They lied multiple times before arriving and checking in. Just know there is a $25 deposit per night for each pet. No matter what they say. Other than that everything was great. Breakfast was wonderful, you can make your own waffels and omelette.

The girl NICHOLE at the receptionist desk is by far the most RUDEST PERSON I have met! Comfort inn you need to SERIOUSLY reconsider in new employment , she would not help me for the 2 days I stayed there SHE ALWAYS BLEW ME OFF! I had to go around her!! No ethics, deplorable customer service!!

Old, dirty, and run down. During my stay in early March 2018, the was a police raid on their utilities closet with gun fire and all. The staff never gave 2 cents to tell anyone it was going on so I walked right into the mess and was yelled at by the cops. Place is a crack house if you ask me.

This hotel is very relaxing with comfortable beds and already has the pool, fitness area, business center, breakfast and restaurant/bar back open!! Love the front desk staff who is very attentive and friendly which is very comforting when having my two year old son with me. Thank you Brandon and all the other front desk agents for working hard to make this property stand out in the crowd. Stay awesome

Check in with Amber and Jackie went super smoothly, and the continental breakfast had really great options! The Wi-Fi was slow, and the housekeeping staff wasn't always prompt. Definitely would recommend though!

Can I go less than one star. This place used to be nice, but no more. It is dirty, run down, and the staff is very unfriendly. There are holes in the drapes, sink is cracked, and there was no coffee pot. We had coffee, sugar, and creamer, but no coffee pot. I went down to get one and was told there were none available. I asked if they could go to one of the MANY unoccupied rooms (there were less than 10 cars on the parking lot) and was told they could not do that. I said why not? Someone obviously did that to our room. Then I heard the old "because of covid" excuse. I booked this for 2 nights. I will leave after the first night. With the hypodermic needles on the parking lot by my car I consider this place to be a sewer. Last time I will ever stay here. Save yourself the hassle, because the staff doesn't give a rip about their guests. Zero stars!

Decent room. We didn't like just having one lobby entrance. There's plenty of parking for RVs or trailers. Also, there's a great breakfast place called Rooster Cafe within walking distance.

Very nice amenities including a heated pool, wonderful full breakfast. Balconies on upper floors. Cable, fridge, microwave, fast wifi. Drinks in the lobby. A convenience store and fitness room. The hotel was clean and I would definitely stay here again. Great value.

I was overcharged and still have not gotten my money back. Epic BS. Ruined our entire trip cause we broad don't know how to work a calculator. Rooms were ok and food was good only reason for any stars.

Penny was really helpful and courteous on the phone. Crystal was helpful with extending my stay. The staff was quite helpful including the bar staff. The food wasnt great even for bar food.

We stayed for two weeks here. Front staff was friendly, especially Bob, he is so nice and accommodating, always has a smile on his face. Kelley in the bar is fantastic, she was our favorite staff member and we looked forward to seeing her everyday, super laid back and was so great to have conversations with her while having a couple drinks. The room was average size for a double queen, beds are super comfortable. Bathrooms are small, very small but the shower pressure is really nice. Pool was warm nearly the entire time we were there and it was never over crowded. The lounge chairs are a nice touch.
The gym is large and has an array of equipment I wouldn't have expected. Breakfast was really nice, a huge amount of seating with booths for large families, and choices like omelets and eggs made to order with hot potatoes, sausage, and biscuits and gravy was refreshing to have aside from the typical cereal and bagels.
The few downsides of our stay was having a huge language barrier with the housekeeping staff. We couldn't get service or what we needed most of the stay due to the staff speaking only Spanish, so we had to go to the front desk and ask for what we wanted with our housekeeping, ending up with the housekeeping manager knocking on the door a couple of days in a row translating for what we needed in a somewhat rude tone, asking us to vacate our room quickly so the housekeeper can clean it because she has to leave soon. It was a little frustrating not being able to easily communicate. Having our do not disturb sign while my toddlers napped did nothing to prevent housekeepers from knocking on the door, waking up the kiddos, resulting in no naps. Housekeeper knocked and entered room even with do not disturb hanging on door while my husband slept during the day after he worked all night, then staff complained to me that they couldn't service the room then. That's why the signage is available to make clear to not disturb this guest. Their pet policy on paper says $25 per day with a $150 max charge but they told us it was actually no max charge amount, you could end up paying thousands if your pup stays with you for a long stay, a little much in my opinion, a max of $150 is doable and understandable, but close to $2,000 is ridiculous to expect a guest to pay for a pet friendly hotel. If travelling with your dog, look for a hotel that doesn't charge for your pet, they'll charge as much as possible at this location. We ended up having our dog stay at a local friends house during our stay to avoid the $1400 charge they told me we would be charged if he stayed. Internet is super slow, and at times non existent. In the two weeks we were there we ended blowing through our data because internet wasn't working or was intermittent.
And the saying, "when in Denver" held its own with the amount of people smoking pot on our floor, filling the entire floor with the smell of marijuana, even though it's a non smoking hotel, nothing seemed to be done to prevent further smoking in rooms. The area of the hotel isn't the greatest for families with small kids. At one time my husband and I had a couple of meth addicts approach us for money for drugs, very industrial area with limited options for food right nearby (Wendy's, steak escape, taco johns, McDonald's, that's about it) other than the restaurant in the bar which offers a somewhat limited menu, mostly tried but decent food, and it's open only Monday through Sunday. No parks for kids right near hotel, so the only easy play for the kids was the pool and it was fine because it was most definitely enough for them to keep us entertained.
Right off I-25 which was convenient, and the noise never bothered us, at least not that we could notice. The accessibility to the drive in mart was nice with the kids and cheap movies. Overall, it was a decent hotel, certainly not one I'd take my kids to for vacation, just for a stop over night.

I sleep so well at this hotel! The beds are great. All of the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. The breakfast buffet has a large assortment of hot food. Omelets made to order by in house chef all complimentary. There is a free shuttle to go downtown and the staff is fabulous!

Absolutely Terrible customer service. I was charged an extra $80 fee on my credit card that they could not account for. Rene and Nicole were rude, abrupt, and unhelpful. Rene hung up the phone on me. Add that to the fact that the rooms weren't great and the ambiance is cheap and dirty and you have an absolutely awful experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

The non-smoking room smells like stale cigarettes and there are burn holes in the curtains. The "patio" is tiny and not comfortable to hang out on. The staff was curteous but too busy with other stuff to really provide good service. The bathroom in the lobby was dirty and had dried gum stuck to various places. The location looks way more appealing in the pictures than it actually is. It's not terrible but leaves a lot to be desired.

Hotel had friendly and helpful staff at the desk for a very late check-in. Included continental breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a hotel of this caliber, including a made-to-order egg and omelette stand, fresh meats, and pastries. Guest room was clean with necessary amenities.

The staff was friendly, and that was about the only good thing about the place.

The restaurant staff was nice but ill-prepared. A manager stepped in to help but just did the "stand around and watch" thing managers love doing.

The food was decent, though, I'll give it that.

The amenities at the front desk weren't (too) overpriced.

But while I was there, there was a lot of "bad neighborhood" commotion. Drunk people just kinda hanging around in the lobby. People yelling from the parking lot.

I got this hotel because it was next to the expo center and I thought "for it to be this price it will probably be decent."

If you're in town for a conference get yourself another place or tell your boss too, and rent a car to drive to the expo hall instead.

If the price was reduced then all the shortcomings wouldn't be terrible.

Very decent stay. Very comfortable and breakfast was stellar with a chef making omelets. While the facility is a little older, it was reasonably well appointed and met the need. The staff person on duty, Dina, was very helpful and did it all with a smile. Breakfast definitely put the stay over the top and I would have no reservations staying there again. Note the only entrance to the rooms is through the front entrance.

This was by far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed a! On September 11th 2018 ( almost 2 months ago) my husband and I went to Denver,CO for our wedding anniversary. The following day we had tickets for the Rockies game. Unfortunately, all of the hotels near Coors Field were sold out. We were "fortunate" enough to find one available in the outskirts called Comfort Inn Denver Central. We were extremely exhausted, checked in a little after 11pm and this is our HORRENDOUS experience.
First walking in, the entrance was a mess. It wreaked, really. Walking to our room the smell only got worse and there was garbage/debris everywhere. When we entered our room, the back door wouldn't fully shut. We turned on the AC and apparently a past guest wanted to mark their territory in the AC unit. Nothing like inhaling the aroma of human urination. Quite pleasant.
Our pillows had clumps of hair. Which I legitimately thought it was a centipede, lucky for us... it was just pubes of some sort. After being worked up, I thought it would be best to jump in the shower. I jumped into, what was some stagnant water. What a fresh feeling? Hopping into a shower of someone else's leftover body juice. NICE.
Yes, we did call for a manager and his explanation was "its an older hotel". We basically were stranded that night in what was one of the WORST hotels. The next morning, we heard a loud buzz. I opened the door to a guy in a mask working on "construction" outside our door. Not sure if we should've been wearing mask too?
Not only did we feel unsafe but we couldn't relax let alone sleep. It was unsanitary. It was absolutely disgusting and that's an understatement.
Yes, I contacted corporate which then transferred me to the the "new" GM, Nicole. She has picked up my calls but has yet to return them. This has been ongoing for 2 months.
these pictures don't do justice. They actually represent the hotel way better than what it was. At this point, I really just want a refund, them to change their images online as well as their GM for that "homeless shelter".

Every employee was very nice and helpful. We stayed for 11 days due to our truck being repaired. Ever morning had full breakfast with custom made omelets. In every regards they made our stay terrific. This comes about by a great team and great in-house management, especially Nicole the General Manager.

Usually very picky, however, Dina at the front desk is truly a gem of courtesy! An asset this hotel has and is the reason I stay. Sure, the hotel is decent, also. The staff here are 5 star, though, in my humble opinion. Very welcoming and capable, so my experiences here are wonderful! Thanks again!

The windows were really dirty and there was a large stain on my bed the chair that was in our room was sadly more comfortable than the beds the bathroom was nice but we couldnt find any outlets. And it made me very unhappy because you either had to go to the sixth floor or bar just to get ice. The thing that I disliked most was the fact that the 2nd floor which I was staying on didnt have a balcony so i couldnt watch the beautiful colorado sunset. They had a pretty nice gym. The pool is only opened seasonally. Some staff were nice and some werent. We were trying to get to our room and in the elavator we saw a housekeeper in the elavator with her cleaning supplies and her phone in her hand sitting in the elevator when it opened she looked up and hit the button to go back up. That was not very pleasent. Overall I wish I would've spent more money for a nicer hotel.

Room was clean, shower pressure was great and breakfast was fairly decent. This Comfort Inn costs more than most others I've stayed at, and I couldn't really see any reason why, especially with the limited parking spaces and access points to the building.

If you are a smoker.....BEWARE!! At check in they will tell you that all rooms are non smoking, but they won't mention that the BALCONIES ARE NON SMOKING AS WELL!!!! Really? This is the first place I have ever stayed where the balcony is non smoking! How did I find out about this you ask? Well, there was an extra $200 charge on my card, that's how!

Overall a great experience. The front desk staff are hit or miss. The guy who checked us in was great, but the night clerks I encountered in the evenings weren t so great. The breakfast ladies are wonderful! It s great to start each day with a good smile and great meal and they definitely delivered both! The hotel gym is pretty nice for getting in a good workout too! Overall I d return!

The room was extremely affordable and the staff was some of the friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered! Location was perfect and close to all the attractions we visited in Denver (we did rent a car but the hotel has a shuttle service as well). Would definitely recommend!

This is asking the worst hotels I have stayed at. They tout a zero tolerance policy for smoking, yet I was kept awake half the night by joint smoke. The floors are sticky. And the entire area (inside the hotel and out) smells of the sewer treatment plant a mile away. I would not recommend this hotel.

Would like to say the staff here are amazing and housekeeping they always got what I needed on time. Also the main housekeeper Erica was always helping if anybody knows here full name please let me know. As I was trying to tip her.

Disgusting and given wrong room. The was blood all over my room it seemed like a health hazard asked to get changed to different room was told no. Showed them my original reservation of king be was given 2 double beds. They said nothing they can do I asked can the room be cleaned was told I have to request it for the following day witch I did an it didnt get done.

When I first arrived here I was a bit scared because the parking lot was kinda sketchy, but the hotel totally made up for it. The staff is so nice. I wanted a bottom floor room because I'm scared of elevators and they got me a bottom floor room with pool frontage! They have really good free cookies in the front also. Last the workout room is great! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the parking lot.

Stopped in overnight not wanting to drive a couple hours home. They gave us a written receipt for our deposit then, lost our deposit we paid CASH for then told us we would have to wait a week for it in the mail??!! We literally slept for 6 hours. Where did it go? The Manger was rude and said it would take at lease 5 hours to find. Really?? Then she says without a receipt "I'm not just going to give you $100 dollars". Well the dumb dude at night should have did that instead of a written piece of paper. Straight up idiots and horrible service. Room had a broken door to patio and sink was falling off. Don't bother with this place!!

This place was not worth the money... bathroom not clean, no washclothes or fans in the bathrooms. Had to get a double room because the suite was unavailable and no help was offered. Location is another issue.. people sleeping in the car In the parking lot and used syringes on the ground outside. I think this was previously a motel. Disappointed all around waste of money.
