This is a nice hotel and the staff is very friendly.

I have stayed here several times for business meetings/conferences. Hotel property is well-maintained staff is very friendly.Nice bar, and great food for a hotel. Easy access the airport.

The hotel is actually beautiful and very clean, but the experience I had was so unfortunate. I reserved my room on my credit card which was fine but when I checked out I opted out to use cash. I was not told that my card had already been charged and wouldn't receive the funds back on my card in good timing. It's now been 5 days and the $230 has still not been credited back to my account. I have been put through all types of circles calling my bank, leaving messages with the general manager all when outside of the country having to now pay roaming changes and still have yet to get a call back. Everything is out of everyone's hands. Literally just unbelievable

Rooms are clean and spacious. Service is phenomenal and prompt. Location is good for going out and seeing nightlife.

Staff was very attentive. Food was great. Loved the bedrooms except for the bathroom doors.

Excellent place for our training class! The rooms were spacious and the projectors and all the tech worked flawlessly! The staff was very professional and friendly. Everything we needed was provided without hesitation! Lunches were fantastic! Overall a very, very positive experience!

Restaurants were closed, taxi stations were not very well marked

We stayed here for a work conference from June 24-27, 2018. As soon as we walked into the lobby, the friendly front desk personnel
helped our large party check into the hotel rapidly. When we arrived to the room, my bed was broken, and maintenance came and fixed it immediately. Furthermore, they did offer to move us to another room, but I didn't really feel like doing this since I had already unpacked. They also gave us free breakfast buffet coupons during our stay for the bed. We utilized the shuttle to go to The Easton (I think this was the name of the area) shopping center. Micheal(yes, the e comes before the a with his name) was a great shuttle driver, and he answered all of our questions about the area. Kofi was amazing too because he fixed my bed. The beds were comfortable, and the gym was nice... nice enough for a 3-star hotel. To be honest, the breakfast buffet was not good to me, but it was free so I am not complaining about it. :-) Overall, our stay here was amazing, and I would return if I am ever back in Columbus.

Went here for a meeting. The wait person remembered me from the previous month. Remembered I like soup.

Nice Marriott and very friendly lady at check in which was super fast. Only disappointment was the TV.

The parking lot is blocked off, so there is one entrance and then you have to drive all the way around the parking lot to get to the back where the rooms are. Also, internet access is crazy expensive and sucks. It costs as much as gigabit internet access would be expected to, but it's intermittent 9Mb. It cuts out constantly and isn't even all that fast. I doubt I'll stay here again. I had a better experience at the Courtyard across the street.

Went here for a work meeting. Everyone was very friendly. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. The coffee in the meeting room was Starbucks. The meeting room was comfortable and nice with several entrances and exits and not far from the restrooms.

Only s tayed one night. Rooms are well equipped and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in close proximity to Columbus airport and Easton Town shopping center. Would stay at this property again.

I stay in Marriott hotels all the time for work travel and they are usually great. However, I have been finding beetle like bugs all over my room in my two night stay. An extremely unsatisfactory experience.

Very clean, regal place. Definitely a place you would want to stay when laying over flights in this city

Location was a little far from the airport, rooms are in good condition however staff did not replenish items properly. Restaurant staff was good. Beautiful hotel, fair prices. Wi-Fi is not free. That was big. However, if needed i would go back. Not my top choice however.

Work conference Friday and half day Saturday. Breakfast both days and lunch and dinner Friday. Staff was great, service was efficient.

I have stayed here a few times. I book through the Marriott website. For the money and given its location, a great deal, although there are more modern, nice Marriott's in the Columbus area. Still, this is close to the Airport and to Downtown, without the highway traffic hassles. Rooms are modern and clean. There is a large restaurant and bar. And it has one of those new Marriott lounges.

Attended a seminar in a meeting room. Staff was very friendly and facility was very clean. I was impressed with the lobby.

Room was clean, pillows were nice, centrally located in town.

Great hotel!! Clean room and great service! Only issues were no air in the hallways on a very hot day and trash cans overflowing outside. But still give it 5 stars!

For a conference, this is easily a top notch venue.

Contemporary, urban, comfortable, accessible and clean.

Conference room was freezing. Service at lunch was okay but not really good. Lunch buffet was not terrible but sort of bland and boring.

Was a nice place to stay while in Columbus for a wedding. Stayed here 26 years ago after our wedding.

Great people at front desk but waitress at bar was horrible...they were understaffed when we went there and waited 20 mins for the waitress to tell us she is too busy.

It was very clean and modern. I had an event and mainly stayed in the buisness area. All staff I encountered were friendly and greeted me with a smile.

Beds were some of the best I ve slept on however there is no breakfast included and you have to wait till 0630 for any food to be available at all at the pay for restaurant. Also it took them almost 20 mins to answer my call when I was waiting outside for a pickup shuttle at the airport.

Nice place shuttle service to airport literally anytime of day or night.

The Marriott is off of Cassidy. The area, though near the airport, is quiet. The staff was friendly. The location provides quick access to downtown Columbus and Easton Towne Center. The room was great and impressive. The lobby is simple scenic with a fountain.

Overall nice facility. Food was good. Only have double beds in rooms with two beds.

This hotel is the best!! The housekeeping accidentally threw away my makeup brushes that was wrapped in a towel. I had a major event to attend, anyone knows, it's a serious situation when a woman loses her makeup brushes. I called the front desk and the young lady Natalie was so helpful. She went to the CVS in the snow and purchased makeup brushes. The staff, the food, fitness center, everything was state of the art!!

Our check in receptionist was unprofessional failed to answer several questions and did not assit us in any way that made us feel welcomed.

It was clean. Starbucks in the lobby was a plus. Could have had a bit more room for the exhibitors, it was a bit crowded. Nice conference venue but wait staff for lunch seemed to be understaffed.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice place to stay- restaurant is tasty, too! Decor is a bit outdated, but not an issue at all.

Great choice. Renovated and up to date rooms. Great location. Check in experience is as Marriott would have full of friendliness and customer focused. Room was large and felt very comfortable. The M Club is probably one of the best that I ve been to. Choices are plentiful. Stopped also at the RC Grill and had friendly service. Overall a great value and good experience. Don t hesitate just because it says Marriott Airport. It s worth it.

We love Marriott Hotels and this was one was fantastic. Extremely comfortable beds. Outstanding food. Very friendly staff. Only negative from the kids was the lack of a pool. My wife and I thought everything was perfect. Great place to stay.
