I really was not in the market for a new roof until my neighbors were finding they had hail damage. Clint Garner was the perfect salesperson to help me with my roof. No only did I have considerable roof damage, but I also had damaged gutter guards and copper roof on my bay window. Clint knew how to deal with my insurance company so that it was all covered. Clint was so patient with me as I struggled to choose a color. He actually backed his truck up to my house, climbed on top of the truck, and held the roof sample up to the shake siding above my garage. In every regard, I felt like Clint was on my side and wanted only the best for me and my home. I felt very lucky that he was the one to represent his company. The installation went very well, and my new roof looks amazing!!!!
They replaced my roof and did a great job on the roof and the cleanup was spotless, not a nail or shingle in the yard after they finished. This past winter after all the rain I noticed water spots in my dining room. I called Compete Roofing and the immediately had someone come out and inspect the roof. They said the roof was fine but that the trim around the chimney had rotted and water was getting in behind it.
They said that they should have noticed that when the replaced the roof and let me know. So they paid for the cost of replacing and painting the trim AND repainting the dining room ceiling. THAT is customer service. They owned up to a mistake that they could have easily covered up and not taken responsibility for, that is integrity. Very impressed. We suspected that our roof suffered damage from hail storms so we allowed Complete Roofing Systems to do an inspection. They documented the damages and presented the information to our insurance company. Complete Roofing's system is very organized and professional so the process for us as homeowners was easy. They replaced our roof and I believe their work was first quality. Chris, their project supervisor made sure the materials and labor were all as it should be. All the work was completed in one day and their cleanup was very thorough. They even corrected some minor deficiencies from the original construction. We were so pleased with the results of this project that we have more recently engaged Complete Roofing to apply a coating system to the metal roof at a commercial property we owned. This is a roof repair company with a lot of resources.

We have used Complete Roofing twice. Once for Gutters on our old house, and the other was a warranty repair (small leak) on a roof installed a year before we bought the house. Complete Roofing honored the transferable warranty which does help with resale. Very impressed.

Daniel Culbreth was great to work with after my home sustained substantial hail damage. His team did a meticulous roof survey and a detailed report which established the damage to the insurance company. They promptly scheduled a team to come out and completely replace my large roof in a day and a half. The craftsmanship of the work is at a high level: all the joints were lined and the chimneys double flashed. Roof still looks great. They even followed up with calls to check that everything was still working well.

Great experience from beginning to end. Successfully guided us thru getting the insurance claim approved. Other companies wouldn't even try. They're who I'll call when I need another roof........and who i recommend to others.
Our townhouse community used Complete Roofing for new roofs on all of our buildings. The Project Management and communication from Jake McCants, the PM, was excellent. The crew worked professionally, and seemed to do a great job as well.
This could easily have been a 4 or 5 star review, but then the trouble started. Before the work crew was even done, their sales guy was contacting me via e-mail, text, AND phone to see about getting paid that day or the next. Knowing that we were working through the community's insurance, we were very transparent about when the insurance company was issuing funds to the community management company, and when that company would issue funds to our account so we could pay them. Despite this, the impatient calls continued - sometimes more than once per day. About three weeks after the work was complete, their lawyer issued a letter threatening to take legal action in an apparent effort to bully our association into issuing a check that we didn't have the insurance funds to support (and had been very transparent about it). Our community management company who has been working with them told us that they have never seen a vendor act this belligerently or offensively.
Despite the otherwise good work, their incredible behavior after the project has left a bad enough taste with our community and our management company that we cannot recommend using them with other projects.

Roof replaced in 2009. Got to look at the contract but I believe the warranty is 30 years or a non-transferable lifetime warranty. I thought I had a leak about a year ago. I called and an appointment was made immediately. I later discovered it was the attic AC furnace and cancelled the appointment. The point is, after 10 years they did not give me a hassle but immediately scheduled an appointment. I would highly recommend.
The guys at Complete Roofing are incredible! We had a hail storm in July and I called them immediately. They came out right away to examine my roof with this nifty drone system. I received the report quickly and Justin walked me through the process. He even called my insurance company and helped me with that process. He met the adjuster and handled him in a professional manner and due to that skill, we were able to get a favorable decision from our insurance company. Everything they said they would do - they did. No issues and no hassles. They had my best interest at heart and took care of everything for me. Their crew and the quality of their work is impeccable. You won't find a more "complete roofing system" in all of Georgia like them. My neighbors asked about my roof and the process and 3 other neighbors called them to get the process going. I know these guys well ad they stand behind their work. Great roofing job and we were dreading it. From start to finish Daniel Culbreth made sure we understood the entire process and went the extra mile. The roofing team was very professional and did a good job cleaning up. A friend recommended Daniel and I m passing it on.
I contacted this company early on Friday morning. They kept promising me someone would call me back because I told them that I had water leaking through my ceiling in my master closet. I called them back three times and they swore to me that someone would get right back to me. The end of the day no one called me back it was my son s birthday so I did not have time to deal with these peoples nonsense anymore. Meanwhile Saturday morning my water damage is much worse and I had to contact somebody else. I consider this very poor customer service and seriously would never use or refer this company to anyone.
Jameson Tanner and Greg Obarr (the Water Whisperer) as reps for Complete Roofing are incredible. Jameson assessed the roof situation well, explained everything in understandable detail and made sure I understood the service I was paying for. The work was done timely and well. There was no pressure whatsoever, but I would have been a fool not to have chosen Complete Roofing because what they offer - a complete roof and any side issues associated with the roof. They are thorough, and in my opinion, if there is one place I want thoroughness, it is related to water, which is related to my roof. Complete Roofing knows roofing and roofs and related issues. They are subject matter experts. A roof is not the place to cut corners and have it done cheaply, especially in the Atlanta area with the amount of rain, mold and mildew. They were the 3rd roof I paid for in 25 years, and they were the only ones to install an excellent roof correctly and identify a water issue. Which is where Greg Obarr comes in. There was a hidden leak and Jameson said, "We are going to find it (which can be nearly impossible!!!)" so, he sent in Gregg Obarr, who worked masterfully and determinedly to find the tiny place where water was getting in. It had nothing to do with the roof nor the installation of the new roof, it was a separate matter. I HAD 2 ISSUES - I needed a new roof AND there was a water issue related to the roof that had to be identified so it could be fixed. Because they are COMPLETE roofing, I received a beautiful, hardy roof, but they came back to figure out the water issue until it was resolved. As a result, I have peace of mind and can sleep at night. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMPLETE ROOFING. I don't think you will get a better roof, nor better customer service anywhere else. Thank you Jameson and Greg.
We had a good experience with the roof replacement. The work was completed in 1 day. Complete roofing completed the work as proposed. After the work was completed, the old roofing was all cleaned up and removed. Most of the nails were also removed but we continued to find some after they left
Big League company, very professional and easy to work with. Sent a drone over to document roof damage, met the insurance inspector and went up on the roof with him, and coordinated with the insurance company. Was able to get a new roof with upgraded shingles for only the cost of my homeowner s deductible. Great customer service, answered all of my questions and addressed extra request. Team showed up on time and efficiently removed old shingles and installed new ones in a day(12 hours). Neighbors commented on how good the roof looked. Pleasure to work with.5 stars.

Complete Roofing was absolutely fantastic to work with on the replacement of our home s roof. Shawn Johnson, our sales rep, was a fanatic partner and made the entire process incredibly easy. Shawn was able to introduce us at everyone we would interact with (including those from our insurance partners) and explained and streamlined the process for us. Shawn was even willing to revisit our home multiple time to provide a recommend on the color of the shingles and drip guards. At first, we were a bit uncertain about the colors scheme Shawn recommended, but once it was installed it looked amazing! This guy absolutely knows his stuff!

We are very impressed with Complete Roofing Systems. They installed a roof for us on our previous home about 2 years ago. A fast, quality job was done. There was a lot of landscaping around that house and the crew took care to make sure none of it was damaged in the process. They also did a great job of removing all the debris afterwards and restoring the property to its original state. Complete Roofing Systems were professional, efficient, and friendly. They communicated well regarding the schedule and contract. Due to our great experience, we also engaged them to put a new roof on the pool house in our community. Very positive experience. Sean was professional and knowledgeable in handling the roof replacement process. We had to do a little extra nail picking to protect our tires, but it wasn't a lot left behind though... I guess this is an issue with their third party contractor. I'll take the nails instead of dealing with insurance. Thankfully, they handled the insurance part.
