Nice place friendly people but I didn't like the fact that they talk to each other in Spanish so the guests trying to check in can't understand them

We stay here because of work but we have been having trouble with the rooms they have gave us dirty rooms and we have to exchange them not nice to be walking back and forth

I checked out a week ago and my bank got a negative balance last night because they took more money off my card. Never going back and definitely never referring them. I'll go down to 4th and Broadway to the Ramada right down the street from now on. Comfort Inn is to shady and way to over priced

it's an older hotel and showing it in places. delicious breakfast, comfortable beds and mostly pleasant staff.

If you look at the pictures linked to this site you maybe discouraged to stay, but the rooms and the lobby have all been remodeled and are very nice and clean.... and most of the rooms have small outdoor balconies.... The price to stay here is very reasonable, they have a small store with snacks, souvenirs, an alcohol cooler, a shuttle that will take you and pick you up from downtown Denver 24/7, never had problems with our vehicles in the parking lot, a very friendly staff we have stayed there more than a few times and the staff always looks familiar so there is not a big turn around, the continental breakfast is very good if you get there early.... Never swam there but the pool looks pretty decent, not very big....
All in all a very nice place to stay...

Convenient to Denver Mart, but way over-priced for only fair quality. Smacks of management uninterested in quality.

Do not stay here unless you have no other choice. Rooms are dirty, front desk staff are rude. This hotel need a serious makeover.

Shampoo and conditioner is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Spent way too long in the lobby checking in. Please educate your employees. Please fix your check-in pending down-payments and still needing another card and paying again.

First let me say that the check in took forever - but not because of the staff, rather a slow system. The girls at the front were very nice and pleasant.

The entire hotel smells like pot. Everywhere. Every floor. Every hall. Everything. Music blaring on multiple floors. This hotel is clearly for partiers.

Our room was filthy and there was even bloody finger prints on the walls (I have photos).

I literally cannot believe I paid money to sleep here. Stay away!!!!!!

It looked a little dated at first but dont judge a book by its cover. The location is great and the breakfast was even better, I think I found my new favorite place! I put a 4 star because it does have room to grow, with some minor cosmetic touch ups in the rooms and lobbies they would take this place over the top! Thanks for the great stay!

Awesome. My room had double shower heads, a true luxury.

In the middle of remodeling but the rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you could need from a refrigerator to a microwave. Hands down best shower at a hotel I've ever had! Amanda is awesome!

We stay here most of our Colorado visits. Good for a standard room! Staff is pleased to help, from the front desk to housekeeping.

Cheapest my wife and i could find. Service was great and had great attitudes. The view of the city was beautiful! The only downside was purely the aesthetics if the lobby. It needed some work, but, all in all, it exceeded expectations.

The area is kind of strange, but the price was definitely right. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We went to a concert and didn't get back until pretty late and got the last parking spot, so beware that parking is tight at this hotel. It's about an 8 minute drive to downtown. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel if price is a concern. If you're looking for something within walking distance of things to do then you should look elsewhere.

The bed was nice, and I really appreciated the desk. However, the noise from the freeway was a little loud (I don't think the sliding door was sealed well).

The rooms are nice and the breakfast good. There are the 2 stars. The location is anything but central and there is no shuttle to the city center, although advertised.
We were offered to use the shuttle of another hotel, which did not work. We were left in the rain for over half an hour in the city center, then to Uber to the hotel. A (usable) pool does not exist either. We were disappointed with the hotel. For this price you should also be able to expect the promised benefits ...

When i come through Denver I really love staying at this Comfort Inn. It's clean, friendly, and well-serviced. Each room I've stayed was really nice. My last trip i actually stayed at the Marriott but wished i could've gotten booked at this comfort inn.

Bob went out of his way to find me the room I wanted.

While the people working here are very nice & helpful, this hotel is a disappointment. The beds are rock slabs. The walls have dents & cracks that have gone ignored. The outlets barely work, so good luck charging your crucial equipment. It wouldn't take that much to improve the hotel rooms. The location is good for quick access to nearby attractions, but seems to be in an industrial area & is noisy day & night.

The staff is above and beyond your expectations and the energy is awesome .The rooms are clean,and the balconies are good for getting fresh air....a hop, skip and jump away from downtown !!

This is a great hotel. The staff are the best and will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the price is very reasonable. The complimentary breakfast is really good.

Our room was in need of a little touch up. There were areas where the paint was badly chipped. Also, there were no wash cloths. The staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. The breakfast was good at least.

We found the facilities clean and quiet. The Continental breakfast was nice: custom omelettes along with the standard fare.

Good deal for the price, and the free continental breakfast was a plus.

Was not able to use my corporate discount because the front desk associates had no idea how to enter it. I would like to say the free breakfast in the morning was great.

This has to be one of the most low budget hotels I ever been to in my life! For starters, they are ridiculously slow. There is no help provided up front to keep guests from waiting 30 minutes to a hour to check in. The housekeeping is outrageous!!! There was a spill in the main lobby that no one bothered to wipe up and just placed a wet floor sign over top of it. The elevators are complete trash!!! There was only 1 elevator working during my stay here and it was raggedy and disgusting with gray tape along the side of it. The rooms are beyond low budget!! The rooms STINKS and are so close to the highway the fact that the noise from the highway comes through you do not have a sense of peace or relaxation. The pictures I show below are windows in the room that some genius decided curtains would be appropriate however you can t close them. This is the worst hotel ever and I will never in my life return!! I m telling everyone I know to never stay here cause it s a complete joke! I stayed there 10/23/18 and it was a nightmare from HELL. I wish I could give it a negative ranking!

I didn't have any problems with any of the staff everybody was really nice to me and helpful and I love the dual shower heads at the bathroom oh my God that is the best part of coming home after a hard day. Thank you for the staff for making my 60th birthday vacation the best it could be.

Excellent service great rooms.. EXPECT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS VEHICLES GET BROKEN INTO.. HAD MY TRUCK BROKEN INTO BUSTED OUT MY WINDOW.. HAD TIME TO LOOK THRU EVERYRHING.. 5 OTHERS VEHICLES SAME NIGHT.. AN WAS TOLD AFTER THE FACT THAT EVERY NIGHT CUSTOMERS HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM...DONT STAY THERE NOT WORTH IT.....

Old hotel, pollution ridden industrial area, however the staff tries hard to make sure that you have a comfortable stay, breakfast is a step above continental!

Older hotel, a recent remodel is ok. The staff and breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and compfy beds.

I'm a diamond member if choice if that gives you an idea of how often I stay at choice hotels...So the hotel is super nice the breakfast is wonderful and the views are of course awesome but you know how one staff member can set the tone for your entire stay? When I checked in the guy behind the counter Daniel was awesome and incredible super nice and I thought this is going to be a great stay at a great Hotel. he just has so much patience for everybody. even when the people in front of me were super rude he didn't once break from being kind gentle and helpful even when it became clear that people in front of me didn't want help they just wanted to be upset.
that kind of thing makes a difference to me and made a difference to me last year when I checked into this hotel and it made a difference for me today I love this place I love the views I love the rooms I love the bar and I like the location but I really like Daniel and he is why I keep coming back ...ultimately.

Who gives this place more than a single star?? I think this "hole" owes me stars. A real dump. Expensive. Looks like people live here. Unclean. People out on the roof smoking weed and cigarettes. You can see in the picture the balconies are filthy.

No change for anyone to do laundry. Plus it's the weekend so you cant get change anywhere.

i have stayed at least 40 nights here over the last few years staff is always great rooms are clean great food at the pub downstairs great place to stay!!!! Ps Bring Back the Omlettes Pease!!!!!!!!!!!

I like how it is located right off of I-25, it was very convenient. Nice room and amenities so far. WiFi dropped on my phone intermittently. The only real complaint I'd have is I booked it on their website only 10-15 minutes before I showed up. And it was suddenly $15 more per night for half of my stay. $30 won't break the bank but was annoying for sure.

The bed was comfy but my neighbor stayed up all night watching TV and the door between the room was cracked so I could hear everything.

Breakfast was ok. Was a hot breakfast. Room was clean. Nice looking place. Overall good experience.

Had and awesome experience....totally coming back again even tho the weather was crazy and met this wonderful lady I believe her name is Yesenia in the kitchen, she was very polite and did a great job

Rooms were outdated, poor maintenance overall. Not worth the price. Very disappointed in our 2 night stay. Will not ever be staying here again.

Our room was almost half off the first night, then we decided we wanted to stay another day and booked again (it was over half off this time). They allowed us to keep the same room as well. We were a late check in (did not arrive until around 11 PM) and they offered late check out until 1:00 PM for no extra charge. The hotel was clean and super accommodating (the rooms have a mini fridge/microwave) and the view was amazing! The front desk clerks were friendly and they have lemon water by the desk for guests. They offer mouthwash, toothpaste, lotion, toothbrushes etc. at the front desk as well. It's also pet friendly ($27 extra charge) and my dog loved it! The pool is open from 10 AM - 10 PM with towels outside for convenience. The breakfast was extremely good due to the COVID-19 restrictions, and they were giving everyone to go containers along with to go drinks. They also have free parking and a marketplace offering medication, snacks, drinks, and beer open 24/7. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap and comfortable stay located in Denver. Super close to everything as well! 10/10 recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised! This was only my 2nd time staying at a Comfort Inn, and the first time was unimpressive. This particular location was exceptionally CLEAN, the free breakfast was hot, fresh, and delightful. The staff were all really polite and friendly, and most importantly the beds were clean and the A/C worked! Their tight parking lot was my only complaint, and the bathrooms need an update/refresh, they're quite tiny. Other than that, and the slightly steep nightly rate, I'd highly recommend this location especially if you've got an event at the Denver Mart, it's within walking distance, along with several different fast food eateries. Added bonus, they offer free cookies and water in the afternoon in the lobby! I would stay here again, and I definitely recommend this location!

We loved the breakfast which includes made-to-order omelets. Staff were very accommodating. The one drawback is the commercial neighbor .

I had been on a road trip for several weeks and have stayed at a several choice hotels through out Florida. When I arrived at this location when I returned home. Sarah, the manager stated she would not allow my debt card because it was from Chime Bank. I went several blocks down the street to another choice hotel and my chime card was accepted with no problems. Sarah, has taken my chime bank card for this hotel previous a few months earlier. She was very rude about it and my reservation that I book in advanced to stay at this hotel for two weeks was simply throw out like trash.

Very nice place to stay! Breakfast is great, staff are very nice and overall clean place. I bring my two kids and husband here quite often!
