The staff are so respectful, the room is nice and the bed is comfortable. Love staying here. Haven't had the breakfast yet, but when I stay in August 8th will be able to enjoy the breakfast, staying two nights.
Speedy check-in, clean rooms and you can leave your car there for $6 a day.
Very clean and quiet. Internet was a little jumpy early in the evening but speed was good later. Check in and check out was very quick. Nice breakfast. I will stay there again.
Located on airport property and 15 mins to downtown Columbus. Exceptional service from the hotel staff, they could not have been more accommodating as we had 3 rooms in total. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us on any request we had. I travel often for business and the staff at this hotel hit it out off the park with first class service. I highly recommend this property and thank you Summer(front desk associate) for all your help and guidance, will be back!

Horrible! Elevators stink like musty body odor. And if you have a complaint and want to use reward points, don't check in here. They will charge your card multiple times and NOT take care of your complaints..they leave the hold on your card for 7-10 days and it isn't their money. Pam one of the managers is rude and Casey the General manager is not nice if you have a complaint. She belittles you and states that is isn't fairfields fault. I am a rewards member, NOT now. This place is worthless due to staff.
Surprising quiet considering just how close it is to the airport. Front desk team was polite, professional, informative (breakfast, shuttle bus, etc), and friendly. Pleasant decor and well laid out rooms. Complementary parking lot and an overflow lot available. On the list of places I'm willing to stay again.

The place is not bad. However with the hole Covid-19 thing going on the bar, pool and gym are closed. The Shuttle ride will take you anywhere within 5 miles of the place if you do not have a car or you can rent a car located inside the Air Port.
The hotel rooms are nice, bathrooms are clean and beds are extremely comfortable.
Arrive late afternoon for a business trip. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They have a shuttle that will take you pretty much anywhere within a 5-mile radius. The room was clean and neat when I got there and checked it. The only comment I have there is that the sheets look like they had an old stain on them
Rooms are clean, check in staff was very friendly. But beware leaving your car here. They left us at the airport, despite 2 phones calls for pick-up service on 6/8/18. We ended up having to catch a taxi to get back to our car. Very disappointing.

We stayed here the weekend of the NCAA basketball tournament and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be near the airport or a short trip away from downtown Columbus! It was extremely clean, the staff was outstanding, and the continental breakfast was actually very good! The staff always greeted you with a bright smile and a friendly hello. We will definitely be going back! Thank you for making our stay in Columbus so wonderful!
I've stayed at this hotel on a few occasions, usually before an early morning flight. The main reason that we stay stay here is the hotels location to the airport. It is the closet hotel to the terminal, and the shuttle service is very fast. The rooms are modern and clean. We pretty much only go here to sleep, and never really used any of the other amenities. My only only complaints is that the pillows aren't my cup of tea, and the price. They give 4 down pillows per King room which are too soft for my liking. Also the price is kind of steep, but the location has its advantages. I'll definitely be staying here again.
One thing I appreciate aboit Marriott is consistency, its what you would expect for the stay. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean. The included breakfast is generous and coffee, tea, juice, milk cartons and yogurt is available and free all day in the lobby during our length of stay. And to top it off lots of free parking.

The pool left a lot to be desired. Dimly lit and freezing cold. Kids were really disappointed.

Room service was poor, room not vaccumned, did not take dirty towels or replace used items. Breakfast not ready at posted start time and not fully operational for half an hour ,stated concerns, but not compensated!

Clean room and friendly staff. Decent complimentary breakfast but not as well sourced (e.g. waffle mix) as another Columbus hotel I visited last month. Decent gym, easy access to the airport and free shuttle to the Easton Town Center. Overall satisfactory.
There was black hair on the shower wall. Toilet paper roll wasn't replaced. Needs attention to detail desperately.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. They had a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker in the room. The TV had Netflix, it was great just like home. The staff was friendly. We ate at the free breakfast which had a good variety and they keep coffee out all day. They have a great room downstairs which was great to talk and play cards. They also have a pool and fitness center. They even had the shuttle take us to a store close by because we wanted to get some soda. I was very happy with our stay!

Great location, walking distance from airport. Newer property, I arrived at midnight and called the front desk for shuttle, the service stops at midnight, I was told to take a cab they would reimburse me. I walked insread, it took 7 minutes. Great staff clean rooms great location
Full kitchenette and full size fridge. Comfortable and clean beds. Decent hot breakfast and hot coffee...hard to find at a hotel these days. Close to airport and UC Hospital, VA Hospital.

The room was very nice and well kept and the pool was nice and clean.
It is super close to the airport. It is very clean. The staff was friendly including the shuttle drivers. The food was limited, but the prices were reasonable including alcohol. The pool is very small, and there's no hot tub. The room is well laid out and includes a fridge and microwave. The tv had internet, so we were able to watch HBO GO and pause our show. I would actually give it 4.5 stars.

The rooms are decent, but the breakfast leaves MUCH to be desired. The "eggs" were runny and disgusting and the bacon was more in line with burnt offerings to breakfast gods.
One of the preferred staying places of mine when I fly to Columbus on business purposes as it is situated at walking distance to the airport. Customer friendly and great service!
I drove 8 hours to Ohio. I made reservations, I called ahead asking can I check in early the person on the phone said yes come at 10 , 11am. I arrived at 9:44am waited 3 hours in the lobby due to the person who answered the phone not including the fact that they had sold out the night before. Just disappointed after driving 8 hours.
I had a good time at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. The customer service was good. When I called to let them know that the TV wasn't working, they promptly came down to check it out. When it turned out to be the cable box they offered to give us another room. We decided to stay in the same room. The coffee maker didn't work. They brought us a new one. They discounted our room over the issues since it was pointless to move., since we were already starting to settle in.
Very good place to spend the night near the airport. Our front desk person, Summer, was awesome! She checked us in and made certain we had everything we needed. Rooms were nice, clean and cozy. Thanks!
