My family moved into our new home just before Christmas. I was attempting to install a new smart thermostat and learned during the process that the Bryant system utilized special proprietary network cabling for communication to the thermostat. Columbus Worthington Air was able to send a very sharp technician to our home the same day to rewire the system and smart thermostat.
