I'm giving Complete Roofing 5 Stars for the outstanding experience they provided during the replacement of our roof. Since we had not replaced a roof before, they took all of the stress out of the process for us. Our sales rep, Jameson was very professional to work with and explained exactly what we could expect throughout the process beginning with the initial roof inspection, adjuster meeting, filing my claim, materials delivery, roof installation and the walk around after completion of my roof. We received a call the day before the installation explaining what was going to happen the next morning and information was provided about what we needed to before they could start work, such as moving cars from driveway and removing patio furniture. The entire job was completed in 1 day and after clean up you couldn't even tell that they were there. At the end of the job the project manager walked around the house with us to be sure we were pleased with the work and answered any questions we had.
