Service so far has been excellent, although I would like to see better lighting in hallways.

Conveniently located adjacent to the Denver Merchandise Mart. Good breakfast.

This is an older hotel but fairly well maintained. The complementary breakfast is good and the staff in charge of the breakfast area is friendly and efficient. The daytime staff at the front desk is exactly the opposite. They present little concern for customer satisfaction and I will not stay here again.

Leslie, Sara, and the rest of the Comfort Inn Team, were very professional and kind. Appreciated that after a very long drive. Thank you ladies:)

Eww...This place should be advertised as a truck stop. I don't even know where to start.
This place is run down to say the least. Don't let the pictures on the website mislead you.
The rooms are dark with only one lamp in the main room. The paint is peeling off the walls and the carpet is dingy and it stinks. There is mold on the ceiling right above the bed. The restroom is just disgusting. Only one elevator worked and just barely.
The location is industrial, north of downtown. When I booked the room it was listed as downtown. Don't be fooled. There are wearhouses and factories next door. The parking lot is full of 18 wheelers. I think this is an upgrade from truck stop thus the high reviews.
Now for the not so bad .... The business center and fitness room looked good.

A bit more expensive than other comfort inns without the reason to be. It is a heavily used hotel and shows. Fridge was broken, walls were damaged. Bed was comfortable and clean though, so it served its purpose

I thought it was a very cozy hotel although it took my five trips Ang 3 calls just to get fresh towels. They only have regular cable and I work up with spider bites. But it has a fabulous breakfast and a somewhat good gym with a universal machine and a bunch or elliptical .treadmills and ball weights. It seems like a nice place but they are currently go I g through renovation . I would recommend it for a good night sleep and breakfast.

I think 3 stars is generous. At first glance, the room was clean, but I found gum wrappers in the bed, my friend found a can of chew in hers. When I was checking the floor for anything I may have forgotten, I saw litter under the nightstand. Because of the cleanliness issues, I probably won't stay here again.

The rooms and free breakfast are decent. The carpet outside our room is stained, and the service at check-in was not good. They didn't even bother verifying our reservation and only activated the keys for one night, even though we were staying for two. We could't get back into our room and had to get our keys reactivated.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. Bob at the front desk took us to our concert venue downtown. The breakfast every morning was great! I got a little spoiled. All in all, a good place to stay.

Everything was cool. The only complaint I would have was the tub. The water didn't drain fast so it would fill up as your showering. I told them and they said there's nothing they can do. But other than that, the staff was great and inviting. The room was clean, the water was super nice and hot and the heater worked! Lol

I love this hotel and the night shift staff are very nice and friendly . . the day shift are very rude and inpatient

Comfortable. Most staff members were great, one girl seemed disconnected and bored. Had to be reminded by another at counter to stop looking at her phone and to help me check out.

I experienced no issues, hotel was clean and well kept. The biggest issue was finding the parking lot at night time.

Room is small but adequate. Hotel facilities are nice.

Great views. Clean room. Awesome breakfast and no drama. Only one way in & out. I prefer more accessibility but not that serious considering better people in the area than mostt places I've been staying. The rooms even have balconies. It's a great place for me to be see and away from it all!

Not the nicest hotel, but the rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. I found the staff to be very cold, they would not engage in conversation... They would stand behind the counter and stare at you.

The rooms are nice and clean but Alyssa made my experience great... she was very helpful with all my questions and pleasant... I definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location isn't bad as the proximity to downtown is concerned. Immediate area is sketchy.

Just another Comfort Inn. Exactly what I expected. Actually there were two shower heads, right side by side?!

Not downtown at all. Like Priceline said. Would not recommend. And worker was not professional. Bringing food out for her co-worker to try while we stood in front of her checking in.

This Comfort Inn is just that- Central. At I-25 and 58th you can be anywhere in the metro quickly. Clean and busy I give this a thumbs up for convenience and a clean yet homey feel.

The staff was amazing! Went above& beyond! And the breakfast was amazing! No need to even try and go get breakfast somewhere else. Beds were comfortable, shower great. Wonderful experience!

This was awesome, comfy beds, awesome view of the city, great TV, this was a good place to remember on my Arizona trip. BTW, be careful on the balcony

Great stay! Everyone we encountered was very nice! Breakfast was better than most hotels. Advertised 100% smoke free, and we noticed none. That in itself is good enough for me. We will definitely stay here again when back in Denver!! A+++

Very rude front desk clerk. My friends and I got back from a concert late and asked if it was possible for me to our rooms (2) to get a late check out. Before even finishing my question she right away shut me up with a no. The next morning when cheking out I asked for my email to be verified and she said my friends and I could not enter an email for a survey.

Solid place for the price and my guests said the breakfast was dank

We had stayed at the comfort inn two years ago it was great so I made reservations for my family to stay again this time it was not a very good stay the 4th floor smells like poop for two days it did the rooms are run down.when I call for the room they said that they had the van that would that is to the game NOT.I went to check out they couldn't give me a reset for the three rooms we had .I paid 177.00 and I head the lady tell someone on the phone a lot less price what's up with that. We'll not stay there again.

This hotel in the last two months has gone down drastically. Several times in the last few nights we have asked the front desk to do something about people standing on their balconies screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs while people are trying to sleep and throwing beer bottles in the swimming pool. We have been regular guest in this hotel for years as we travel for work in the hotel seems to do nothing about anything for us. As a recently got a new manager they have completely disregarded all of us who have been staying in this hotel for years that is why we are leaving. Your vehicles are not safe in the parking lot of this hotel the hotel is not a safe place to stay.

Friendly desk reception, room was pretty clean but definitely old. The hallways smelled a bit and are in need of a remodel. Breakfast was pretty good compared to other hotels.

Poorly insulated rooms result in heavy interstate traffic noise. If you stay here request a room far from the interstate

Hotel is ok. There is a pool, restaurant/bar, gym, and small business center on the premises. Snacks sold in the lobby including beer. Conveniently located on a highway exit, but the area is pretty boring. Close proximity to the highway means a lot of noise 24/7 that can be heard from the room as well as a train that is a block away and blows its whistle. Only a few fast food restaurants are within walking distance. 7-eleven is about a mile away. Wi-Fi worked well.

comfortable bed, great breakfast, clean room. Would have given it a 5 star rating except for the fact that I was told we could get a cot for a 3rd guest and when we checked in, we were told this would not be possible.

Poor lighting in the parking lot, keys failed, understaffed front desk. Breakfast is not good. Rooms are modern, beds are comfortable, great views.

This place is so incredible. What a hidden gem! The gym is large, the free breakfast served in such a service-oriented, friendly, large, attractive and comfortable lounge. They even have custom-made omelets that you choose the ingredients for. It truly seems like a much more upscale hotel for an amazing price. Cannot imagine a better value.

Don't let the word balcony fool you. It's about as wide as my hips and I have a 32 inch waist. No chair will fit out there and you stand so close to the railing it's unnerving. That's the only reason I picked this hotel. Otherwise everything was cool.

My stay was very nice here the first reservation but the second reservation was harder to check in with the front desk didn't really know how to handle online reservations and that their prepaid so unfortunately I wasn't able to check in until the next morning but besides that everything's fine

Rooms where as nice as you can expect. Staff was nice enough. A free shuttle service took us downtown and later back to the hotel. Location was close to dt, but closer to the interstate, so it was a little noise at times. Breakfast was sufficient, they had an omelette station.

Nice place clean rooms internet so so house keeping likes to wake you up when do not disturb placard is on door desk people are awesome!

The room stunk of cigarettes smoke. They came up and sprayed which wore off so I went and they gave me a bottle to spray. When a shower was taken that night could not use towels they smelled so bad. Breakfast continued with unsatisfactory problems. No meat until we was leaving. Ran out of food numerous times and had to wait long periods. Way overpriced for a stinky room and breakfast. Had been in Denver for a week but moved hotels closer to aquarium when family came. Was paying cheaper for much better hotel room. They said manager would call but never heard from anybody. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Big nasty disappointment. Too many hotels to settle for this.

Room seemed to be reasonably clean. The price is very reasonable, but the location has a bit to be desired. It is in an industrial part of Denver.

Nice rooms and the staff is very very nice and sweet

At first it seemed to be a good hotel, although not in the best neighborhood but as soon as we walked up to the room our room key was not working. We had to get new room keys a total of 3 times. The rooms smell of cigarettes and our bath tub was clogged. My family and I returned from lunch and the room had not been cleaned, we had to personally request to get them cleaned. The business center is very out dated!! I was unable to check in for my families flights. The staff was very unprofessional and did not seem to be concerned with any of the problems we were having. However, the breakfast and happy hour was good.

Great spot to go if your in Denver.Not far from all the great things to do. Clean rooms and a pool. With a work out room and business center. There is a bar open till nine with a grill.

The bartender was good, and the food was as good as you'd expect from a hotel restaurant

Worst experience ever.
I got there at 6am really tired hopping to have a good staying experience but, it was a terrible experience. Floors covered on hair. Trash cans were not emptied, trash on top on the counters, sheets were dirty. This guys really need to pay more attention to the cleaning service. I paid 150 for one night, no worth it.

Stick with me, this might be a long review.
We arrived early and asked if it would be possible to check in. We checked in early to a crappy, rundown, dirty room. Food on the ceiling, mystery fluid sprayed up the wall, peeling paint, dirty buildup on the tile and my favorite, strong smell of spearmint (what smell are they trying to hide?).

I asked for a clean room and got one that was cleaner and better maintained. I was grateful for the new room with no hassle. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is amazing! I would have paid for the breakfast. Best made to order omelet ever!!! Close to downtown Denver, less than 15 minute drive. No shuttle service.

So this place confuses me. Breakfast - amazing! Staff - amazing! Then on the other hand the building is not well maintained (peeling paint, dirty walls, carpet needs vacuumed in the halls and floors needed mopped) and there was trash everywhere (fast food cups on the hallway tables, piles of towels and beer cans by the pool). Is this just a trashy place or was it a messy crowd? I don't know if I would stay here again. To my surprise, I would consider staying here again. Breakfast saved the day and the rating!
