We have had so many issues with our heating and cooling. CWA came out every time and check the furnaces. Finally it was approached that we needed to check the ductwork. And that was the problem. Tim Byrd was absolutely phenomenal. It s the first thing he said to check. And lo and behold that was the problem! He also gave us direction on where to go from this point!
