Shelby is the preferred service-provider; the same w/the firm. We have been customers for a few years and are increasingly pleased and satisfied with the service, the counsel Shelby provides and his efficient service. Of any of the service folks we use during the year he is by far one of the best. Rob E is good too and did an excellent service re: our Aprilair unit.
