Small and dirty rooms. Walls are paper thin. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. The only redeemable quality was the breakfast.

Worst stay ever. Horrible service, rude staff, room was dirty, the room was not as advertised, they over charged us, would not allow us to have a pillow for the extra bed, flat out told me no that ths 4 pillows in a room for 5 had to be enough it's all you are going to get and refuse to deal with anything. I had to clean the pee drops off the bathroom floor before we could use it. If you plan to stay here don't! Or at least pay cash so they don't double charge you, bring Clorox wipes to clean bathroom floor and tub with, and don't forget your own pillows you will not get any more.
How the hell does this place have 3 stars????? Old, smelly and everything is broken... first room shower broke and no maintenance to fix it. Second room smelled like someone dumped a bottle of fabreeze under the bed. 3rd room some lights don t work, there is a gap in the sliding door so road noise is nice and the food was disgusting. Stay somewhere else.
Largest selection of continental breakfast I've ever seen!
Nice and clean. The best breakfast. Made to order eggs.
Breakfast is the best for a hotel and the room was clean and service is great
Those are from the 9th floor... At least you can see the mountains... Very pretty...
The beds were very comfy and the staff were professional and pleasant. Very good breakfast bar as well. However, our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke as soon as we walked through the door and it lingered the rest of our stay.
They were very helpful with their shuttles, and the room was nice.
We just stayed overnight. They were very nice, and they have a very good full breakfast.
I like this place. Clean, some updates done, nice staff.
I love this place stay there alk the time when im down in denver to have fun or when i am just to tired to drive back to fort collins they let me check in any time after work which is usually about 530 am. Amazing place great people awesome breakfast theyll actuallybcook you what you want ask them to or you can just go down the buffet they have already prepaired awesome
Unless you are staying for an Event at the Mart Pavilion, I strongly recommend you avoid this location. Parking on the weekend is a free-for-all which means up to an hr for parking in a hotel you are paying for. Housekeeping also struggles to service rooms and can be anytime between 10am and 7pm due to these Staffing challenges.
We stay here anytime we're in the Denver area, newly remodeled,on site bar and food, friendly staff. Reasonably priced.
Nice and clean room, easy check in, good breakfast.
It's clean, pretty comfortable beds. Only stayed for a short night, left early so didn't do breakfast. But over all not bad. Which these days earns at least four stars.
This was a horrible experience. We drove up around midnight and employees were smoking by the main entrance door. I walked by to check in. The desk clerk seemed bothered that I was there and that she actually had to do work. She didn't greet me, when she looked up my records she didn't recognize and acknowledge that I was a Choice Privileges member. She gave us our key and we went up to our room. When we opened the door, we realized that the room was not made up and cleaned from the previous guest. The bed was unmade, dirty towels were on the floor in the bathroom, the room was a mess. We hauled all our luggage back downstairs and told the desk clerk who seemed more annoyed than ever. There was another employee eating a sandwich at the desk. She didn't apologize, she just gave us another key. We went back up to our new room. The room had been made up, but there was still hair stuck to the bathroom wall and stains on the carpet. The weirdest thing was that the back of the toilet was about 8 inches away from the wall making the toilet sit close to the middle of the bathroom. And I guess because of this weird location, the toilet was TINY. If it were a full sized toilet, the front of the toilet would be close to the wall in front of it. Weird. If you like tiny toilets, this is the room (room #702) for you. We were tired and settled in for the night. Unfortunately, our new room was next to the freeway (I-25) and a train track Literally NEXT TO the highway and train track.. The noise was unbearable. Neither of us got a good night's sleep because of the loud constant highway noise. The next morning I told the hotel manager (Angela) everything that went on. She was nice, and gracious and apologized and offered me 5000 points as an apology. She said she was having problems inputting the points, but she'd work on it and call me when she had success. She gave me her card and we went on our way. She called a few hours later and told me that the points were added. Well, it's been a month later and no extra points were added to my account and I can't find her card. HOPEFULLY SHE'LL READ THIS AND REACH OUT TO ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON.
Front desk people very nice, good shuttle service, room smelled musty, and patio door wouldn't shut all the way.
Nice to see this place still standing and as great looking as I remeber my first time coming to this location in the late 70's to swim with my cousins who traveled to Colorado for vacation.
Was given keys that didn't work. Returned to get them fixed only to find that the room I was given had not been cleaned. Cancelled my stay and left immediately.
If you can ignore the frightening look of the exterior, the interior is pretty nice. The staff was polite and friendly. When looking for food, there was no readily available menue for the bar and a small offering of snacks at the store in the lobby. The late checkout time is very nice.
Comfy beds, dual shower heads, hot breakfast and close to 2 bus lines and 4 fast food restaurants. Staff is nice. There's a pool, a bar, a fitness center and a business center. This place is great.
Front desk very friendly. The highway is right next to the hotel and is very loud, but it was easily drowned out with the air conditioning unit. The hotel room was clean, and other than the highway, it was nice and quiet. Close to downtown. Not the best hotel I ve ever stayed at, but I do not regret it. I recommend it if you re looking for something more affordable and quiet.
It's an older place. Needs to be remodeled. Free Breakfast is cheap food. I would just go to a restaurant.
Its cool. Nice ill show you inside once i get upstairs
Clean good breakfast n friendly staff thank you so much
The hotel is in mid-cycle . I booked it as an overnight halt during a long road trip because of it's close proximity to I-25 & Just south of I-76. My room was standard for any Comfort Inn. The bed was comfortable and there were ample charging points for my devices. Nothing exceptional, though. Same for hot breakfast. Some fresh friut but no bananas. No bacon either. What was exceptional was the rate. Denver is a pricey market. Still, I expected more for the $142.
Everything was great til Saturday night. Dog barking for 2 hours straight then finally get to sleep and a maniac on drugs running and screaming help me at 5am. Police came. Told front desk with no reply. Called front desk about barking no answer all night.
Showed up at 1130am, wondered if there was early check in. Manager on duty Nicole told me she had no rooms available but told me she would call as soon as one was available. So my girlfriend and drive around to kill time as we re not from the area. 2 hours later and no call so we drive back and I am told no rooms are ready yet. So we wait in the car until 245pm and then go back in to see the manager is gone, and when we ask for a room one is readily available. No call. I drove from Michigan over night to get my girlfriend to an internship and we just needed a place to sleep for the day at the very least. No call, no keeping me in mind, and when we finally get a room we walk into a stuffy, moldy smelling room with dents in the walls and a balcony without a screen so I can t even air the place out while I get at least a couple hours of sleep. Still no call from Nicole and it s just about their check in time. If you want to be forgotten about, even after you give your name and personal cell and urge the need to have a place to sleep, check this place out.
Nice rooms, convenient location, great service, and wonderful breakfast.
Room is outdated and front desk service is hit or miss. No ice machines on each floor. Bed is comfy and rooms are fairly clean. Not bad for be cheap motel in Denver.
Had a small problem with the first room, they moved us quickly and without issue while maintaining our view. Room is clean, nice shower and free breakfast is decent.
We book a suite with a kitchenette which has no utensils no plates nobles no spoons nopons know nothing I have a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator and nothing else.No handle on the oven no rings on the lights sliding door won't lock microwave broken no dishes no pans no utensils in the suite smallest bathroom I've ever seen in a suite screens torn to shreds these are little things that should be fixed . Other wise could be a better stay
It's an ok place to stay in Denver, room wise. Bathrooms need attention, specifically the showers. There is mold in places. Caulking and general tile sealing, on floor trim etc, needs to be fixed. I have stayed in several rooms on many floors and they all have this issue. One offer of advise would be to seal the bed mattresses in a total zip cover like most hotels I stay in for work. This cuts down the possibilities for insect infestation.
One big bonus is the fitness room. Great fitness room!!! Other big bonus is the lounge! The lounge manager Kelly is superb! Amazing how she keeps it all running by herself. Unfortunately the food had closed down just now, SHAME! They had excellent eats!!! Every dinner I've had there was excellent. Very disappointed with them closing the food down - WHY?
This place was the best place I have stayed in since my home it was awesome. I can also tell you the staff treated me better than family. The blizzard made me wanna go home but the southern hospitality made me stay. I really recommend this place for anyone out of town. And ps. The breakfast is already made most of it and it's pretty good.
Great staff. Nice room. They are remodeling and working hard to make it even nicer. Would definitely return
Comfortable decent pool. Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good, omelette station was surprising.
Everything was really great. Only complaint was that the beds had absolutely no give to them at all.
The fact that some of the front desk staff are extremely rude was just the beginning. Then they keep putting me on floors that are under construction, I work at night and sleep during the day so why keep putting me on the floor with construction if not on purpose.
Our stay was too short. We had a full nights rest and had an amazing breakfast. Thank you
Good parking, friendly staff, clean rooms. Couldn't ask for more.
The property is falling apart and very dirty. Elevators are in disrepair and held together with duct tape. Treadmill in fitness center has a track that is ripped all the way through the center. Stepper has live wires exposed on the handles! Pool area was not maintained with dirty towels remaining all over from day before at 1030a the next day! They ran out of pool towels the day before as well. Everywhere I looked paint was peeling and mold was growing. In some areas water damage was widespread and painted over. Front desk staff was ambivalent and not very helpful. We won't be back. If attending an event at the Denver Mart you're better off getting a nicer place downtown and taking an Uber instead.
I went into my bathroom the nighti stood their and their was a coaroch and the girl at night were very nice but did mangement. Say anything in the morning no . i think i pull that stunt to get a cheaper room. I am very. Upset that i still had to pay for this hotel. I feel sorry for any one that stay their . check ur. Ag when u leave and make sure u are not ttaking any little frinds home
All the staff super friendly and accommodating. Bar was great and drinks were very reasonable they also have a grill, didn t have a chance to eat here. Very easily accessible to downtown and mountains. Rooms were clean and very affordable. Fitness room was a plus! We will definitely return. Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable:)
It's ok. Pool looks nice, place kept clean. Rooms not very large for the price. Bed comfortable. Breakfast good too!
It served a purpose. The room was clean, breakfast was decent.
This was a nice hotel to stay in. Very close to downtown Denver and the staff was always nice to us and very helpful and accommodating. We had nosy neighbors two nights in a row and as soon as we called the front desk they resolved the issue and let us stay in a different room after the second night of being woken up at 2-4 am. We will defiantly stay here when we visit Denver again.
Good but the hotel is very good for all categories. They have a very rich breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. Around here, there isn't much to do but I did find food. You are some 10 minutes into the city. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. Too small.
Beds were comfy and room was clean. Lobby could use some ceiling repair but overall great place to stay.
If there was an option for zero stars that s what I would rate this facility. Absolutely unprofessional and clearly untrained. We booked a room for two queen beds with a pice already agreed on. We drive 14+ hours to get to this hotel only to find out they sold our room that we reserved. Long story short the manager working did nothing to accommodate us and we ended up paying more than what we were quoted. Absolutely horrible hotel and unprofessional staff. I will never stay in any comfort inns due to this major inconvenience not to mention almost $200 for one night with one dog.
Good location, very friendly staff, recent updates to the interior
Service is awesome, building not so much. We will never stay here again. Water damage, dirty floors, blood on curtains, broken light's, left over beer, Etc. It's such a shame because the service is awesome.
It was pretty accommodating. The pool was open late and was heated. The shower head was powerful and had a lot of pressure which I liked. The only thing I did not like about my stay was the smell of the hotel room. It smelt like it was dusty or everything was old. Otherwise I would say it had probably been renovated and was a decent stay for the price.
Friendly and accommadating staff. Clean rooms, nice pool and great breakfast.
Every night I stood here it's been nice, beds are very clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect temp and the kitchen staff are the best. Very clean kitchen and food is always at great temp and best service. The front desk are the best, Jason always helpful and Jamie the nicest. Always a stay for me.
Could use some renovating and the building itself feels a old. Our room had hair hanging out of the hair dryer, but other than that clean. Breakfast had many good options. Nothing stands out as spectacular, but it is a cheap option to crash for a night, or two. Gets the job done!
Currently under construction, but still a pleasant stay.
Great place! Clean and well kept! Bob met us at the front desk and every wish was his command. He let us change rooms to have a better view of the city. He was so friendly and funny, we immediately loved the place. Clean room with great beds. Pool was clean and perfect, as was the exercise room. We all loved the free breakfast omelets!! My fiance and I enjoyed the bar and the bartender (Laura?). She was talkative and fun. A young lady was our shuttle driver and she was also talkative and fun to ride with. I wish I could remember her name (she was 18). The shuttle was clean, but small. 3 of the 4 of us are 6ft+ and had no leg room, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. It was timely and very convenient though. Great placee to stay and very inexpensive!
It wasn't bad cosmetically, bed and hard pressure shower was GREAT, but do NOT stay here if u smoke. I spent a lot of time trying to find the best bang for my buck prior to the trip, but wish I had known u can't even smoke on your balcony. Of course we wanted to partake in the legal festivities, but we smoke cigarettes, too.Seeing my disappointment while checking in, the busy (but friendly) employee quickly suggested a 1st floor room so we'd be closer to the parking lot. Very, very nice gesture. BUT....the view stunk. I wish we had gotten a top floor, the view from higher wasn't bad for being a more industrial type area. I thought that being right off the interstate would be more convenient. But that's the ONLY way you can get to anything. We attempted to explore the surrounding side streets and it was just interstate (crazy traffic). For the price, it could have been worse. And the breakfast was definitely worth getting up for.
Checking in to see other customers check in sheet on the counter in front of me with all of there information. No one could get a copy of there receipt. One Traveller was told that the receipt would be emailed to him withen 15 minutes. Hours later still no response from the company. Wife and daughter come out with bug bites after we walked into the hotel. Breakfast ok.
Average room, front desk clerk was kind but needed help as there was a line checking in. Hotel has damaged celing across the whole building that has not been replaced.
Great place at great price jist needs a lil work on keeping it up kept. Clean rooms better to were it looks like they cleaned it instead of just refilling supplies and no cleaning done.
Very poor. We were charged wrong and the manager did absolutely nothing to help us. She was very rude and the front desk was very rude. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
You ever seen my cousin vinny? Where he wakes up to the train. All night it's that. Walls arent that thick. Staff was great.
Worst experience ever, heard man yelling help me in the middle of the night. Called front desk and never heard anything back.
Close to I-25 which resulted in a lot of background noise.
They DO NOT offer shuttle service even though they have a sign.
Lobby and elevators were dirty. Rooms clean, but with outdated windows outside noise and cool air was a problem. Bathroom was tiny with minimal counter space, bathtub backed up while taking a shower.
Breakfast was warm, and tasty. Drink dispensers were all out of order, but jugs of milk were made available.
Great hotel. Rooms are comfortable, staff is nice, and breakfast is plentiful
