They replaced my roof and did a great job on the roof and the cleanup was spotless, not a nail or shingle in the yard after they finished. This past winter after all the rain I noticed water spots in my dining room. I called Compete Roofing and the immediately had someone come out and inspect the roof. They said the roof was fine but that the trim around the chimney had rotted and water was getting in behind it.

They said that they should have noticed that when the replaced the roof and let me know. So they paid for the cost of replacing and painting the trim AND repainting the dining room ceiling. THAT is customer service. They owned up to a mistake that they could have easily covered up and not taken responsibility for, that is integrity. Very impressed. Wish I could give 6 stars... * * * * * *
