Roof replaced in 2009. Got to look at the contract but I believe the warranty is 30 years or a non-transferable lifetime warranty. I thought I had a leak about a year ago. I called and an appointment was made immediately. I later discovered it was the attic AC furnace and cancelled the appointment. The point is, after 10 years they did not give me a hassle but immediately scheduled an appointment. I would highly recommend.
