We found out our room are never paid on our intern...

We found out our room are never paid on our internet. So we had talked to two of their agents for payment arrangements. One of their agents came to our home and explained to me that they would like to put our account on hold to keep us from getting charged for months we don't have internet and to keep my husband's credit from getting hit, and he said to do this they would need the internet and cable boxes. Then he told us that all we needed to do was pay 157.00 to get the boxes back and to lower our package for just internet. So we did this and handed in the boxes to him and thought ok. They are working with us. We just found out that our contract and account was canceled. And that two of their agents have lied to us. And now we have to restart a new contract and pay the total amount in full. They say sorry for the miscommunication but won't fix the problem. What was the point in working something out if you were gonna lie to us and cancel our account. We will pay you off. But we will be going to century link instead. You have lost our service. You have lied to us and used excuses and won't fix the problem. And we will be recommending others to century link also. Just because you screwed up doesn't mean you have to screw with us too.
