Other than the lobby the building feels a little outdated but the staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
Normal comfort inn. Service was very good. Breakfast had a nice touch of made to order eggs & omelets.
It was really nice. Service was great and fast. Despite being next to i70 in Denver, the noise was minimal especially after turning the ac on. The room was perfect. Got the king size bed and the restroom was spotless. The breakfast was really good and had a great variety. Drinks were plentiful aswell. Would truly recommend them to anyone looking for a great nights sleep.
This a one star hotel. Everything is outdated bathroom are digusting!! Sheets are dirty. Not worth the money! TV doesnt even work!
Great hotel with awesome customer service. Three of the front desk employees really stand out Crystal, Nicole, and Penny are all very professional and polite. The Breakfast is great! This hotel always seems to have vacancy and rooms are spacious and clean.
There are many people at the Night smoke weed everywhere and is disgusting if you have a children's
Excellent budget hotel with easy access to the city center. WiFi could be better but if that's my biggest complaint you know the place is pretty decent. Staff is super nice and helpful!
Great breakfast with fresh fried omelets to order. For 80 in Denver perfect.
This place was gross. I killed at least 10 flies, tub didn't drain and if we opened the balcony door it smelled like hot garbage. The price was too high to get that.
BED BUG ALERTT!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! I WAS CALLED A LIAR TO MY FACE AFTER SHOWING PROOF!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK STAFF!! If I could give 0 STARS I would Horrible place, went there as a last min resort and in the middle of the night found a bag bug in ny bed. When I reported it to front desk I got a new room, and was told i would be given a refund for that night, but it did not happen I also requested to speak to the manager they said there was none till the next morning. The next morning I requested to talk to the manager again and was told the manager was on lunch till 2pm, really at 12 noon? Okay. I tried explaining to front dest what had happened and she proceeded to say "oh so you're the one that allegedly found the bug in the room " Allegedly? No I found it and I showed them pics and the bite marks on my skin that had swelled bigger than a quarter and I was still called a liar to my face. Till this day ( a month later) I'm still waiting to hear from a manager and for my refund.
It's a decent spot if you're from out of town and here on business. Friendly staff.
Plugged up toilet in ladies restroom in Lobby overnight, smelled up hallway. Out of order sign should have been taped to restroom door. Trash cans outside lobby was overflowing and on ground. Room was ok.. many patch spots in room bathroom that needed to be completed.
I was staying here for my work. It is clean and the service is friendly. The location is typical of Denver, be careful with your things in your car.
Older Hotel, but very "Comfort"able & the room i stayed in was clean. I like the place & will stay again.
Very nice, clean, good smelling, comfy bed, nice staff. Would definitely recommend
My wife tried to check in before me. I was busy in a meeting. She didnt feel well. The staff would not allow her to check in before getting my card and ID AND CHARGING FOR THE STAY IN FULL. I stay at choice hotels all of the time. This is not standard. I called corporate guest services. They confirmed it, but the clerk insisted that I and guest services are wrong. The manager came out and we came to a resolution. She agreed to discount our stay about 15 percent. We went to our room and i did a precheck. I travel a lot and so I look for broken items and cleanliness upon checkin and let the staff know if there is an issue. I looked at the matress to check for bed bugs and found a used enema box stuffed under the matress. We requested a different room. The new room was fine. The staff are not well trained with exception of the manager, Amanda. She was helpful and interested in resolution. The head of the cleaning crew, a very nice and helpful hispanic women with lighter colored hair, I am sorry I did not get her name, was also very helpful. There was also a coulple who insisted on smoking pot by the front door. I do not smoke so the smell was overpowering. I get that pot is legal in Colorado but it seemed douchy to sit at the front door with a blank zombie brain dead look on your face in a cloud of burning cow dung. Thats the kind of thing that cause non smokers who support individual rights to chanhe their vote. I informed the staff about the two Jerry Garcia zombie cowpie smokers. The staffer said, "they arent suppose to do that but we overlook it." Nice.
Awesome, accommodating staff. Extended my stay over the phone from the room. Nice, clean rooms. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good with hot, fresh eggs the first day. They were out of almost everything the second day.
My first time there. It was clean, comfortable and convenient!
Nice staff. Room faced the freeway, which was unfortunately loud. Microwave and fridge in the room, which couldn't be said for my previous hotel that cost a lot more. Location isn't great if you don't have a car, but the price was better than most.
Beautiful, clean and great service. They have truck parking !!! Loved it
the staff here are so nice, it is a waste to stay any where else, This place also has the best coffee!
Nice employees. The place could use a little update
Not the worst comfort Inn I've ever stayed at, but pretty run down
Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was awesome! Pool was warn and clean. Only down side, our tub was clogged. Overall, great stay!
Wish I could give negative stars. Had an awful.experience with the hotel front desk clerk and manager about their "pet policy". I have been using The choice hotels a lot for traveling because I have dogs. We arrived earlier then check-in time not knowing when it was to book a room for the evening. The clerk said she wasn't able to check us in yet because they didn't have any clean rooms yet, to come back in a few minutes, but with that same conversation said there will be a pet deposit fee and would we like to pay that now with cash or credit card. She said you can leave your credit card here and I'll use it when I'm able to book a room. My husband said no I'll just pay in cash because he didn't want to just leave his credit card with the desk clerk. We came back about an hour or so later and the Latino clerk had left for the day. Well the manager and another.clerk was at the front desk, so my husband said he left $75 bucks with the other clerk for the pet deposit and wanted to get the money back and put that deposit on the credit card. The manager fumbled around a little trying to find the note in the system saying we gave them a cash deposit, there was no note left of any kind. The manager then ended up calling the employee to figure out where the money was. Anyways the manager apologized to us about the confusion and agreed to put the pet deposit on our credit card. Everything was great until checkout time when we asked if they wanted to check the room so we could make sure we got our deposit back. ( Our dogs didn't leave any mark they were even there.) At that point the Latino front desk clerk was working and said the $75 dollars they charged us wasn't a deposit but a pet fee. She then whips out a pet policy form stating the charges that we never saw or told when we checked in. We thought it was a deposit. Of course at this point both my husband and I are upset because they didn't tell us it was a fee and not a deposit. I asked to speak with the manager, she put him on the phone right away, and I tried to explain my experience and what we've been told and he wouldn't have it, even though we had looked him in the eyes the day before with him refunding the cash deposit. He said to put the clerk back on the phone. At that point the clerk was very rude and defiant and wouldn't help us and threatened to call the police on us if we didn't leave the property. At that point I asked her to get the manager back on the phone and she said "No, he's in a meeting respect his time". I told her I'm the customer repect my time and get him on the phone. She didn't, so I got louder. She got rough with me acting like she wanted to flight me physically. She left for a minute into the back room to cool off. Then she called the cops, and told me to be quite and listen to her. She then went on and told me about their pet fee again, I said that's fine you have one but when you book someone in don't call it a deposit if it's a fee and not explain that to the customer. So the management sucks and the ghetto Latino clerk has a hot temper, she shouldn't be working the front desk. We left without our deposit upset on how we were treated. Never have I ever been treated so awful and not heard as a customer. There was a communication error on their end and we were treated unfair. Clearly they need training on customer service. Manager should have handled the situation better. Also the wifi wouldn't work during our stay so we called down to the front desk they told us to call the service provider ourself, and to call the number listed on the booklet in the room. We called the number connected us to some company in Mexico that spoke Spanish. We didn't feel secure at that point because our cell company upon trying to connect to their WiFi warned us it wasn't secured. Also we had stayed two days and had asked for some clean towels be delivered to the room. Front desk said ok, only to call back 15 minutes later telling us to pick up the towels because they didn't have anyone staffed to bring them to us.
Both times i stayed here my vehicle got broke into and items stolen
People were not as friendly here. Especially for the cost of the rooms. We'd much rather stay at the motel 6, right across the street!! Motel 6 is half the price.
They have a great breakfast, they will make you a omelette for free just tip the lady that makes the omelette. Ladies at front desk are always friendly. I stay here every time I stay in Denver
Room was quaint but looked nice enough. Balcony was small but easily fit 3 of us to watch that Colorado sunrise. Pool is not open yearly (closed when we went in early October). Breakfast buffet was included and pretty good. Not the easiest to find, but it was a pleasant stay none the less.
Traveling for work, Slowest Wifi Ever! Great Breakfast.
According and friendly staff, free wifi, free breakfast, and it's very close to downtown. I would come back here on my next trip also.
Plenty of parking. Super reasonable rates for the location. 25min from the airport.
Beautiful view of the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. Clean comfortable.
I would say the best was breakfast and the beds. The room was clean but you can see the upgrades were a little premature. Painted over cracks in the bathroom ceiling. New shower fixtures without addressing the slow drain, etc. I kept getting wiffs of smoke smell in the hallway, not certain what hotel policy existed before...
