We were so disappointed to note that we had been charged for three nights of data despite clicking that we wanted to connect for free. Be warned that when you click free, you may be charged a per night fee for wi-fi (**note we only each clicked FREE once on the first day and were charged for three nights). Upon calling we were told that we had chosen to pay for the service and could not be helped. It s unfortunate when a large hotel chain decides to help itself to a cash grab (imagine hundreds of rooms times $5/night) with no recourse.
