I'm a strong believe in "COMCAST IS NOT FOR EVERYONE" but, don't walk in There & yell at the employees, there's huge difference between the people you talked on the phone with that gave you the same BS about needing a technician for the 100th & the employees in the store.

This idiot walks in here, yelling because he just needs a box swapped & his pissed, well! I'm sorry you're mad but there are other customers like myself! That got there before you & are waiting in like! To get help! PRINCESS!

These employees are very kind & friendly! & you want to know a secret? GIVE RESPECT TO GET RESPECT! What a dilemma huh?!?! Who thought it worked that way. Every experience here has been amazing! Even when I leave with the answers I'm not looking for! It's about how these people treat you! Not how Comcast in general sucks! Get it right people! Stop acting like princesses! & realize! That the world doesn't revolve around you! I PAY OVER 200 dollars in Comcast services! & they don't always work! But that's alright because I'm still a loyal customer! YOU GUYS ROCK!
