a great food selection as well as being located right next to the Mall of Asia. If you are looking for some good old fashioned western chains it is near IHOP, Shakys Pizza, and Buffalo Wild Wings (I will post that one shortly). They also have an amazing pool that I did not get a chance to view. We were upgraded to the executive lounge which was also great.

To get to the room from the first floor, take the elevator and use the elevator to the right of the 3rd floor main lobby
The view from the room is the best
It is a pity that there is no bath in the room
It is the biggest mall in Asia and it has good security.

My experience was awesome. Its nice. The staffs are really accommodating. The room is clean and very high tech. Even the window blinds are controlled electronically. The room looks so spacious because of how they arranged it. Theyve got arts on the hallway which are captivating. The pool is nice too. Its a pretty good design. They even gave us complimentary toy. Its so cute for a remembrance. All in all, it was a worth stay.

One of the nicest hotels in Manila for sure. Spacious rooms, nice pool amd a bar next to it where you cna actually enjoy your drink in water :) quick access to mall by just walking thru coridors also. A little expensive but worth the money. Go for a little getaway ;)

Pricey place. Beef should have been salted before grilling. I've had better korean grill experience

5-star hotel in MOA. Not so well known to ordinary folks. The facade of the hotel looking from outside looks ordinary.

Great hotel, great ambience, great views, great service, a good gym and sits within the Mall of Asia, a huge shopping Mall. A fantastic experience. I always stay in Conrad Manila whenever i visit.

The architecture is modern and the building is well cooled.

Cozy... pretty straight forward in-house dining options but has expanded options in the mall area

This is the second time that I have a visited a lux hotel, like the Conrad. Food's great. I had a visit last ASEAN Summit.
Location, good strategic location. You can visit MoA, and many more establishment where you can dine, watch and more plus if you don't want to miss any single mass there's a Church near it too. Plus the sunset and sunrise along Manila Bay. People are welcoming.

Our first time in this luxury hotel last 8th June 2019. We have been to other luxury hotels in other countries and nothing really beats the Filipino hospitality..

It was a nice place and staff were friendly and accommodating.

Haven't tried to stay in the hotel itself but their mall is so elegant. Though most of their shops in the mall are high end shops but if you're willing to try new resto. I highly recommend this place and their Japanese breadshop near the south entrance is great.

The best experience I really love being a Hilton gold member. The food is phenomenal, jereme Leung China blue was a restaurant that I thought I had a Michelin star restaurant.

Nice experience..a good place to stay while in quarantine

Room size is great but the food is terrible pork kare kare meat is hard as a leather shoes I guest they don't have a pressure cooker.

Hotel is unique because of its shiplike shape. Hotel view so incredible at night you can see the busy city lights but spectacular at day when sun rises and well known sunset view! Walking distance to MOA .. You can have a walking exercise at the Manila bay area. Shopping,dining,recreation is just a walk away! Staffs are friendly,very clean and the hotel smells good. Its like ur inside a ship.

I like the ambiance of the hotel, They have good customer service but the thing that make me disappointed is the location of the hotel elivators to the room, because its to far away to be able bring all of my baggage fast and not being tired when reaching the exact location of.my room..but over all the service is good and they have a nice staff to assist you

My husband and I had our babymoon here because I wanted to see the ocean so we had a decent view of Manila Bay.
