I ordered a package online, when the tech came out...

I ordered a package online, when the tech came out to install it the work order was wrong. Cancelled the install and flew down to this location. We were lucky to get Jeffery to help us out. He saw what we ordered, and what needed to be on there. Then he squared out all of it! The bill and equipment were fixed to what we orders. As for Jeffery he gave us incredible service. Really cool dude.
