This review is for customer service only at reservations. I have yet to stay at the hotel. I called ahead of time to ask for a few things prior to my arrival and the person at reservations was not very helpful. I asked for a 220 to 110 volt converter if it is available for my CPAP. She said that she does not know if they have one and that I should request it at the front desk during my arrival. That was it. Not very helpful. What if it is not available? What should I do then? She asked me to bring my own. Then I asked whether she could call front desk for me but it seemed to have irked this lady. She placed me "on hold" to "transfer" my call but she hanged up instead. Not very helpful at all.
