Complete Roofing did a drone overview of our house in late May 2019 to document that our roof had suffered hail damage. This was confirmed by a local company hired by the insurance company to examine the roof. Justin Tanner coordinated with the insurance company inspection to document the damage and a complete roof was approved. The replacement roof was completed in one day by a crew of very hard working men overseen by Jake McCants. I observed their progress in removing the old roof, replacement of some damaged decking and the installation of all facets of the new roof. I am pleased with the job that was done, with the care of the workers to keep plant damage to a minimum around the sides of the house considering the amount of material removed and the installation of new roofing on a roof with a pitch that required ropes for the workers. The quality of all replacement materials, the quality of the work performed and the warranty covering the new roof is excellent. I am pleased with the outcome of this project and would recommend Complete Roofing to anyone. I will use them again if I am unfortunate enough to have to replace the roof again.
