They customer service was terrible. They treated my family and I very poorly. Manager had an attitude. Also, even though the rooms were clean, there were no towels or floor mats upon entering the room.

Do NOT ever stay here!!!!! Just checked in went to our room and it was obviously not cleaned. Bed not made key on dresser etc. To make matters worse on the elevator ride down from the third floor the elevator broke - I mean it just dropped. Talked to front desk he really has no clue what to do so we are now in here over 15 minutes sweating with no airflow and no idea when we will get out. Unbelievable!

Abysmal. No parking whatsoever. I left $3 on the desk when I left with my other belongings for the day and it was gone when I got back. Really? $3? Goddamn, housekeeping.

Extremely rude staff, they kept asking me and my friends for our room number, and stared like we weren't welcome at breakfast. They just judged us because we have long hair and beards. The rooms were okay, but the staff are totally bigots.

Easy to ck in, everyone had .masks on. Room was clean and spacious, shuttle to airport was great. Definitely would stay again.

We were so disappointed to note that we had been charged for three nights of data despite clicking that we wanted to connect for free. Be warned that when you click free, you may be charged a per night fee for wi-fi (**note we only each clicked FREE once on the first day and were charged for three nights). Upon calling we were told that we had chosen to pay for the service and could not be helped. It s unfortunate when a large hotel chain decides to help itself to a cash grab (imagine hundreds of rooms times $5/night) with no recourse.

Very clean hotel, the employees were very helpful to any and every question I had and the rooms are beautiful. Nice and quiet with a amazing view.

The hotel is very clean and kept well. Don't be alarmed when the GPS takes you, to what seems, to be the actual Columbus airport. The only drawback that I had was that with the close proximity to the airport, you hear constant plane takeoffs. In addition, I made specific requests for my room accommodation and they were totally ignored/disregarded.

We were in very late and out very early, but they accommodated all our needs (airport shuttle, etc.) Would definitely stay again when flying out of Columbus.

We loved this hotel for several reasons. The location is fabulous. We were able go to our favorite restaurant within 15 minutes. The service at the hotel was wonderful with a very courteous staff. The room was excellent and had all the HBO channels. We even had a choice off the floor we wanted. This was our first stay here and will be going back later this week.

The location was slightly confusing it being by the airport but the staff was friendly my room was spacious and super comfy. The breakfast wasnt much and seemed cheap with Styrofoam plates. Place was clean and overall good place. Also parking was impossible, there was 1 spot left in the back.

Checked in for overnight stay to catch and early flight the next morning. I took advantage of a deal they offer that allows you to leave your car on their lot while you're away, which was very convenient and cheaper by far than airport parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and we'll appointed. I had a good night's rest and caught an early morning shuttle to the airport which is right next door. Despite the proximity, there was no hint of air traffic noise through the night at all.

I stayed here for one night to catch an early morning flight to Boston. It's a convenient hotel to stay, and super close to departure hall. Shuttle buses are on time, you just need to know the schedule. Just ask the front desk when you check in.

The room was fine, I loved that or faced the runway and we could watch aircraft takeoff and landing. The pool was OK, no hot tub though. My only issue was upon check-in. We reserved a king bed and we're put into a room with two queens. We discovered this weekend we went to the room; had the concierge told is before we got to the room we wouldn't have had an issue at all. It's better guest service to communicate an issue than remain silent for the customer to discover it on their own.

We didn't say after they lost our reservation, and the man at the front desk was rude.

Very nice a commissions. Pool and fitness always available. Hearty free breakfast choices, costly commissary, marginal room cleaning, good room atmosphere very near airport, terrific shuttle service to get to shopping, restaurants within 5 miles.

Their bus service is a lot to be desired. Might as well stay further away and use another bus service to the airport.

Nice room, friendly staff, but they have no idea what's going on. I was there for an event and literally everything was either not set up/not delivered and no one knew what to do. If it wasn't so close to the airport I wouldn't recommend it

Not a bad hotel. Gave me all the amenities of the Hilton garden inn, but at $60 a night less. Really nice rooms, good TV and great shower pressure. Comp breakfast in the morning, and right next to the airport. What more do you need?

Front desk associate was rather rude, but the hotel was nice and clean.

Wanted to book a room for a friend using my credit card and finally had to stop in as I could never get a straight answer. And after all of the hassle, the room that was supposed to be $136 ended up being $192. Typical!

Clean rooms and lobby. The normal free breakfast but it was done well. Overall great stay and would recommend.

This is literally the closest hotel to the airport...you can actually walk to the terminal, however they have a shuttle. If you are parking at the hotel on a stay and park, and have a late return flight, the shuttle stops at 12am. They have a quaint little bar, always with friendly bartenders, and it's one reason we like staying here. Rooms are always clean and well supplied. A+

When we checked in Christopher was very friendly. He was able to multitask and still keep his cool with Mr. McKranky and answering the phone. With everything going on we were still checked in, in less than 5 minutes.

the place is beautiful but the customer service was terrible from upper management. I had an issue where a bug was found in my bed. I wasn't sure if it was a bed bug because I never seen one so I picked it up in a napkin and googled images. It resembled a bed bug indeed but still I wasn't sure it was in fact that . the receptionist at the front desk moved me she was extremely helpful and understanding she was able to move us to a different room. We were told to speak to the manager in the morning for a refund. We spoke to the manager on duty she was very friendly and helpful but she wasn't able to refund the money because I booked through travelocity. I contacted Travelocity they informed me the property manager denied the request. It was annoying because the inconvenience of having to move rooms late at night but ir was understandable because after all we did still stay in a different room. I was very upset the manager didn't even contact or even apologize for the inconvenience so I contacted her via email expressing my frustration. She basically denies any accusation a bug was found when indeed there was one that I took in a napkin to the front desk and she also never apologizes. At this point I didn't even care about the money it would of been nice to at least have been given an apology.

We are Marriott members but didn t book our room thru the app, that was a mistake! We landed at 11:00 pm and decided just to pick up our rental car and then check in... when we got to the hotel we were told we couldn t park in their lot because we didn t book thru them directly. So we had to drive back to the parking garage... and park right back by the rental cars, then catch a shuttle to the hotel. We didn t get to our room til midnight. So instead of saving us anything it ended up costing us time and money! So BEWARE... they would not even let us pay to park in the Fairfield parking lot. The front desk agent wasn t helpful or pleasant to deal with either!

The building and the time are nice. But their housekeeping staff isn't that great. I found the previous guest's leftovers in the fridge. There was a bunch of hair in the shower drain and there was no do not disturb hanger for the door.

I booked a room back in the winter for a softball tournament that was taking place the weekend of July 12th -14th 2019. The room was set aside as a block of rooms for our specific tournament. When I arrived to check in, the desk clerk stated that my reserved room of 2 queen beds were not available and that they over sold those rooms. I stated that he should then upgrade me for free and he said that wasn't possible. I then stated that he should then give me any room available for a discounted price. The clerk, after arguing with me, decided he could give me $10.00 off a night for a king room with a roll away bed. I told him that wasn't acceptable due to me reserving a room with 2 actual beds. The clerk was very arrogant and repeating
'I understand your frustration." I grew tired of this clerk treating me like I didn't matter and made feel as though I was going to take whatever he was going to give me. I asked for his manager. Irritated, he walked over to the bar and brought his manager back. I stated to Pam, Guest Services Manager, what the issue was. Pam approved a King Suite with a pull out sofa bed for the same price as my double queen room after telling me that a "Reservation" is just a "Request"because I showed her my confirmation number. Pam should go to a dictionary and look up the two words so that she is familiar with the two very different definitions.

Not Done.

Arriving at the hotel, there wasn't any parking due to all the girls softball and boys baseball guests plus guests of the guests who didn't even have a room at this hotel. There were at least 100+ people outside in the parking lot and on the back (closed in) patio drinking personal adult beverages and playing Corn Hole all night and not bothered by any employees of the hotel. The next evening around 8 P.M., our group was on the same rear patio being very quiet and not bothering anyone. We had purchased and were consuming our own adult beverages. After being out there for about a half hour, the same rude arrogant clerk who attempted to check me in, came out on the patio and very arrogantly told us that we were not allowed on the patio drinking our own alcohol stating it's hotel policy. When confronted of how the hotel policy is discriminatively enforced from one group to another, the arrogant clerk continued to state policy and walked off. The fun part is that, while acting like Kim Jung Un, he forgot to take a door key to get back in the door he came out. As he began his walk of shame around to the front of the building, he was unfortunately saved by another employee who let him back in. So, we left the patio and found a nice, out of the way, spot in the parking lot to continue our relaxing evening of quiet shenanigans.

Will never go back to this hotel again. Found popcorn kernels in the pull out sofa bed. Outside of that, room was clean.

Good place to stay before flying. Shuttle to airport is when you need it
