One of the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. The bathroom floors were sticky, there was hair shaving in the coffee cup lids, and the threadmills in the gym were literally caked in sweat. The walls are so thin I can hear the guy next door yawning. Never again.

I was there for a business gathering and the event staff was very nice and thoughtful. The problem with this particular Marriott is the location makes it hard to reach but once you get in then the actual hotel is very nice.

I was here for a convention. It was a very nice facility. I was not crazy about the food. I actually expected better. The pulled pork needed some barbeque sauce. I missed dessert because they took the dessert table down prior to the entree table. Backwards. Oh well... I didn't really need it. I will say it is a beautiful facility.

The room was comfortable and clean. The room refrigerator didn't work and smelled very bad. The room thermostat reads in Celsius so we had to convert to get the room temperature. The hotel also houses essential workers that don't want to go home and possibly expose their families to COVID. This was not advertised. Had we known we would have made another choice.

Stayed for a couple nights on business. Close to airport. Easy off and on from highway. Not really close to any nice places to eat. Had to drive a ways for that but to be expected when staying at airport location. Rooms are average. A bit of an older feel. Nice bathrooms. Beds were older but pillows nice and new. Not a good amount of plugs for working and charging. M Lounge was nice with a good amount of goodies and snacks. I would stay here again.

Very clean but needs updated. Beds are uncomfortable, carpet is well worn and a bit dingey. Staff was very friendly and bar/restaurant was pretty nice. Libby is huge but pretty boring, fountain is cool.

Very good option to stay near airport and not far from downtown without paying an exaggerated amount of money. Rooms were clean and in good shape. I had some problems logging into the WiFi. Internet access should be easier for Marriott rewards members. There is a lounge room access with free refreshments for those who pay a more expensive fee.

TERRIBLE!!! They hung up on me twice, then my first time being there I called to ask exactly where they was because my gps wasn't working, they got so rude with me saying I'm not mapquest and once I arrived to check in the ladie at the front desk didnt even want to talk to me smacked down my driver's license and said really rude your early but I guess I can check you in .... lol I just paid $200 . Last my room was so filthy and my tv kept shouting off. Stay away!!!

Nice.

The sound equipment failed halfway through and the A.C. made a loud squealing noise that creates a major distraction. The food and service were good, but the confrence facilities need maintenance and updating.

Review update I left this review a few years ago and made an edit for spelling today. Management reached out and apologised. I appreciate the diligence and revised my review to reflect my current memory. Thank you!!!
We had drinks and appetizers at the restaurant/bar. The food was good and the hot tea I had were superb options (personal home preferences A+)

Everything was wonderful. My only complaint is that I could hear my neighbors talking at a normal speaking voice while trying to sleep and they weren't trying to be loud. The walls are thin. Other than that everything was great!

I showed up at 4:03am and the attendant informed me that she just canceled all the no shows at 4:00am and that I could pay for another night if I really wanted to be in a hotel room for an hour before I left for the airport. The place looks nice and the lady was friendly but really? 3 minutes?

The only problem is five stars is not enough to rate this hotel. Staff is friendly, hard working, and goes out of there way to be truly helpful. Rooms are clean and up to date. All the food I had was awesome. Rooms are quiet.

Hotel Itself was ok and the staff was very friendly. Reservations however confused everything between rate and free breakfast. Restaurant was overpriced and not great, typical hotel restaurant.

Husband was there on business with company for 3 months, electronics like t.v r out of date. Cleaning could be improved, dont think u will get a microwave because he asked several times over the corse of a month and they didnt have enough to give him one. This is not a 5* or even a 4 star hotel. Only reason he didnt go to a different hotel was because it was booked by his company. Also no pool.

Clean room, comfortable bed, decent water pressure, quiet. The restaurant "River City Grill" needs a deep tune up, the food sucked. Overall a good experience, appreciate the free shuttle to the airport.

Marriott Airport-1375 N Cassady Ave, Columbus, OH ...

Marriott Airport-1375 N Cassady Ave, Columbus, OH 43219. This 230-room Marriott opened in 1988 and has been recently updated. This hotel sports a large atrium lobby with a restaurant, lounge, Starbucks and meeting space opening out to the atrium. The guest rooms are in a separate tower which is connected to the atrium via a walkway. The hotel has a nice fitness center and Club Room, but has no pool. The room was slightly smaller than the average Marriott room, but was fresh and clean. Internet worked well and TV had about 40-channels along with pay per view. The bathrooms have been updated since my last stay here. They now feature a frosted glass sliding barn door, new quartz vanities and new fixtures. The shower head looked "pretty" but the water pressure was so poor, that it took me twice the time to rinse soap off of myself. I've stayed here before and I'm sure I'll stay here again. It was quiet on a Saturday night and the rate was $93.00. Sorry for the blurry pictures. The hall areas were pretty dark. The service provided by the front desk was professional. The frosted glass barn door for the bathroom is the most stupid thing I have ever seen. I don't fault the hotel for that as I'm sure some idiot designer that does not travel for a living designed that while sitting at a desk in New York City. Hotel General Managers need to scream at the corporate design team and let them know how stupid those frosted glass doors are.

I was there for a work meeting, but the staff was very friendly and attentive. We had drinks and some apps after in the restaurant, the hummus plate was ok, served with some measly slices of carrots and mixed with what seemed to be canned sun-dried tomatoes which was a bit weird.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very attentive. I was surprised when I saw Alexa, the front desk manager, as I knew her from another location. She went above and beyond when I spent two weeks at their Grandview Yard location and when I'd seen she had been promoted to this location I was thrilled for her. She had the same serving and customer service attitude. Your the best Alexa! My room was well appointed and comfortable. Room service was professional and on time. My shuttle driver to the airport, Khalil, was wonderful, respectful and service oriented. Overall a 5 star experience!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom/shower are stunning. I have pretty serious concerns about having the coffee/tea maker in the bathroom though. The atrium is a nice place to lounge and get some work done but the restrooms are not very clean at all. The restaurant and "Starbucks" were a ghost town. I did manage to get a cup of coffee by going to the front desk but only saw a waitress/bar tender once in 4 hours and that was when a front desk agent went in to get her for another guest looking for some lunch after which she promptly disappeared again. There were still linens, used glasses, trash etc from what I assume was the night before around the lobby.

Came here for use of the meeting rooms. Hotel looked nice inside and was pretty easy to get to. Was laid out kind of clunky for people in wheelchairs (like myself) or for whatever other reasons who need use of ramps and smooth flooring.

I stayed here this past weekend and had a good experience up until I discovered that I had 3 charges for the room I had for one night. I pre paid for my room, then they charged me $222.97 for incidents, which was more than the cost of my room, then they charged me another $222.97. When I complained the bookkeeper told me that he only sees one of those extra charges and that my bank must have added the extra charges and that this is normal. I'm a seasoned traveler and this has never happened to me before. I will book with Hilton from this point forward and am very disappointed that a great trip ended this way.
