Nice hotel great shuttle service friendly staff worth the stay

New hotel. Got in for a late flight and this was really convenient, right off the airport.

Was there for less then 8 hours, but I would go back!

Very clean and super convenient. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Stay here, park here and fly rate is a good offering for the price. I will be back for an overnight stay when fly the red-eye.

Shuttle service is amazing! The front desk always has a smile on their face.

Great staff, super friendly. The room was clean and very quiet, even on the main floor. They have airport parking for $6 a day for guests which was a nice surprise! We parked for 3 week s. Woo!

This hotel is in a very neat location because you have a great view of the runways. The sound from the planes did not disturb me at all. I've stayed in hotels that have more noise from road traffic. Better communication from the front desk would have made this stay perfect.

Location can't be beat for airport travel; shuttle was fast and convenient. However, from there it went downhill. Ordered wings at bar; description says buffalo wings tossed in buffalo sauce and served with celery and ranch dressing. Got 6 dry wings with a plastic container of buffalo sauce and no celery at all. Then found out room deadbolt didn't work and gentleman at desk couldn't understand why that bothered me as a woman traveling alone. Finally got new room; seemed cleaned however hot water only lasted for 2-3 minutes both at night and again in the morning. Upon check out, found out that they'd been having issues with hot water in a few rooms on that end for a while and neglected to share that information. Very poor customer service!

Location was perfect since we just needed a convenient place to stay before flying out early. Shuttles to airport were fast and comvenient. room was decent and clean. Just some wear and tear on carpet, tiles etc that are obvious.

Room was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good and hot. The only thing that could have made it better would be if the bathrooms had exhaust fans. Those with sensitive noses will probably run out of the room screaming if someone is having digestive issues

My husband and our family were victims of a house fire in our townhome. We were without a place to live and thankfully our insurance placed us at Fairfield Inn & Suites where we will call home for almost 1 month. The staff has been fabulous to accommodate all our needs and Pam says we're like family!!!! Thank you to the staff for helping us during our time of need!!!!

Excellent place to stay the night before a flight. Top notch bedding. Small, intimate bar that serves drinks and small bites. I recommend highly!!!

Great hotel convenient to John Glenn Airport. Your stay includes a yummy continental breakfast and coffee. Nice, clean, new, and affordable. I'll be back again for sure.

Perfect for flying out of Columbus airport. You pay to stay overnight and then park your vehicle for free until you get back (up to 6 days I believe).

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Even though this hotel is literally sandwiched between two runways at the airport, I didn't hear a single plane take off or land. Very impressed. Close to downtown Columbus too so very convenient location.

I was a delivery driver to the hotel. Staff went out of their way to make sure their guests were treated above and beyond

The hotel was clean and recently renovated. The reason I gave it 5 stars was due to the service. The night before it rained; a lot! The shuttle driver was not there at 5 am. That is when the person behind the front desk, who was also licensed to drive the shuttle, took the initiative and took us to the airport. We were all on time. The hotel had the foresight to have a second licensed person just in case. That is looking out for your customers! When leaving from the Columbus airport, I will always stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites.

stayed 2 nights when i was down to go to a festival. its right next to the airport so it can get busy leave some times. the rooms are big . quiet for being next to the airport. breakfast is the normal hotel breakfast

The airport snow plow blew snow onto my windshield and completely shattered it. Pulled by car into this parking lot to wait for a tow truck. Went inside to stay warm and the staff was very nice to be even though I wasn't a paying customer. Will be recommending this hotel for others.

Nice facility but when we try to them to pick up us from the airport, it s on another line for 30mins. When we go back to the hotel in the end, it seems like some technical issue there.

This was simply unpleasant at every turn. There were good individuals here, but overall the experience was unpleasant. Instead of ranting about all the silly issues I had, I'm going to discontinue my patronage of the Marriott chain.

For those that are still interested, the facility is basically clean.

The room was spacious, clean, well maintqined, and it was within a quick walk of the airport. No room service, but there were snacks you could purchase in the lobby.

I love this hotel. It's so close to the airport but when we called for a pickup we at least waited for about 20mins. The rooms are very clean and neat. The bathrooms are huge but lacks amenities. They're staff's are awesome they're so accommodating and very happy to help anyone! I would totally recommend this hotel in terms of the rooms and the good deal.

the service my wife and I received upon arrival to this hotel was fantastic a+ to both the manager on duty and the staff not only did they give us information on good food to get but they told us how we can get it delivered they also gave us water and utensils without asking and went out of their way to make ourselves comfortable as they could kudos to all

Overall acceptable. Minor inconveniences such as 1 ply toilet and no exhaust fan in the bathroom kept it from being perfect.

Very enjoyable stay. Brittany was very helpful with reservation. Breakfast was plentiful, and good selections. No problem with shuttle service. Would recommend to anyone flying out of CMH.

Overall, okay to stay overnight. I had some minor issues with the room which was immediately addressed by the hotel staff. Very friendly and professional. Good for that lay over stay.

Great hotel near the airport excellent customer service and very comfortable rooms

We stayed in September. The hotel is on airport property. It made my trip easier. Free parking and shuttle service to and from the airport. All staff were friendly and shuttles were quick. The room was nice and clean. It was a short stay but I had a good experience.

The closest hotel to Columbus Airport. There is still a new sense of luxury. Even a single TV two.
I thought it was noisy because it was close to the airport, but the soundproofing was excellent. I was able to rest calmly.
However, if you want to dine, there is nothing around (there is a mac if you try hard), so you have to somehow manage at the restaurant & bar in the hotel, but slightly higher.

Pool and elevator were broke all weekend. I called and left a message for the manager 2 times!!
I never received phone call back. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and if you are thinking of staying here, I would think again.

Had a small issue with the room. The front desk apologized and said she would try to get us something off of the room and put us in another one. The next morning we were going to be charged full price until we asked for a discount.

Very convenient hotel right next to the airport. Friendly easy check-in, and nice rooms. The tvs have Netflix on them and the wifi is fast. Happy with our choice to stay here!

It's not a fancy place, and the breakfast is standard motel issue. Still, if you want a good-sized, well-laid-our room with a comfortable bed at a reasonable price, this is a fine option. Add in that it is immediately adjacent to the airport, and it's that much more convenient.

Very conveniently located near they airport terminal. Comfortable outdoor seating area for socializing. Great showers!

Service is great. Very friendly staff. Older units, had issue with A/C, had to move to another room. Grounds needs some TLC.

The hotel was able to accommodate us at the last minute. Everything from checking in to taking the shuttle to the airport in the morning went very smoothly.

Very nice. Front desk people went out of their way to help us with restaurants, stores and locations for the events we were attending.

Venue was nice, quick and convenient for my travel days. Breakfast was spot on, the front desk and CS was probably the worst I've had with Marriott (Bonvoy) 30 year member. I was double booked for rooms, was charged a cancellation fee on the room they changed to 1. Was over charged (pending) authorization on my card and was advised by the manager don't worry it will fall off yes it did a week later. And never speak badly about merger take over in front of your customers, sends a bad vibe and not want to conduct business.
