Jameson Tanner and Greg Obarr (the Water Whisperer) as reps for Complete Roofing are incredible. Jameson assessed the roof situation well, explained everything in understandable detail and made sure I understood the service I was paying for. The work was done timely and well. There was no pressure whatsoever, but I would have been a fool not to have chosen Complete Roofing because what they offer - a complete roof and any side issues associated with the roof. They are thorough, and in my opinion, if there is one place I want thoroughness, it is related to water, which is related to my roof. Complete Roofing knows roofing and roofs and related issues. They are subject matter experts. A roof is not the place to cut corners and have it done cheaply, especially in the Atlanta area with the amount of rain, mold and mildew. They were the 3rd roof I paid for in 25 years, and they were the only ones to install an excellent roof correctly and identify a water issue. Which is where Greg Obarr comes in. There was a hidden leak and Jameson said, "We are going to find it (which can be nearly impossible!!!)" so, he sent in Gregg Obarr, who worked masterfully and determinedly to find the tiny place where water was getting in. It had nothing to do with the roof nor the installation of the new roof, it was a separate matter. I HAD 2 ISSUES - I needed a new roof AND there was a water issue related to the roof that had to be identified so it could be fixed. Because they are COMPLETE roofing, I received a beautiful, hardy roof, but they came back to figure out the water issue until it was resolved. As a result, I have peace of mind and can sleep at night. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMPLETE ROOFING. I don't think you will get a better roof, nor better customer service anywhere else.
